I walk in at 6:15 for to get my nails done and they turn me away because that close at 7. They were not busy. But also didn't know that I speak there language as well. While continuing to cuss me out and make fun of us being a LGBTQ couple that also used derogatory words about the only African American lady in there. How are you going to have a nail salon with 5 workers and not be able to get one set of nails done??? Only one guy even knows how to to do the powder nails. Just one guy. Awful. I was in the building for 10 minutes. I wanted a mani pedi on my only day off in idk how long. She sat me down to do my pedi and rinsed my feet a bunch. Had me sat so close to the foot rest it hurt to pull my feet out. No soap was used, a small sponge was used for half a minute. No removal of dead skin. She started my "french" 5 minutes after she started. Then charged me full price when I asked for it to be removed as it was half way up my nail. Felt more like a kids pedi. She charged 25 dollars to rinse my feet, in a 10 min pedi. No massage even. She said it was after the polishing. However looking a few chairs down a woman who was there before I got sat was getting scrubbed, and everything then motioned before any polish. She was even on polish and i was already getting my french. RIP off and when I voiced my concerns she just brushed me off. read more

I have been getting my nails done by Bill at Nails 365 for over 18 months and love this place! The staff is friendly, and the salon is clean and peaceful. Pedicures include a great foot massage in a quiet room - best pedicure foot massage I've ever had. All his with reasonable prices. I have tried most of the nail salons in Bluffton and Nails 365 is definitely the best. Friends whom I've referred also had pleasant experiences. read more

This spa has definitely changed for the worse. I used to go there regularly in 2015. I went back on 1/27/19 and was severely disappointed. SNS dip was not done properly for myself and my friend who was with me. Not filed out, dip did not cover whole nail, no manicure with $35 SNS manicure service, put gel top coat not dip top coat which is now peeling.... salon was also much dirtier than it used to be. Came in for a pedicure, started off fine. I wanted white and the lady doing them was in a rush, didn't clean up my nails until I asked her to which she replied to "where". And on top she had used like 5 coats of white which made them easily come off. She was just lazy and when she was finished cleaning them they were still bad. I asked her to clean them and she gave me the brush and told me to do it for her. I didn't pay told them to remove the nail polish. Another guy tried to fix them but his idea was painting over the work the previous lady had done. Never coming again. I gave them a chance after the bad reviews because they were the only ones open until 6 on a Sunday, needless to say I will listen to the reviews. read more

I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure (the pedicure was supposed to be on special for $20.) The owner, Tina, spent my entire 1 1/2 hour appointment trying to get me to join a pyramid scheme. After I politely declined, she continued to try to convince me throughout the entire time. I felt very uncomfortable and did not get to enjoy the relaxing experience I had gone for. In addition, they did not end up giving me the special pricing for the pedicure. My manicure and pedicure were good, but I can see the reason why their salon is empty, while H'Allure right up the street is always busy. I won't be going back to Nails 365. read more

This is my go-to salon for pedicures! I have been coming to this salon for just over a year and today was a WHOLE new experience. They have started using a new organic skin care line that was awesome and had a very pleasant scent. They also have mini facial now that I am excited to try. My pedicure was so rushed - I sat in the chair at 4:45 and was finished by 4:55. The guy then told me to come in the back room for a foot and leg massage, which caught me off guard but I went anyway. My first visit here went well. I had a mani pedi and then after I was told to go into the back room and I got a massage - I was surprised by that and a little weirded out at first because I wasn't expecting it, but it was great. I went back a few months later with my sister. We made two appointments at the same time so we could sit together. When we walked in we were not greeted. We picked our polishes and stood waiting until someone finally told us where to sit. My manicure started first and it was unimpressive. She did not ask how I wanted my nails filed and just did her own thing, I directed her on the shape I wanted and she somewhat listened. Ultimately, my nails ended up crooked. Also, she didn't ask if I wanted my cuticles cut (I didn't) but she started hacking away. There wasn't any exfoliating and the massage was short. At this point I noticed that someone still hadn't started on my sister. My manicure was basically over (just polish left to do) because she sped through it. I had chosen a light vinylux color and she tried to put base coat on (which you don't do with vinylux). The color was very streaky and wasn't covering but she told me it would even out with the top coat - it didn't. Overall and for multiple reasons this was a very disappointing visit. i went this morning to get my girlfriends nails done and she was looking up to this for a whole week and we were completely let down

I got a gel manicure and the nail tech filed my nails and most were crooked. The gel polish was also all in my cuticles and I couldn't pick it out because it was hardened in there. My aunt got a pedicure and it looked like a 10 year old painted her nails. When she came back to get her money back, the owner pretend to not understand her even thought she understood everything else we said. Two days later and my gel mani is already peeling off. Long story short, they destroyed my nails and filed them down like I was getting acrylics, 2 weeks later my nails are broken, so painful and thin. I walked in without an appointment so when I was told there would be a 30 minute wait, that certainly was NOT a problem. Issue #1 A lady and her two daughters (I'm assuming they were her daughters) came in AFTER me. They didn't have an appointment either (I was sitting up front near reception when they checked in). They were taken BEFORE me. Yes, all three. They were told at reception that their wait would be an hour but all three received pedicures before me and were out the door before my pedi was even started. The nail tech who I think is actually one of the owners said she "thought" they had an appointment. ??? Issue #2 Pedicure was fine but she did a not so great job on my fill in. She didn't file around the edges well so I still have to go somewhere else to get them fixed after spending hours AND $80 in the shop. Issue #3 Apparently the owner is part of a direct sales/multi-level marketing company and was trying to convince me to sign up the entire time she was doing my nails. When you're getting your nails done, that's your "me time" that you're paying for. I do not want someone talking the whole time trying to convince me I can "make extra money" by joining some company. I visited this same shop a couple years ago and it was the same thing but only at that time she was part of a "travel agent" multi level marketing company. Enough is enough. Simply Wonderful! Had a fabulous deluxe spa pedicure complete with a choice of massage lotions. The massage chairs were great and Kim did an excellent job on my feet and calves. Never disappointed here, nails and pedicures turn out great. The pedicure that comes with a leg massage is wonderful. The massage lasts a good 15-20 minutes, and they will go to town on sore legs. They have turned a regular customer into someone that will never step foot in there again. I made an appointment for a basic acrylic fill and color change after my previous appointment 2 weeks ago. This appointment ended up taking 1 hour and 15 minutes. Why? Because the owner decided to spend most of the appointment time trying to convince me to sign-up with her/her salon under some pyramid scheme. I was never even told what the products were, just to go to Savannah at 7pm on Wednesday night, again on Saturday, and then I would be able to start with the company on Sunday/she would order me business cards on Monday. I told her that I wasn't interested because I love my job that I have now. She told me that working full-time is no good for me or my family and that this is a job I could make so much more money in and work part-time because all I need is 10 friends to sign-up under me, and then 10 of their friends, and so on. While I was there, I noticed that they had managed to con someone into signing up for this scheme. There was a "trainer" there who was coaching a woman, out in the open at one of the nail tables in the middle of the building, on how to call her friends and say things like, "I have really great news but I can't tell you over the phone it has to be in person" because the "trainer" said that her friends will have a hard time saying no to signing-up if she meets with them in person. The "trainer" then continued on coaching the woman what to say if her friends say they are busy, and how to stretch the truth/word various aspects of the job so that it is enticing for her friends to sign-up. I thought this was completely ridiculous and unprofessional. I will not ever step foot in that place again. read more
