I spend a lot of money at Sephora and would have spent another $150 today just because I needed cleanser, but there only seemed to be one lady working, which isn't enough, but also, after the obligatory I will be with you in a minute she just ignored me. I was patient until I just decided why give my money to a store that can't staff appropriately and the their employees think it's fine to ignore customers. So I left. Not knowing exactly what I was even looking for, I was approached by Shelly R. From the very beginning Shelly was so patient with me. She was super helpful and the absolute sweetest. She took the time to show me which products would work best and how to apply them properly for the look I was going for. I usually feel so intimidated walking into these stores... like ULTA and Macys beauty section. Usually just get ignored and the employees look annoyed whenever questions are asked. But Shelly R. made me feel comfortable and was more than willing to answer my questions and show me step by step how to apply the products I purchased. Thank you Shelly R. for all of your help and being super nice!

Makeup stores are usually intimidating to me. The employees can be snobby and make me feel insecure. Anyway, I am so glad I came in and am mad at my self that I didn't come in sooner! The store is conveniently located right by the entrance, which is great on them days you don't want to fight the mall crowed to get where you are going. The store is very clean and the decor is classy. They have got everything from glitter to lashes to gloss, oh... did I mention the glitter?! Tons of glitter, all colors! The gals there are so incredibly sweet and welcoming. I was greeted with a cheerful hello and a warm smile. Customer service is very important to me. Natalia was the person that helped me with my purchase. She was very knowledgeable and super funny. She helped me pick out the perfect lashes (some that don't hit my glasses) and helped me pick a perfect foundation to go with my oily skin. She also told me about there awesome sale that was going on that week. Can you believe all of their pallets were $6 each ?!?! All Of them!! No matter how big or small, only 6 bucks! It's safe to say I walked out of there with several! All are very pigmented and good quality. My visit to Glamify me was absolutely exceptional and my gal was a complete doll! Christmas is right around the corner and I'll be coming back for gifts/stocking stuffers for all the babes on my gift list. See you soon!

I was looking for a specific de frizzer that a stylist used on my hair when I got a haircut there a while back. She knew what I was talking about and pointed it out to me, showed me the ingredients, etc. She was very knowledgeable about all the different products. She was so kind and helpful I decided to say 'yes' when she said she was available if I would like a trim. When she told me the price for a haircut, she said that the shampoo is always included with the haircuts - salon policy. I have had my hair cut there in the past, and none of the other stylists ever mentioned that having your hair washed is included in the price with the haircut. I said 'yes' and we went in to the hair washing sinks area. She was the sweetest with her words and posture, asking me about myself since this was our 1st time meeting each other. She took the time to wash my hair thoroughly, not rushing or anything. She also took the time to cut my hair so that it would lay just right, and she carefully blended it for me so that it was shaped nicely, and framed my face beautifully. She went slow so she could cut my hair according to the way it wanted to naturally go, which is so very important to me, because I do not style my hair normally. I like to let it go natural, and I don't use too many products on my hair. I was so impressed. I will be going to get my hair cut by Arcadia from now on. She is professional and just a genuine sweetheart. I am in love with my haircut she did. I even went back over to the salon after doing some shopping and my hair dried completely. It was so cute once it dried and the natural curls showed a little, I wanted to show her and thank her again, but she had already left for the day. Best haircut experience, highly recommend Arcadia, especially if you have some natural wave that likes to do what it wants. So glad I went to look for that hair cream when I did! Thank you, Arcadia
