customer service was good, but there was only one lady very slow and she did a terrible job on my nails they are pretty ugly and some of them are thick. Some of them are really thin some of them are short and some were long not consistent I will not be going back. The polish was very clumpy and did not offer everything on the door like an airbrush. I really liked it here at first. I was new to town and thought this place was super cute and that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had called to schedule a gel fill and had a question about the cost since their online pricing was a little confusing. I found the woman to be very rude when she told me "you don't have to come". I was just really taken back by such a response, and ended up canceling my appointment. My suggestion would be to call first and get clarification on costs, because their online pricing is outdated. Went in with a gift certificate that my husband spent $60 on for Christmas and finally after quarantine I went. The gift certificate said "pedicure and shellac manicure" not the actual amount. The women said "well prices have gone up". I said okay and then accepted to pay extra. My toes came it great but when I asked her to do tips on my nails she proceeded to pick the color and do dip instead of what I asked. My nails came out bumpy and uneven. I have done dip at home and it came out worse than what I could do. She answered a personal call while I was there and couldn't even get the tips to stay on with glue!! First ever yelp review and I hate to make a bad one with times being tough but she charged me an additional $40 with my gift certificate. So $100 plus tip (which I always do) for a basic pedicure and dip manicure. read more

Do not go here! Not only did they not have two of the colors I wanted originally ( mind you it was deep reds, nothing out of the ordinary) I immediately noticed how uneven in thickness all the nails were, but three days later the entire tip of the thumb nails breaks right off! read more

I have been going to Crystal Nails for approximately 8 years. This salon is by far the best one around. All of the staff is extremely friendly and you will be treated like one of the family. My appointments at Crystal Nails are always the best part of my weekend. Julie and her staff are incredible. They know their clients personally and are always pleasant and professional. I am always getting compliments on my manicures. I brought my husband with me for a pedicure and now he's hooked. We go once a month and it's so relaxing. As a diabetic, it's very important that he takes care of his feet and the ladies are awesome. He even got a manicure the last time we went and loved it. This is the best nail salon I've been to. I had gone to this place a few times because I used to live just five minutes away from it. But I never had a great experience. The woman who owns the place also does nails herself. I have gotten her every single time. And everytime my service is terrible. I always make an appointment. But if someone shows up just a minute before you arrive, they go ahead of you. (Why do they bother accepting appointments?) I have waited over 20 minutes past my appt time in the past. Another time, My sister and I showed up together (appt made again) and we got taken in at the same time. I got the owner... my sister got a different woman. Although we had the same exact service done... my sister got out of there 40 minutes before me. This is why: The woman that owns the shop will not only provide service to you... she will provide service to EVERYONE else too. While doing my nails she was constantly leaving to answer the phone. And left a few times to ring people up at the register as well. At one point she even left to help the other employee with another customer. And continued to sit with that customer for 15 minutes. (I must add that she was a walk-in customer who arrived well after I did) I was so mad. The last straw for me was that she used a sparkly top coat on my shellac nails. I hate sparkles! I was having french tips done for a wedding I was attending, and I was furious that she made my nails look childish with pink sparkles. I can't believe she didn't ask first! (She had already done several nails before I noticed) Unless you get someone other then the owner... good luck to you. You might be there all day. I have to say though, my sister was extremely satisfied with her mani/pedi. Any other employee is great. Just pray the owner is busy when you arrive. She doesn't take credit either. So make sure you have cash on hand. I will never return to this nail salon. read more

Worst nail salon I've ever been to! The customer service was the reason why. We made an appointment for 1 and they didn't start till 20 minutes later. Then it took an hour and a half for shellac nails. The reason it took so long because the person doing my nails would rather answer the phone 3 times and gift cards. I LOVE this place! I'm very picky about my nails and every single time I've had acrylics done, they have been fantastic! Julie, the owner, takes the time to get to know her clients! I hadn't been in in 6 months (just didn't have time) and she remembered everything about me! Yes, she does do everything there (answering the phone, taking appointments, etc) but in my opinion she has always been worth waiting 30 seconds while she answers the phone. I was VERY disappointed after getting my nails done here for a wedding. My pedi was good (shorter and less steps than most places) the paint came out good. My fill was another story the girl didn't do a good job at all. It was bumpy uneven and just poorly done. Not to mention we made 2 appointments for 1 and it took them 3 1/2 hours to do our pedi and fill which is just ridiculous. The other girl that I went with had a full set came out pretty good and we were suppose to match(bridesmaids) and our nails looked nothing alike. Normally I wouldn't write a bad review but After we said something she's like I'll redo them and kept making excuses why they were that bad. It was just a bad experience in the end.
