I did not like my hair cut. The lady did such a horrible job. I usually go to Regis in Fresno and pay more for a haircut but it's too far for me so I decided to try Supercuts for this hair style. Wrong move. I show her two pictures of what I wanted and she still fucked it up. I had to tell her to add texture to my hair ...why am I telling you how to do your job? Before the haircut she didn't part my hair like how the picture looks and didn't communicate to me at all what she suggested or how my hair would or would not work for this haircut. Usually a good hairstylist would look at your hair and picture and give you appropriate suggestions. I guess you get what you pay for. still tipped her $5 but never going here again. read more

I find it absolutely crazy that good hair salons and barbers are so expensive in this small town, so for the price; this chain is decent in quality. Most of their stylists do a good job with basic haircuts and they generally work quickly. I appreciate that they go over their cuts multiple times in order to maintain consistency in length and shape, but could do without all the conversation. I hate answering questions about myself to strangers because it's unnecessary and they honestly don't care, silence would definitely pass the time better. read more

Horrible experience. I've been here a handful of times and never had any issues. Today I walked in and right off the bat the lady at the counter had an attitude. I decided to sit down in her chair anyways, she asked what I wanted done. I explained to her I wanted a inch or two cut off to avoid it flipping. She goes on to tell me, "That I should want it longer because cutting it won't help and that I'll just have this issue again...." Customer service is definitely something she should work on. The worst, don't even bother. They were very nice. As far as the haircut goes, complete waste of time and money. The manager Mike got in contact with me, was very nice and apologized. This place is so second class. The girls are always gossiping about customers or other co-workers. They are slow to move and just talk to each other in front of customers . I even saw the receptionist hang up on someone. They told me 15 minutes but I actually waited almost 40 minutes. I will be trying someplace new next time. read more

My first time to a supercuts and I can already tell the energy because I walked in and I did not receive any greeting. Just mugged faces but anyways, I proceeded to check in and wanted a simple trim and long layers. I did not ask for much but the hair stylist got right to it. She was not gentle with the comb nor did she apologize for all the times she was too rough or would get the comb caught in my mask. She started chopping away and I became super nervous because of how quick she was. There were other clients that just came in so I can feel her just trying to finish me. Fast forward, I just paid $20 and left feeling not so good. I hope my hair doesn't look stupid. read more

Let me start with my back ground story/the reason behind my madness. About 2 years ago I got THE BEST HAIRCUT EVER at fantastic sams in Turlock. Since then the store has closed and I have not gotten my hair cut since. I was in desperate need of a trim, so I thought why not go to Supercuts?? They are licensed professionals as well right ??? You never know, you might find a diamond in the rough like I did at fantastic sams... this was NOT the case. I have SUPER long hair, so there's room for mistakes. BUT this was the WORST haircut I have ever gotten. I gave myself 2 full weeks to like it. But my hair was butchered. The layers are WAY off by about 2 inches of difference on each side. I was watching this girl chop viciously in no real order. Skipping around side to side. I was already nervous when I sat down in the chair and I was very vocal about how nervous I was. She never asked if there's a specific side I part my hair in (which there is) so now I have layers on one side of my head and basically none on the other side. I provided examples of the haircut I wanted, along with a photo of that exact haircut on myself. I told her I wanted my first layer SUPER short (just like the pictures) and she couldn't do it, she kept chopping from the bottom layer.. I finally dropped it and when she said "okay all done" I paused and looked at her. She did not check her layers, she continued to "fluff my hair" as if to cover up the chopped areas. I even said, "stop fluffing it because it's curly and will get frizzy" (I normally always style it) I am so disappointed and now more scared to have anyone try to fix it. I don't want short hair.. but if anyone tries to fix it they will have to cut ALOT off to even it out. I went to a well known salon to ask there opinion and they verified that they will have to do a complete different haircut to make it look good. I hate that I paid for this haircut PLUS tip. But like I said I gave myself time to get use to the haircut. So I thought maybe I hated it at that moment, but maybe later I would love it.. NOPE it's horrible and the second opinion I had done was questioning if she was even licensed. read more

