My daughter and I booked same day appointments easily on their website. We both chose the Dazzle Dry manicure because it is less harmful due to fewer chemicals in the product. No need for UV light! We were seated at the manicure bar right away despite my daughter's appointment being an hour after mine. My technician, Kelly, was super friendly, fast, and very skilled! The decor and vibe are glam, relaxing, and very clean. The other tech seated next to us chatted with us as well. The seats are comfortable. I asked if I should move to the reception area while my nails dried for the five minutes recommended by the Dazzle Dry manufacturer but they told me I could stay where I was. Kelly started on my daughter's nails and gave her a gorgeous manicure! Despite being booked for 3:30, and 4:30 we were finished, cashed out, and home by shortly after 4:30! UPDATE: since I wrote my last review (starting about a week after I got them done) I've had to superglue down FOUR NAILS. The dealbreaker was how today in the shower, my thumbnail absolutely SHATTERED. I've never had an SNS manicure literally FALL APART a week after I had it done. Tina was very sweet and accommodating, but this is ridiculous (not to mention quite painful!) and I won't be back. Made a last minute appointment after almost breaking my nail at work, and Tina fit me in same day. She was very nice and knowledgeable and my nails look great! She even worked with me to find an SNS dip powder that was similar to a nail polish I loved! read more

Took a risk going to a nail salon I found on yelp with no visits or reviews. It paid off! Love my new nails. Boutique style studio offering all the latest nail polish trends including 3d textures, hand painted nail art, gems, studs, glitter and the offer next gen. The staff I saw today consists of two lovely women who make you feel right at home. It's amazing how quickly yet efficiently and carefully they get your nails done. Especially the fill, most places take forever to remove the previous polish, fill and buff but they get it done so quick. My nail beds are sensitive as well And I didn't even get cut or burned once. She literally got the fill done so fast and was very skillful with her art and gems which were all done freehand. Definitely one of the best places for designs I've been to in NH. read more

I was really excited to try this place on account of just moving up to Manchester from mass. Based on the reviews I thought it would be great. Unfortunately, I booked a gel manicure at 11:30 and wasn't seen till 12:50. Honestly, I had nothing to do so I was fine waiting. However, once seated, the tech took a total of 10 minutes on my nails. The polish began to peel on day 9. It's now been 13 days and the polish has to come off. For 30 dollars, I expected the polish to last longer. I normally get about 4-6 weeks out of polish. I do not recommend this place for gel nails at least. I can't speak for their other services. I suspect their other services have made for the high ratings maybe ? read more

This post is about 9 months later than it should have been. I came here for a mani/pedi just after getting engaged and before going on vacation. This place was awful. They cut me multiple times while doing both. I got a shellac French manicure that should have lasted at least two weeks, but started bubbling and peeling up within a few days. By the end of my vacation most of the manicure was gone, which was a huge waste of money. Then, I ended up with a toenail fungus from the pedicure, which is just now starting to clear up, after many doctors visits and months of medications. I most definitely would NOT recommend this salon as I would not want anyone else to deal with this poor service and headaches like I have. read more

Polished 84 is a hidden gem in the Manchester area. I have been to many nail salons over the years, but this one is unique for several reasons. It is in a house setting, the staff are all friendly and speak English, the place is tastefully decorated, and immaculate. And, best of all, my nails were done beautifully by Amanda. When you in thru the door, the first thing you see is a beautiful stylish profession space with a warm and pleasant greeting, you know you have found the right one. I love the separate pedicure room, so warm and relaxing. Best pedicure I've have in a while. Then you move into the manicure space which is bright and welcoming. Tina is a very special lady who knows how to make her clients happy. I also found a full service salon which I can get my eyebrows waxed, facials and makeup...love it! The first time I went, I walked in without an appointment for a mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. Manicure was great, for the most part held up for 5ish days (one small chip on the second, but I type a lot and was traveling so I probably hit something). Pedicure was nice, only chip a month later is because I stubbed my toe. They have great color selection. Eyebrows were nicely done too for a nail salon. The second time I went, again without an appointment, I had to wait awhile before anyone even saw I was there. There are only two or three people who work there which makes it a bit hard for them to keep things running smoothly. They need a receptionist. I got a shellac manicure this time. It looked gorgeous but within three days the sides were lifting. Not enough to fully peel, but enough to get caught on my hair and be annoying. So I called and asked if they could fix it, they squeezed me in that evening and did a free color change. This one was not nearly as nice looking as it was a bit rushed and could have used a third coat because it was thin in some places. But they cut and shaped my nails even with just the polish change. I will probably not get another shellac manicure here, but I will definitely go for regular manicures and pedicures. The women who work there are so nice and much less rough with cuticle care and filing than other places in Manchester I have gone. read more

There are only three people who work here and more than three stations (4 pedicure and 6 manicure). Appointments never start on time and you are extremely lucky if when you show up there is ever a station open for you to sit at. You rarely have the same tech for the whole time and they are so rushed the results turn out not so great. Thick, bumpy and uneven shellac that peels up within two weeks. I've only had one time where I was one of two people in the salon and had a fantastic experience that had me coming back for more. But I don't have time for a three hour trip to the nail salon where only about 45 mins of that three hours is my mani/pedi. If more nail techs were hired, I'd come back in a heartbeat. This place has great prices, a good selection of colors and the renewal pedicure had my feet looking amazing. read more

If it relates to nails, if you want it they do it. We travel alot and the hardest thing to get done right is my nails. I use acrylic with built in color. They didn't have my color so mixed it up. My nails came out so good!! The night I got them done, one of them broke but I got them super long so that's not too crazy for it to happen. I FB messaged the salon and since I was leaving early in the morning for Florida, the owner went back to the salon and had me meet her there for her to fix it!! I won't be coming back. The last 2 shellac manicures I got here took them 15 minutes to complete. The shellac was peeling within 7 days. Not impressed with the customer service or quality of services. It seems that they favorite customers and have VIPs. I came back here today after having a really good experience at a mani/pedi staff outing. I saw that this place did SNS powder dipping and I really wanted to try it. I called in the morning and made an appointment for 1:30pm. I showed up a few minutes early and they took me right in. I was the only person there, but found out that there were a number of appointments that were coming in at 2:30pm. That probably explained why my tech was working at such a frantic pace. I definitely felt rushed the whole time I was there and she barely said two words to me. I tried to start a convo a couple of times and eventually gave up and just watched her work. The $35.00 I paid (not including tip) apparently didn't include a cuticle trim, hand massage, or anything normally included in a basic manicure. Either that, or she just didn't do them because she was rushed. Also, no offer of a beverage, which salons normally do. I'm definitely still a big fan because her work came out great and I love my nails, but part of going to a salon is the experience, not just the end result. I will definitely be back and, hopefully, they won't have a large group coming in and it'll be a bit more relaxed. read more

There are only 2 people that work here and the owner was working on my nails and 2 other people at the same time, which is ridiculous. I felt extremely rushed. When I was done and out the door, I looked at my nails a bit harder and the top coat was not smoothed over but gritty and bumpy looking (she did not wait long enough for the chemical reaction to dry). When I went to get my nails done I waited 2 hours for someone when other people where put before me and then just for me to have to wait 2 hours and pay 40 for normal nails plus tip my nails came off within a week will never go here again I do NOT recommend this place to anyone . First the nails broke a little bit then the whole thing and I don't work a hard job this is not from my job because every time a nail broke it was at home when I either watching tv and play with my cats sorry but my cats can't brake nail there is no excuse for these nails to be broken already never again will I go to polish 84 . read more
