I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, and waited for 15-20 minutes to be seen. - I booked the organic exfoliating manicure (no gel)... and was given a basic manicure. No exfoliating sugar scrub. No hot towel wrap. (Both of which are mentioned as services). It was just a very rushed manicure. I included a photo to show how rushed this was. You can see the 2nd coat of polish didn't even fully cover the first coat. 2 nails had bubbles. And I could still see my nail whites through the polish when I left.. - One woman prepped my nails/cuticles and it was painful. No soaking. She put hot lotion glove on my hands and then immediately started pushing my cuticles back without letting it sit for a minute to soften them. Then she left and a different woman painted them. I didn't get either of their names and I'm not sure if I was seen by Angie, who I had booked with. This was just such a strange experience. I felt as though I was treated differently from other customers because I didn't want gel polish. This was my first time and I won't be going back here.
