I ended up with three nails with larger peels and chips in others. After work, I went straight to Ideal expecting them to honor their work and their seven day guarantee. Instead, I was told my guarantee ended Sunday and the technician who did my nails wasn't working so there was nothing they could do to fix my nails. Unless I wanted to pay for a whole new manicure, then of course they could help. I did not cause a scene, I was not rude, but I left frustrated and disappointed feeling like I wasted my time and money.
