I was assigned a 60 year old woman who was wearing an old pair of sweatpants, dirty gym shoes, had what I would describe as bed head, and about 15 minutes into the massage I realized it wasn't a mildew smell from the shower I was smelling rather she stunk like a week old wet towel. The massage was ok, she tried and was nice but just wasn't very good at it. Place has obviously gone downhill. To the owners - appearance and hygiene matters for this sort of close-contact business. You need to make sure all your employees are properly trained in massage and are putting themselves together for work, ie showers, hair, dressing reasonably and not like a bum. Simple stuff.
