Time to change up the color from summer pink to fall red on my toes, so I tried out Fleuresh for a pedicure. The spa is a clean and beautifully appointed converted house with a color scheme that is calming and serene - just as it should be. My boyfriend and just came back from a couples massage and boy do we feel AMAZING. It was the first massage for both of us so we were a little nervous it was going to be awkward but Liz and Bryan took such brilliant care of us. We all kept convesation going during the massage and the vibe was very comforting and calming. Liz in particular was sure to explain every thing she was doing and set my boyfriend's worries at ease. The facilities/staff/massage tables are also completely plus-size friendly so if that's a worry of yours please don't let it stop you from coming here and treating yourself (plus-size bodies deserve pampering, too)!! First of all - moving the spa from busy, loud South Willow Street was the best thing that could have been done with this awesome place. It was stuffed into a strip mall that just did NOT do it justice. Now, it's located in this large, old building in Manchester's north end, and its new home now matches the quality of the services that are offered - not to mention the beautiful interior, which couldn't really be appreciated at the old location. The services Fleuresh offers are still totally top-notch. I've seen Bryan a couple of times for therapeutic massage and he is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. He really listens to me when I talk about the areas where I have discomfort or stiffness, and customizes his approach based on what we talk about. He also gives me aftercare recommendations, which is always helpful. He is meticulous and just an all-around nice guy. I know some women are reluctant to have a male therapist, but I cannot say enough great things about Bryan. He is respectful and professional. I've gone to Fleuresh for massage and facials, but yesterday I had the BEST experience. After struggling with hormonal acne for months, on a whim I decided to book a clarifying facial. I was lucky enough to get in that day and be scheduled with Ambar. After hearing my concerns she recommended a different facial that included a peel, which is really what I wanted. During the facial she described results she had seen and explained the steps she was taking and the products she was using. While the peel did its magic, I was treated to a neck/shoulder massage. The peel made it so the extractions were easy; Ambar was able to remove a problem that I'd been dealing with for months. Today, I can already see a difference. The acne that had been painful, under the skin and persistent, is now drying up and getting smaller. I am obsessed! I can't recommend this enough if you are having hormonal acne issues, don't wait!! read more

What a wonderful job Exhale did with renovating their spa the former location of South Willow Animal Hospital. It's spacious and luxurious inside. They offer a new client 20% discount which was an unexpected surprise. They're also currently running a deal on yelp for services in addition to their new client special. Apparently your shoes are supposed to be left at the door, which no one alerted me do. After completing your paperwork, they invite you to move to what the call the meditation room. Here they offer coffee, tea, water, and wine if you so desire. With any service, you are welcome to use the infrared sauna before your service (arrive 30 minutes early if you want to do so). The infrared sauna has space for 4 but I was the only one in it as I was their first client of the day. They will provide you with a robe to wear in the sauna. After the recommended first time use of 10-15 minutes in the sauna, you'll be directed to the beautifully tiled shower. The shower is very spacious and includes not only a large rain shower head but also a feature where you can switch the water flow to come out of the sides of the walls. My biggest recommendation would be to ask for another robe before you go into the shower. I wasn't given a new one and had to put back on the one I wore in my 15 minutes in the infrared sauna. This made me feel as if the shower in between was almost useless. I then proceeded to have a Thai herbal compress massage with Elizabeth. I wonder if it was her first time doing this form of massage as she asked how long it was supposed to be for, when they only offer it for an 80 minute duration. In any event, I enjoyed it. You are able to take home the 2 herbal compresses for your bath. I had to remind them that this is noted on the website but she quickly packaged them up. The smell is very delightful. On the way out, I was able to see many of the other treatment rooms. They all seem to have their own unique charm to them. There was one with a water fall feature I'd like to be in during my next treatment. They are a green spa so if you want a receipt, they'll e-mail it to you. They have a mixing bar in the front where you can select from many different products for various body treatments. Look for their monthly specials online. Finally, they have wonderful hours, open daily. They also offer online scheduling. The massage I choose wasn't listed in the online scheduler for some reason but I was very pleased that someone answered when I called to help me get scheduled. For the reasons noted above, I'd give my first visit 4 out of 5 stars. I look forward to returning to try some of their other services. I know many businesses in the strip mall they are located go out of business frequently but I feel Exhale will be here to stay. read more

