Wanted to leave a review because admittedly I don't leave my house very often, but on a day I decided to walk to Starbucks, I saw this nail spot and their sign. I kept it in mind since I live so close, but my nails were in serious need of a fill and I didn't have anyone who could take me to my usual place in Rowland Heights. I'm SO glad I gave this place a try because she really made my inspo pic come to life and she was so kind. Here is what I liked: - Was upfront about prices. Gave me the breakdown for the builder gel and then the price for the design. - Easy to make an appointment via call or text - Very fast, my appointment was 3:30 PM, we finished before 5:00 PM Can't wait to come back after I find my next inspo pic. THE BEST shape, thickness, everything! Michelle is the only one that has been able to give me the shape I want every single time. It's so hard to find a tech that won't make your acrylic thick and she makes them look so natural. She just opened this year so it's not a super busy, hectic nail salon. She has music playing and it's actually relaxing, not like other nail salons. Her work is amazing and she's so nice. I cannot recommend her enough. read more

Nails Authentic is my go-to nail salon and I'm so glad that it's in my neighborhood! The parking lot is a little small and you might have to find street parking, but that's not too bad. Inside, the space is well lit, clean, and cute. Michelle and the staff all do really great, efficient work while being friendly and professional. They make sure to take care of your nails and cuticles well. I've gone there for regular pedicures, gel manicures, and nail art. They are always able to match very close to my inspiration photos, which is awesome! I highly recommend Nails Authentic! read more

Nail tech recommended gel x because she said it would last 1.5 to 2 months. Not even 2 weeks and my nails are coming off. I called her to let her know and she said for Me to go over. I did, and she said "no I can't take you right now" even though she was almost finished with one client. I had let her know prior that I would arrive after 4:30 after work due to rush hour. I told her it's ok. I'll wait and she still said "no come another day." I asked her if I could come another time this week and she said "idk you'll have to call..." It's her fault that she failed to properly glue and cure my nails. I shouldn't have to use my time and gas to return for her to fix it. Then arrive and still be turned away. I spent over $135. Don't say your gel x will last 1.5-2 months when it didn't even last 2 weeks. I called again and asked for a partial refund, just enough to get the issue fixed with someone else and she said no. No apologies or nothing / total lack of accountability. She responds on these reviews and tries to act innocent and blame the customer. Believe me, I don't write these reviews for fun. I only do it when I experience unjust customer service. I guarantee I will never come back. Despite if you had a first or few good experiences things change with her when you ask for recourse. She was nice to me too before she created the issue and failed to take responsibility. read more

Beware!! I went to get my nails done here today and when mentioned to the lady doing my nails which is also the owner of the business that a few of my nails were lumpy she got upset. Saying that no one is going to see them that close to notice. She said I was too picky. She did my left hand very well so I don't think I was asking for too much, just that she do both hands the same. I asked her if I was rude in my tone or if I was mean & she said no. Unless you want to get your nails done the way she wants you to have them I wouldn't go to this nail salon. It's not a good experience for me bc she made it clear that she was not happy with me asking for any kind of correction to my manicure. She went as far as asking me not to come back. To be honest I wound have never gone back anyways. She even said that no one else would be able to notice just me. That's insane to even say. read more
