    Ombré dip
    Kelsey K.

Pleasantly surprised with Top Nails and the product I received. I walked in on a weekend and asked for two services, they easily accommodated me. I was happy to see that they chose to soak off my acrylics (even though it takes more time) instead of many salons who try to pry them off. The dip nails I got put on are very nice, a pink and white acrylic that the younger tech did with care. We chatted and everyone in the salon was very friendly. Happy with my nails and happy I went to Top Nails. Hopefully you'll give them an opportunity to give you a good set :)

I felt very rushed and they never asked me what shape nails I wanted. They were moving so fast they didn't even file the nails correctly. My nails are very thick and look nothing like what the advertised. I even called ahead for an appointment... I spend $85 for nails that were below mediocre. This was a girls trip and everyone was dissatisfied.

Amy did a wonderful job on my ombré dip nails. She was patient and took time to make sure the shape was exactly what I had wanted. Very personable and friendly as well. Salon was clean, adhered to current CDC guidelines.

I have been coming to Top Nails for about 2 and a half years now! When I try other places more local to me, I realize none of them compare and it really is worth the drive!! Thank you Amy and Nina for always making me feel so confident

I travel a lot for work and I work long hours. They accommodated me at the end of the day and went above and beyond to ensure my fills/gel were free of chips and nicks. She even took her time to replace nails that were lifting that I hadn't noticed. I cannot say enough positive things about this nail salon and their stellar customer service!

I was in town for a wedding and didn't have time to get my nails done at my usual nail salon so my friend and I decided to just look for one when we get up to Manchester. I searched for nail salons around our hotel area, and Top Nails was the only place that showed up without any negative reviews. There were quite a few in the Mall of New Hampshire next door, but I am never a fan of nail salons at the mall, and we also called a bunch of "spas" but no answers or no appointments available, so we went with Top Nails. We got there at 10am, hoping to walk-in without waiting... there were two ladies working on mani and pedi, and there was a young man at the reception desk. he was very friendly and answered all of my questions about shellac. I am very picky with my nails and wanted to make sure they used shellac and not gel (which peels off easily). He also made suggestions on colors and such, it's very rare at a nail salon unless you are a regular. My friend went in for a pedi, I wanted a pedi and a shellac mani. The young man took care of my friend first, as the other two ladies were still busy. I thought that was odd because you would think they would work on me first since I still have a manicure after. Anyway, I was enjoying my massage chair and foot soak, reading gossip magazine as the young man was making conversations with us. Maybe about 20 minutes later, one of the ladies came over and started on my pedicure. By this time my friend was already done, and 2 minutes later the young man took over. My friend ended up having to wait for me for the rest of the service, but she didn't mind. The young man did a good job on my feet, except I wish they went a little more into getting the dry/dead skin on my heels. He actually cared to ask if it was ok to scrub the bottom of my feet since it looksl ike it might hurt. After the pedicure, I have the other lady doing my shellac manicure. She was very pleasant and accomodating. I said I wanted a french manicure, but with black instead of white (to match my dress), she said no problem, and I said I wanted them thicker, she said "anything you want!"... now THAT'S customer service! I was very happy with my shellac manicure... even better than the usual place I go to! The only one thing is that they didn't give me any lotion massages at the end of the manicure, which left my hand pretty dry. In the end it took about an hour and a half for both of us so it was the "in and out" time frame we were hoping for. It cost $65 ($35 for the shellac french manicure and $30 for the pedicure) and I gave them $80 because I was so happy with my nails!

    Dip nails!! Last one month!

Been coming to top nails for years!!! Amy and Nina are amazing and very accommodating. I often make last min or day of appointments and Amy always finds away to get me in. The dip I get always lasts a month and I am not gentle on my nails by any means and my nails can keep up with my busy lifestyle.

My "End of Summer" neon pink French manicure. They did a GREAT job!!!!