I've had Kim for a deep tissue a year ago when this place opened and I immediately loved it here. Now, a year later I've come back. I was in real need of some personal care after traveling for a few weeks. I received an email at the perfect moment last week and I decided to take advantage of their deal running though June: $50 hour deep tissue massage and 10 min zero balancing with David, and $50 hour pedicure with Jessica. I couldn't be more satisfied right now. David gave me deepest massage I've ever had and really worked out some kinks in my back. I may need to ice my shoulder but that's a good thing in this case. He's amazing if you're looking to heal some long term issues. Jessica is very thorough with the pedi too and really fun to talk to. I am totally relaxed and can't wait to come back... may need to come before July to get this killer deal again!! I highly recommend this place, no matter who you have or what service you need... ***update July 2014*** You must sign up for their mailing lists so you get first notice of their deals. This month is the 90-minute Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy with Nathan and I think I'm floating. Extremely frustrated and disappointed in the way that customer service has been handled at the spa. I've been a loyal member coming here for massages and facials for years and absolutely loved each and every interaction up until recently. I was double charged for services in March and I'm being told it was due the cancellation of an appointment, despite the fact that I called the day prior to cancel. I was not notified that I was still going to be charged - nor did it seem to make a difference that I should've had a credit on file for not being able to schedule an appointment for pre-paid services in the month prior. I understand this is a business and they're looking to make money, but after years of dedicated membership and referring numerous friends and family, I would've expected more than an "yeah, that's just the way it is" from the person I spoke to over the phone. Moreover, it's nearly impossible to book an appointment outside of normal 9a-5p work hours even when scheduling a month in advance, so if you do sign up for a "membership" odds are you're going to pay for nothing if you can't make it in at 2p on a Tuesday. It's unfortunate to see that what was once a lovely spa downgraded in such a way. Me and my family will be going elsewhere for services in the future. read more

The woman who took care of me was excellent - I didn't get her name but I believe from my booking it's Ali - she was personable, professional, kind and wonderful at her work! I booked a pedicure for my sister and me on my birthday thinking it would be a great way to spend time together and relax. I looked at all the available pedicures and was excited at the choices. Not realizing I had to choose when I made the appointment a week in advance (something I wasn't asked in the email booking either), I just asked for a spot for 2 pedicures and expected to be asked which type on the day of service. I got there waaaay early because my appointment was at 2 and I got out of work at 1, so I arrived about 1:25. I was greeted by Kimberly who was super sweet and even offered to let me sit in the sauna while I waited for my sister. So about 1:30, I got in the sauna and happily sweated and relaxed myself away. About 40 minutes later, they were ready to give us our pedicures. It wasn't until I apologized to Marissa (who did my pedicure) for being covered in sweat before Ambar (who did my sister's pedicure) asked if I wanted to rinse myself off. I declined because the appointment was already running a little behind and didn't want to further delay any other appointments. We ended up with the signature pedicures. During the pedicures, my sister and I were very talkative, along with Marissa which I loved. I hate feeling like everyone can't be apart of the conversation. It was a little awkward since Ambar really didn't talk at all and barely made eye contact with any of us, and I had heard her conversing a lot with the client before us. Marissa was great because I told her that I have plantar fasciitis and love a deep massage on my feet. She definitely didn't go easy and I loved it. I was bummed about not being offered any other services/up-charges that could've been added on. Maybe they just didn't have the time for anything extra? After getting home about 2 hours after the pedicure, my feet don't feel much different than they were before the pedicure. I really hate to say this since I would rather go to a small business spa than a nail salon that are a dime a dozen, but for $45 at a nail salon, I get a really good scrub down on my feet and a paraffin treatment and my feet feel sooooo smooth for a long while after. I will admit, the foot massage at fleuRESH was better here than I've had in the past. One of my sister's nails chipped about an hour after and she had to go back to get it touched up. Not sure how that even happened, we were just walking around the plaza. Maybe the bread and butter of this spa is the massage, and I understand that. The best spa in Southern New Hampshire! I have been going to Fleuresh for the last three years. I usually have a massage with Christine once a month and it is always very therapeutic. She always asks what I'm looking for when I come in as sometimes I want a really deep tissue massage to work out all the kinks, but sometimes I just want to relax with a nice Swedish massage. Either way, she gives me what I am looking for and always communicates well, asking if I'm having a problem with a particular area that she may find to be tight or ensuring that her pressure is what I am looking for. Sometimes I have had to book when Christine was not available and I have had 3 or 4 different therapists there over the years. There is not one of them that I would hesitate about seeing again. This says a lot about the owners of Fleuresh in that they take great care in making sure that the staff that they hire are all very professional and talented individuals with above average knowledge and technique in performance of their services. I had bounced around to several spas looking for a good massage therapist before landing at Fleuresh - but that was the end of the search for me. Every aspect of the spa is what you crave- a pleasant greeting when you come in with a true "how can we help you" attitude; a clean and inviting reception area; tranquil low-lighted rooms for your services; and ultimately the best facials, massages, manicures/pedicures you could ask for. read more

