Ok so I'm a guy (obviously) so nail salons aren't really my deal but I have had a couple of pedicures and this place did a great job. Very sweet girls and the atmosphere was very chill. Compared to the one and only other pedicure I have had, this was AMAZING. My gf that had one as well said it was definitely worth the money and I had to agree. I am very disappointed. I have been going here for several years and have never had a problem until today. My 15 year old daughter went in without me and asked for a full set of acrylic tips. Keep in mind, she has been getting this done for 6 months. The acrylic tips prevented her from picking. After soaking her nails and removing her tips, they added 3 tips to her nails that were the shortest only. Never added tips to the rest. They did the acrylic powder then painted the color she asked for. Because Rose (nails tech) was in such a hurry, she cut my daughter 2 different times and continued filing, etc without checking on the cuts. My daughter called me crying. I walked in and asked Rose why my daughter wasn't given what she asked for and I was told that her nails were long enough that she didn't need tips. I explained the reason why she needed the tips and my comme t was brushed off like no big deal. My daughter was then charged $60, same amount if she would have gotten a full set of tips. The three acrylic nails were cut super short to match my daughter's real nails. She asked to have them shorter than the picture she showed, but not super short. No apology for the cuts, no apology for the misunderstanding, nothing. Sadly, they have lost our business. ​​ read more

it won't let me give zero stars, This place is absolutely awful, as a girl who gets her nails done every month. I wanted to try out a salon nearby that I have heard good things about... My biggest regret in the biggest waste of $150 I have ever spent in my entire life. I wanted flowers on my French manicure and the owner of the nail salon was rude and said no to a simple flower design, while my friend next to me proceeded to get the flowers that I wanted on my nails so we could match, after she disappointed me in an awful nail job, she left immediately, leaving me to watch my friend get the nails that I wanted to get. This is tough..... The ladies we sweet....however it was also almost so insincere that it makes me cringe. We had an appointment for 545 and when we got there the three ladies working were helping 4 guests and had one waiting. We waited awhile to be helped. Then we are told despite our appointment for pedicures and nails that they close at 7.... Multiple times. Almost like somehow it's my fault you made an appointment and couldn't provide the service. ...it gets better. I am then aggressively told not to book an appointment for a dip fill- like it's my fault that you didn't tell me when I called that you can't do that service? But then you proceed to do the service, not once but twice on my nails and they still come out looking very poor. Had a pedicure- asked for a French with black instead of white tips... the woman simply paints a black line on the top of my toes without doing any base color. The pedicure chipped within 36 hours. I popped in without a reservation at 12 on a Sunday. I was taken right away for a gel manicure. The tech helped me with colors to match a picture I had and did a phenomenal job. The salon is a tad cluttered but clean, if that makes sense. The music was very relaxing and scenic views on the tv instead of a dramatic home improvement show or a loud movie, I truly appreciated the restful atmosphere before I went on with my day. There was a woman getting a very lengthy pedicure that looked amazing, including callous work, hot wraps, stones, I'll definitely go back for that. read more

I came in for my first pedicure ever and they did a great job. Everyone was friendly and they were pretty meticulous and thorough. Definitely worth the money. Very satisfied. Highly recommended. PS don't forget to turn on the massage chair at the beginning of your pedicure. Life changing. read more

I really wanted to love this place because it's close to work and home. I came in a week and a half ago for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was AMAZING. My feet are still smooth and the polish is holding up well. I got the Palace Pedicure, which was well worth the extra $5. The gel manicure was pleasant, and the results were pretty, however the polish started chipping within 5 days. When I go to Impulse Nails in Hooksett, it lasts more than 2 weeks. Today I came back to get the remaining gel off and get a regular polish manicure. The cuticle clean up and polish were both pretty sloppy and I probably could have just done this myself at home. The women are very friendly and sweet, but I don't​ think I'll be giving it a third try. read more

I hate to do this but I have to. I made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure at 530 on a week night. I even said that I might be early, depending on traffic. Whomever was talking to me was happy that I said could possibly be earlier. Sooo I show up at 512 with a 530 appointment. I didn't mind waiting til 530 buttttt I waited longer as they took walk ins before me. Then I finally got a pedicure and the woman started yanking on my big toe and all of a sudden sharp pain and gushing blood. She laughed and said sorry. She also seemed upset with me that I didn't want a Shellac pedicure or manicure. I was going on vacation...I don't ever ever ever do Shellac pedis...waste of money. Well I know why I should have gotten Shellac for more $$$$...The mani and pedi didn't make it 24 hours. I will NEVER EVER EVER go there again. read more

This nail salon is close to home for me so I go for convenience mostly. Prices are reasonable, and they have even hooked me up with a deal once or twice... and (depending on the nail tech) I usually end up with great nails. The one complaint I have is that once a lady who was doing my acrylics cut my finger with nail clippers on the side of my nail....of course the acrylic nail was jabbing into it and it ended up getting infected.Sometimes they can be a little rough. But after that I gave it another shot and have had great service and quality nails that lasted a while. I don't know the girls name but who ever did my eyebrows last time did a seriously KICK ASS job! I was very impressed. I really wish that they had a website with a price list and a way to book appointments online. or even a facebook with price sheets would be nice. read more