Haircuts aren't bad depending on who cuts your hair. But they are way over priced! My hair was blonde, I wanted to lighten it to close to platinum. Price? 130 bucks plus extra because my hair is long. I asked about getting JUST a root touch up. Price? 100 bucks. Why? Because my hair was supposedly 3 different colors and it's long length...?? I can tell you for a fact my hair was only grown out so no 3 colors here, and length shouldn't affect a root touch. Its grown out about an inch that's it. Not giving them my service, going elsewhere that's more reasonable. read more

So...I brought in a picture of myself and I wanted my hair to be cut to look like a style I had a few years ago....let me tell you the lady that cut my hair had no idea what she was doing. Every time I tryed to correct her on what she was doing wrong she cut off another inch. I left when I did(very unsatisfied) so she wouldn't make me bald. my hair was uneven and just cut nasty and my hair grows slowly so it took a while for it to look just ok. read more

8/28/2015 around 3 -330 in the afternoon...They told us 30 minute wait .. There was 3 girls cutting hair.. They 3 customers and one couldn't speak English .. The receptionist was translating and after she said in English... Quote- I hate English and prefer Spanish I would never speak English if I didn't have to and prefer people to only speak to me in Spanish ... The 3 workers looked shocked but did nothing to stop this. So me a white girl and my friend Asian we stood up and said We don't need haircuts after all thanks anyways .... This was my place to go for hair cuts but never again .... I have had good hair cuts tho but at my age im not looking to be disrespected and I prefer a world to where were people with feelings .. This store was okay. It wasn't great. Just went in to have a trim. Workers were really anti social. They didn't even try to make polite conversation and only talked among themselves.They do gossip alot about customers which makes me wonder if they gossiped about me too. Horrible haircut. Worst in my life. I went after work, and took down my hair from being in a ponytail all day. (There was a crease) I expected that the lady either wash it or spray it with water. She sprayed leave in conditioner on my hair! What in the world? My hair was already oily from the day of work and she added another layer of goop. My bangs were crooked, and strands were different lengths. It was the worst job I've ever had on my bangs. The next day I went to ulta to get them fixed. I was very disappointed!!! read more

The people there are very welcoming and friendly but walking in I was visibly nervous and she even asked what's wrong you seem nervous, I explained I have had way too many bad experiences with getting trims people always cut WAY TO MUCH! My hair was past my butt and I only wanted it trimmed to about my waist which was like 4-5 inches she cut it to almost half my back which was like 8 or more inches! I have almost cried so many times today I have SUPER curly hair so as soon as I got it wet it has shrunk up so much IT'S ABOVE MY BRA LINE I am in tears I haven't had my hair this short since my last bad experience which was about 7 YEARS AGO! My hair means everything to me I am not the most confident person but with my hair Long it gave me confidence in what I looked like and now I am just devastated. Just some advise when someone with long hair comes in and says i just want a small trim have them stand so you can see what your doing and cutting less it is always better to start off cutting less and go SLOWLY up from there and always ask what your customer wants because, in the end, we have to walk around in our hair, not you I would hate for anyone to walk around with hair that they are not comfortable with. read more

This place is awesome. My family and I have been coming here for years. The manager Pam is so sweet and the workers here do such a good job. It's really a great environment to come to. The people here are really friendly and personable they're great with kids. Very clean and sanitary stations. Love the hot towel service and give extremely great hair cuts. You can get any cut color wash and style you want at anytime. They have a call in service that you can use to call in 30 minutes before hand to save you the hassle of any wait time. This place sucks ! I would not recommend going here for a trim !!! I went I. Ask for a trim of two inches with some really long layers and I repeated that to her . I had hair almost up to my belling button and left with choppy shoulder length hair and the two sides aren't even the same length . She said she was going to round my hair but there's just a really short chunk of hair in the front and it's a huge chunk that doesn't even blend in with my hair . My hair takes so long to grow and I am going to have to walk around looking like this it's terrible ! Do not go here .
