Came in for GelX nails and a gel pedicure. Jackie was the technician who did my GelX nails. She was amazing, understanding and asked questions if I liked my nails or if something needed to be changed. NOW ON TO THE PEDICURE... not the business. I paid for the royal pedicure but the technician, didnt catch her nail because she said not one word to me (older lady) was more interested in everything being done around my pedicure than my pedicure itself; she wiped the lotion and oil on, no massage. She watched as others did pedicure and nails, moved my legs around. This pedicure didnt even meet my top 20. My mom was in the next chair getting a pedicure and boy, hers was worse than mine. Lasted np more than 10 minutes. She asked them not to cut her nails just file as the lady proceeded to cut. read more

Called the health department on this place because I saw her pour used acetone back into the bottle after using it on others!! Not to mention the horrible job they do. Don't waste your money. The prices they tell you they'll definitely increase it when you're done. There is only one person who knows what they're doing. They don't polish the entire nail, they don't cover the entire gel polish with clear which makes your nails look old. I got this done yesterday and you can see the uneven polish, the lumps and you can see how the polish runs close to the cuticle and this is 3 coats!! My feet look even worse. The health department is definitely coming out. My nails were done by the lady who wears glasses and ask what you need so idk if she's the owner or manager. read more

This is not my regular nail shop but I definitely love it here! I come with my sis n law and she always has Ashley to do her nails. I don't have a favorite but everybody that has done my nails and feet are 10/10! Today Hannah did a manicure on my nails and she got me right! Lauren was working on my pedicure and at first it felt like a toe nail surgery but my feet are happy now that all the ingrown nails are out! Happy feet!! I would rate this place a big fat ZERO if I could. The only saving grace is the lady that did my pedicure. She was actually ok and took her time. Also cleaned up my nails and they ok. Not the best. She tried and it was her best work, maybe. Now the lady that did my pedicure was awful. Older lady, wears glasses and has her breast out. She seems kind of snobby. When I said thank you after the manicure she said nothing. From what I can tell, she usually does full sets. A regular manicure with short nails and black nail polish almost seems to annoy her. After she filed my nails a little, and after she filed them, she kind of threw the file in her basket, totally unnecessary. She barely did my cuticles (see pics) and left black nail polish on my fingers and cuticles. I had to ask the lady doing my pedicure if she could take off the black nail polish from my fingers. She laughed and said something in her language about the lady leaving nail polish on my fingers. Overall, this place sucks. The wait is long, the work is not anything worth paying $60 for plus tip. I would never come back here. So many other places to go, do waste your money here if you just want a simple pedi and mani. If you want a full set, maybe. I wouldn't know because I wouldn't come back. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and have never had an issue until this visit. The salon was clearly very busy, but I specifically asked for a soak-off that was the only service I came in for. Instead, she started filing my nails down, which is exactly what I did not want. She left my right hand extremely thin so thin that my nails are now bendable. Now, just two days later, all the polish has completely cracked and peeled off because my nails were weakened from being filed down. When I pointed this out, she denied it and still attempted to charge me for a soak-off, even though the soak-off was never actually done. I had to explain that I wasn't going to pay for a service that wasn't provided. If you're too busy to properly help clients, it would be better to ask them to come back later. Customer service should come first, and clients should receive the service they ask for not something else just to move quickly to the next person. I'm very disappointed because this used to be a reliable place for me. Unfortunately, this experience made it feel like the focus was more on getting as many customers in as possible rather than actually listening to what they want. Now I have to get my nails done again, which I was trying to avoid because I wanted them to heal and now they're in worse condition than when I started. read more

I was charged quite a high amount, and the service felt rushed because there were too many people waiting. They kept telling customers that the wait time was only 5 minutes, but in reality we ended up waiting around 30 minutes. When it was finally my turn, they did my service very quickly and without much care. They didn't even clean my toenails properly before applying the gel. The women who did my nails laughed while looking at me a few times while doing my nails. I have nail biting issues due to anxiety and she made comments about my nails being short. It's very unprofessional to tell a client this when obviously I know my nails are short which is why I went to the salon to get acrylic nails. She laughed when I asked her to redo the flower on my nails because she wanted to charge me extra for the flower. I did speak to Ann a different nail tech when I left and she was very kind and told me to come back and Ann would do my nails the next time. My nails hurt so I'm thinking she glued the fake nail in a way that puts to much weight on my nail bed. So unfortunately I have to go back probably this week to get a whole new full set. She also left some too point so it hurts to touch my skin with some of the nails. read more

I have mixed emotions about this place! It was cheaper than all the other places I've ever been to, my pedicure was good I can't complain about that, my nails refill on the other hand was not what I expected, if you want a simple one color nail service this is your place to go, but if you want a certain design off of Instagram or Pinterest they won't know how to do it. They tell you yes though. I wanted something specific and two ladies tried and failed, so I gracefully just told her to do clear gel nail polish, I didn't want them to do something I wouldn't like once I walked out. Staff is very rude. Incident 1- When I asked for a French manicure, they didn't paint the white tips and left my nails a solid pink. I asked if they could paint the tips white, and they told me "No" "Next time". I insisted on the tips painted white, so they moved me to another nail tech to finish the job. The staff scoffed at me the entire time. All this for a basic French manicure. Incident 2- Nail tech was very rough and cut my cuticle deeply that it wouldn't stop bleeding. They also used a dirty looking towel and a used nail file when working. read more

Upon walking in they were nice but my concern was more the actual pedicure. After the soak the nail tech put my feet up to clean my cuticles and was very rough , i get pedis often and have a pretty high pain tolerance so even for me it was too much. Not to mention she broke the skin and i bleed just a little. Then after putting polish on my nails there was also polish around my skin and she didn't end up cleaning it so i had to do it at home, and when i asked her to fix it she said it was just my nail... girl whatt ??