This place is not clean even after Covid standards! Shellac was done too quick and so messy. Rose didn't even buff my nails or clean them after manicure so there's bumps underneath the shellac and top coat is peeling. Very disappointed after spending $52 on shellac and pedi. read more

This place has really gone downhill the past few months. I have been a regular customer and am extremely disappointed with the service that I received recently. I always get the dip manicure and have had nice results with it. However, the last few times it just hasn't been holding up. It starts raising at the cuticles after 2 weeks (used to hold up 3-4) and for $40 (plus tip) it should be lasting longer than that! My nails have been destroyed trying to fix them, which I went back in for them to take care of. The last time I tried the dip, it cracked severely after 1 day because they tried a new top coat. Had to go back and redo all of my nails (an hour of my time) and that one lasted 3 days before it started chipping off. I couldn't go back right away to have it fixed and the soonest I could go was a week later. At this point, my nails have been filed down so much with the dremel that they are thin and brittle. I was even charged this time saying that they already fixed it once! Well, guess what? The regular manicure I was given is chipping and cracking after 2 days! I am extremely disappointed and plan on spending my money somewhere else. read more

Visited here based on the 2 positive reviews on Google. Did not live up to those reviews. Clean, but quite dark. Got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was so-so and got oil all over my pants which did not come out when I washed them. The manicure did not use new or clean tools. I went here yesterday just for a basic manicure and polish. I live nearby and it's the only place around that is open on a Sunday. I went in and there was only one person there besides me (typical for a Sunday afternoon). The girl that did my nails was fine. She didn't talk to me at all and, instead, chatted with her 4 coworkers that were there (doing nothing) in Vietnamese. I find that completely rude... but whatever. One of the coworkers was hovering over the girl that was doing my manicure while they talked back and forth. It was like I wasn't even there. She did a so-so job and gave me a kind of crappy hand massage. She just looked like the wanted out of there and I was holding her up (they didn't close for another 1.5 hours). By this afternoon (LESS than 24 hours later), my manicure is already chipping and the polish is lifting off my nails. It looks like garbage. I won't go back. read more

Worst experience ever! I had a gift certificate to go here and wanted to get a French manicure with the dip powder. They took an hour and 20 minutes to do this and by the next morning the clear gloss was chipping . Personally I think It's a money laundering. Just a front business read more

I decided to give this place a try since I live down the street. Rose was my nail tech and did an amazing job with my OPI shellac manicure. Tools came out of a fresh, sterilized package for me. She also does a great job with shaping eyebrows. Very happy with service. Nail techs are a little chatty with each other, but if you don't mind that they are great. read more

Every time I come to Riverside Nails my dip polish chips within a week without fail. I have tried other salons with better success. I'm not sure if the product they use is cheap, or if their application of the nail dip process is not up to standard, but I am tired of paying $45 for a manicure that lasts 5 days when it that should last over 2 weeks. Not clean, they only wipe down pedicure basins between customers. Stations are messy. My manicure bubbled up and looked awful and totally unpresentable. I called the owner the next day and she said I could come back and she would fix it. I came back a week later which was as soon as I could, and she insisted that I pay because she supposedly only agreed to repaint my nails free of charge. That would have been fine except my nails needed trimming and reshaping by then. Also, the owners extremely loud cell phone is constantly ringing, very unrelaxing. read more

Went here last weekend to give it a try because my friend loves them. I was not impressed. I always get a french shellac, she did not ask me if they looked ok before going under the UV. I'm a bit picky but you can see stroke marks of the leftover white she messed up. Also, I've had them done for about 5 days and they're peeling up already. Granted it's winter and dry out, I'm sure it has something to do with it. But I did notice when I was done that she didn't pain all the way to the cuticle. Also had me WAIT for my manicure-massage while she finished my friends nails. I will go somewhere else. read more

Couldn't tell you who my nail tech was because she never told me her name. Probably the worst polish change on my toes and shellac mani I have ever had. Not worth the money AT ALL. I am a stylist and could have done them myself but wanted to treat myself. I can't believe I paid to have this done. The polish on my toes is thick and chunky, she for more shellac on my skin then my nails. There are gaps with no polish and chunks of polish stuck between my nail and the side of my finger. When I asked her to fix this she said yea, yea later. She proceeded to file the polish off and now I have more gaps with no polish. When something was said about that she said, well you said you didn't want the polish on your finger anymore. REALLY?!?! She was extremely rough and hurt me a few times and when I jumped and said ouch, she never even acknowledged me. I'm very unhappy and will not be back. read more

I have been going to this salon for a few years now, have recommended several friends and they are all happy. One person smudged her mani after leaving, she returned and they did a shellac mani for free to replace the smudged one. Not just one nail, the whole mani. Clean instruments always and very nice people to deal with. I highly recommend this shop. I have been going to Riverside Nails for at least four to five years now. It's my favorite place to go. Rose the owner is fabulous as well as the other girls who work there. I go for both pedicures and manicures. They take their time and do an outstanding job. The Signature Pedi is my favorite. this is the dirtiest nail salon i've ever been too. they reuse nail files without cleaning them. they had like 7 colors. and i got dip with my natural nails and this is the only salon that my nails have broke with dip. 3 of them broke within 2 days. lots of my nails are crooked and they took over 2 hours for this. worst nails in my life for 40 dollars. ridiculous!!!!! this place sucks. read more