I got recommended to fleurish via a friend, and I have to say it was a hands-down best massage experience I've ever had in my life! I don't think I've ever been and a massage facility where everyone cared so much about what they did. Their demeanor was extremely pleasant from start to finish, and the facilities were top-notch. I'm somebody who's pretty conscious about carbon footprint, and cruelty-free products. I was very pleasant to find out almost everything they use there is conscious of both of those things! I was able to get there early based on a suggestion from Kimberly my masseuse, and they had a wonderful sauna and rain shower that I could use before the massage that really put me in a good place! Kimberly's massage was incredibly intuitive.she knew the perfect amount of pressure without me having to say anything. She's extremely receptive to any feedback I gave her, and left me feeling a hundred times better. This review is long overdue. I decided to do a relaxing New Years this year instead of the normal partying that everyone does. My boyfriend and I are new to the area but wanted to get some spa services done. I chose Exhale because there were great reviews and they did not let us down! I got a short massage, facial and pedicure. It may have been one of the best massage and facials I've ever had! It was my boyfriends first massage and the person who worked with him was very kind and comforting to his unknowns. She focused mostly on his back because it needed the most work but she communicated with him and he loved it! Afterwards, we both went downstairs for pedicures. The place downstairs is so cool! It looks like a cool grotto. The pedicures were great and so relaxing. I treat myself to a facial every 6 months or so and I am definitely going back to Exhale. So glad I found it! read more

So, I went with my gf for a manicure.... but I honestly could have done a better job. I'm not saying that it was a bad experience but for the training that is required to get this position and the amount of time it took to complete the service I would think that I'd leave with my nails having a uniform length and with a uniform appearance. I've been to Fleuresh a few times now...mostly for massages, which have all been amazing, including two couples massages with my husband. Yesterday, I wanted to change it up and try out the Recovery Pedicure with my mom. Totally worth it! I wasn't sure how it actually would be after reading the service description and thinking we may be disappointed...but we definitely were not! Starting with a thorough pedicure, then paraffin wax wraps your feet as you get reclined back with your feet elevated and receive a mini facial....which was a very good, not rushed or stingy mini facial...complete with scalp massage, neck and shoulder massage, as well as hand and arm massage. Then they massage your legs and feet before returning you back down to finish your pedicure. AMAZING! We were in heaven! Also, everything smelled incredible! My mom now wants to come all the time.
