My Mom just moved to Manchester and after trying 2 different nail salons in the area she was worried she would never find a nice place in the area. We were eating at Shorty's and decided to try to Radiant Nails and Spa, we were greeted with warm and friendly people. We fell in love with the place. I live in Massachusetts, so only go there when I'm visiting my Mom....but she goes every 2 weeks. I love the people, the staff, the cleanliness and everything about it. Made the mistake of going here. I had nicely shaped and perfect length natural nails. Asked for a French manicure. Wanted gel got talked into dip. She asked if she could shorten - my mistake I said yes. First she cut then she filed into what looks like shovels at the end of my nails. She worked fast but what a huge mistake I made. read more

I have been having my nails done here for about three months. I think everyone in the salon has done my nails in that timeframe and I have been very happy with my manicure each visit. This place is nasty I worked there three days and was very uncomfortable roaches running around rat feces in the back room coworkers were very unfriendly. They don't sterilize there equipment and when I complained they told me if I didn't like it to leave so I gathered my things and left and came back to get my check they dock me for a Hundred and five dollars ..when I asked why they used the excuse that some people came back complaining. Finally found a nail salon that I'll be returning to in Manchester! The establishment is clean and tidy, and all clients must wash their hands before signing in. I was a bit embarrassed because I had two toenail injuries and my feet were not appealing lol however all of the nail techs were extremely nice and accommodating. They made sure I was comfortable and found the best solution to make my feet look nice. Pricing is very reasonable for the work, which is clean and neat. I'd highly recommend this salon and I'll be a regular moving forward. read more

Normally, I only use yelp to read other reviews and help make decision when I need a new hair salon, restaurant suggestion, etc. However I am so unhappy with this place that I feel the need to write about my experience. The one star is barely justified, but I guess it's fine because everyone was friendly. But that's where the positives end. I paid $50 for what was probably the worst mani and pedi I have ever received. First of all, I didn't think the place was that clean. Not horrible, but not as clean as I expected based on other reviews. The tech who did my pedi used some type of oil that burnt my cuticles. The massage was nonexistent, basically she just put some lotion on my feet and calfs and barely rubbed it in. My feet are still rough and full of callouses. I don't mind paying $30 for a pedi, but i expected much more than this. The manicure was about 10 minutes long and consisted of one coat of clear polish, which was applied quickly and very sloppy. All for $20, which is pretty steep to begin with for a basic mani. Will never be back and am pretty mad I wasted my time and money here. read more

Had a manicure and pedicure at this salon this evening. It was clean ... they even vacuum around the pedicure stations between customers. They speak English. They sanitize their tools. Sam did my nails and he was very good. GREAT foot and lower leg massage. I have one finger on which I had surgery and the nail bed was damaged, and the nail splits when it gets to the top of the finger. No problem for Sam. He filled in the crack with a powder and liquid. Radiant Nails is my new go to nail salon. Far superior to where I was going before. read more

I've been searching for a new place to go and my friend suggested to see Ivy at Radiant. I scheduled a full pink and white dip for myself and two girlfriends, three pedicures, and also a mani and pedi for my niece who is 5. They got us all in and were so friendly, and so was everyone who stepped foot in there. They remembered our names, asked what we did for work and things like that, made sure our nails were sculpted and looked exactly how we wanted them to be. They were super gentle, which I loved cause the last few places we went you get those little nicks from the drill, but not here!!! My nails look incredible, the pedi was great! Everything is so clean and well put together and they put liners in the pedi area so that it's even more sanitary!!! I started going to Radiant nails when I moved to the area back in 2011 to get my brows waxed (which is always a risk) and fell in love right away! The nail stations are always very cleaned and maintained. If you ask or have been going long enough you get your own package of tools for your manicures and pedicures which I love knowing I'm the only one that has used those. The waxing area is also very clean, private and even though its just off the main room its very calming once inside. Billy and his team really make you feel welcomed and will constantly talk to you using your first name. They take call ahead but I have found even times when I've walked in they've made accommodations that day (even if I had come back an hour later or so). Very recommended if you need a clean and friendly place to get your nails done. read more

I have been looking for a good nail salon and I think I found it. I walked in without an appointment & was told it would be about 15 minutes & it was. Many times a place will tell you a wait time & then get you started just to leave you there so they don't lose a sale so I appreciated the honesty. The staff seemed very friendly, fast & efficient. The gentleman made sure to ask for my name & used it while I was there, I noticed he seemed to remember several people as they came in so I can tell they have regulars & appreciate their clients. I got a full acrylic set today & it looks great, i am actually going back tomorrow for a pedicure since I did not have time today, plus I like to check out a place for cleanliness before I get one & saw how they cleaned & disinfected after each person. literally the worst nail salon i have ever been to. one star is being generous. i was incredible disappointed and had to go to another nail salon to have my nails fixed because after stating multiple times i was unhappy they continued to finish my nails horribly shaped and told me they could not do the design i wanted, which was just a simple sticker. knowing that i was unhappy, i got an extremely dirty look when i did not tip. definitely will not be returning or recommend. read more

I have gone to Radiant nails a few times this summer for a pedicure. I appreciate that I haven't needed an appointment. I think the standard pedicure is more like a spa pedicure because of how thorough they are, and how relaxing it is to have your feet and calves massaged. Lynn has served me the past two times, and she is sweet and gave exceptional service. I highly recommend Radiant nails for a great pedicure at an even greater price! read more

Once, a few days after having a Shellac my nail started to break of, Radiant had me come right in and fixed it free of cost. I am always greeted by my name. I get the shellac done. I was able to get in a full set without an appointment, however i did call ahead to make sure they could do it then, but i was overall very pleased with my visit and the services. They were very nice and i could for the most part understand everyone there and the woman that did my nails, acrylic, did a fantastic job. she was very clean and took her time to make them look amazing. they look great and it was definitely worth the $40.