Their professionalism & knowledge is unparalleled; no question goes unanswered & they never try to upsell a treatment that I don't need. Out of 5 stars they deserve 6!! Kelli was great: stylish, knowledgeable, very caring about her patients needs. Unfortunately, Kelli moved away, and I needed to reestablish with a new person in their spa. I am 60, and have seen my chin diminish and get "orange peel" appearance. I have a minimal double chin, but am losing definition between my jawline and neck. I received an ad about a new dermal filler for jawline and chin- it was the answer I was looking for! I called to schedule an appointment, and asked who was the most experienced at this procedure, and was told Amanda. When I came for my appointment, Amanda took photos, and I told her what I was looking for; she told me she would do my jaw, but, in her opinion, I didn't need filler in my chin. I was not looking to have a witchy poo pointed chin, I merely wanted a little umph to ad a little volume. . .she completely refused! This would be a good time to mention that 1 vile of filler is only 1/3 of a teaspoon ( it wouldn't make a significant difference). After she had put 2 viles of filler in my jawline, I noticed that the placement of it actually made my jowls more accentuated. I paid and left, but it really bothered me. A couple of hours later I called to speak to the office manager, Lauren, about my experience, and how I felt that Amanda hadn't listened to me. Lauren wanted to speak to Amanda, then get back to me- which was fair. The next day Lauren called me back, and we had a pleasant conversation. She looked at my before and after photos from the day before, and said she could see what I was referring to about the jowles. I asked if I could get the injections to dissolve some of the filler, and asked if they were going to comp me for the cost of that vile; Lauren told me she would ask the clinics director- but she was sure that wouldn't be a problem. I scheduled to come back and see who Lauren recommended. When I came to see Amy, she wasn't very pleasant, and I got the feeling I was being treated like a bad student going to the principal's office- not a loyal customer that wanted a problem fixed. I was told by Amy that she had seen my previous photos, and, why did I think I needed chin filler. . .wait, WHAT??? I mean REALLY- I wasn't asking for a big Brazilian butt lift, or seriously over inflated lips. . .why was I getting the third degree? Feeling like I was getting nowhere, I conceded to just get the comped vile of filler in my lower lip. As if things couldn't worse, Amy says," what are you talking about, you aren't getting a vile comped!" At this, I was DONE! I was wasting my time and SANITY on a situation that was not going to get resolved. Over the holiday weekend I calmed down, and decided to call Lauren and give Ariya one last time to redeem itself . My conversation with Lauren didn't start well, with her denying she had told me they would comp the filler, but eventually she offered to ask the director if they could reimburse me for the filler. I didn't get my hopes up and- with good reason. . .only this time it was the director that called. Not only did he refuse to reimburse me for the vile of filler, he asked me why, if I didn't want filler in my jowl area, hadn't I stoped Amanda as she was putting the needle in? And to this I replied," Have you ever tried to talk when someone is sticking a needle in your face?" That is crazy!!!! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder ( within reason), but whatever their reason for not wanting to put 1 vile of filler in my chin, it cost them 2 customers ( my daughter saw Lauren there for IPL), and hopefully you will think twice before scheduling at Ariya.

Blush is on a quiet block on Elm Street. The entryway is quaint and pleasing. When you walk in everything looks pretty and feminine. It was very typical of what you would expect an upscale salon to be on a smaller scale. My daughter had given me a gift card so I could have a pedicure. I went at the tail end of June to get an appointment before going on vacation on July 13. I thought I had enough time. When trying to make an appointment I was told that each tech/hairdresser oversees making their own appointment...? Ok, that wasn't my experience with Anjoli from Amherst, but hey who am I to tell them how to run their business? One nail tech was consulted, and she said she was booked until the 16th of July, but the girl at the desk took my number saying that the other tech would be given it so she could call me and make an appointment. I said thank you and I left. I waited, one week, two weeks, I went on vacation, when I returned, I called and left a message. No response. Four weeks later and still, I wasn't called. I private messaged them on Facebook and got a quick response with effusive apologies, "it's not a normal practice, we adore our clients, sorry that this slipped through the cracks". I gave my number again and waited a few more days and still no callback. I finally went into Blush again, stated my complaint and requested a refund. Which was denied, because that is not their practice, however, my number was taken again so that the owner could call me. Five minutes after leaving Blush, I received a call. It was from a nail tech. She had an opening that Friday and was able to finally accommodate me. As pedicures go, Ty did a very nice job. It was a relaxing experience. I enjoyed being in a pleasant room having my feet and legs massaged. I cannot find fault in the treatment. As a business, however, I think they need to come up with a better system in order to ensure that potential customers do not "fall through the cracks". Will I return to Blush? Probably not, as a potential new customer, I didn't feel valued, plus I have better things to do with my time than to wait 5 weeks for someone to call me to make an appointment.

This is a very clean, well run business with wonderful people who work there. Would recommend…read moreanytime!
