Decent job, decent people, I keep returning! I started coming a couple of weeks ago and have been here three times now. Both Linda and Kim are awesome, Linda really takes pride in the work that she does and does not feel like she tries to rush you out. It is a quiet shop since they are understaffed, but they are still great people. I highly recommend their manicures and pedicures as that is the service that I keep returning for. The owners, John and Linda, always provide the best service with professionalism and warmth. My Mom and I have been coming here for 3.5 years. Services used: mani-pedi, facial waxing and eyebrow shaping. Problem areas addressed: terrible calluses-even tho' I go to a podiatrist for callus removal, Linda also works on them so I can walk without pain until my next visit. spasticity- I have involuntary muscle spasms which cause me to be in a lot of pain in my calves. Linda will spend the extra time needed to massage my legs until the pain starts to lessen. It should be noted my mother is 94. She has dementia. On bad days, she can become delusional, confused, agitated, gruff, rude and demanding without warning. On better days, she is very sweet, engaging and lovely company. Linda and John always treat her with respect and in a genuine caring matter. In short, I won't go anywhere else. The level of professionalism, expertise and quality of service received can't be matched. Remember, this is combined with a caring, and positive attitude. One last thing. You never feel "rushed" through your appointment. If you want a calm, quiet place to get your nails done, this is it. FWIW, I BELIEVE, the negative review below came from a VERY rude customer who in my opinion, walked in their doors looking for a fight. She was screaming, yes, SCREAMING at Linda about her nails not being done right. Linda calmly, quietly explained why she did what she did (because it was EXACTLY what she asked for. I was beside her and could hear everything) She SCREAMED, used the f bomb several times and would not stop. It was the kind of performance where she was TRYING to show how powerful she was etc. etc. It also became very clear she didn't want PAY for anything. LINDA DID WHAT SHE ASKED and she didn't like it so she didn't want to pay for it. PERIOD. John seeing what the customer was doing to and treated Linda, asked her to leave, saying there would be NO CHARGE. She still kept screaming! I couldn't get out of there soon enough. I was scared how it might escalate even further. BTW, there were two other customers there to witness this customer's behavior. FINALLY, one of these customers told her to leave in very strong terms. I guess she left after that, we were walking out the door. Bottom line-she was verbally abused by this customer. Linda continued to treat her with respect and professionalism. read more

Let me start off my saying my mom and I have been getting our nails done together since I was 13. We've been to plenty of salons and they have all had a few things in common. Typically most salons only have a few people who do acrylic fills, our first visit will be fantastic but after that it goes down hill, they don't have a large selection of colors, and they rush through the services. Belle nails is the opposite of all those other salons! They have an amazing selection of colors which are organized in these books to show the colors for you to choose from. The owners Linda and John are beyond welcoming and take their time. I am a bit of a fanatic about how I like my nails shaped and John is meticulous. In the past we have found most salons have one or two really good technicians while the rest are sub par, again Belle is the opposite and everyone who has serviced us had been fantastic. It was my first time visiting this nail salon. I visited with my mom and my sister. We all loved it here. We walked in, got welcomed by friendly staff. We basically showed them what we wanted and they were able to recreate it easily. I have never really treated myself to nails like this before but mine came out absolutely stunning. My nail salonist was named Lily, and you could tell she was incredibly proud of her work as an artist. We will definitely be visiting again! Highly recommend. :) read more

if i could no stars i would. i spent over 4 1/2 hours for a pedicure and dip nails there only to be left with uneven nails with lines and uncured nails and a sock stuck to my nails on a GEL PEDICURE. My pointer nails arent even filed properly and half of it isnt shiny. my thumb is peeling. i am angry. Thanks for making my nails look worse, and not refunding me!!!! attitude was not good when I called back for a refund totally changed their tune. read more

Great pedicures and Quan does an amazing ombré dip powder manicure! Worth the price. I walked in without an appointment and they took me right away, I also like the fact that while my pedicure was starting they took care of the removal of my old dip and started the new set, so I didn't have to sit as long once the pedi was done. read more

They have happy hour pricing on Tuesday-Thursday between 9 and 3:00 pm. The salon is clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly and speak English well and talented! I have been going to this location for years now but have never felt the need to write a review until my last visit. Over the years the ladies and guys who have worked here have been great - friendly, fair prices, clean location, etc. However, my last visit left me feeling so annoyed and uncomfortable - I don't see myself ever going back. Usually on the TVs they have some mindless dribble playing. The last visit they had the news on - I love the news, I am a political person but I can promise you (like most) - to me a nail salon is a place to go to turn off the BS and have some you time. Anyway - the woman working on me was scratching away at herself going on and on about new tattoos she got and how itchy they were. All while the chair I was sitting in kept malfunctioning - the basin where I put my feet kept falling apart and not being someone who knows how it works had a few thoughts of - is this normal? And will I get electrocuted? Back to the tattooed lady - she made a highly political comment in reference to what was playing on the tv... to the point I decided I was done biting my tongue and made it very clear I don't agree with her. She went silent. After that I tried to make small talk - the holiday, the weather, etc. she was NOT having it. First of all - stupid of the salon to have this crap on the TVs. Second - this woman was an idiot to think I couldn't possibly disagree with her. Third, what she said was anything but professional and Finally - to go on and ignore me like a small child for not agreeing with her made for an extremely uncomfortable and LOOOOOONNGGG visit. I got a mani and pedi with this lady. Overall the job she did wasn't bad although I think she skipped a clear coat since my nails a chipping like crazy. I tipped her fairly for her work while choosing to ignore her mouth - shes lucky, since most wouldn't. That said, the overall experienced has turned me off on returning... so she may have gotten her tip but they've lost a regular. read more

Would only honor half of the value of my gift certificate due to "ownership change" ... one week later I've had nails fall off as well as my daughter. Having been going there for years, but after my last experience I will not be back. I'm not sure of they've recently changed ownership, but the service has gone downhill the last few times I've been there. Went in on Friday around 12. There was only one other person in the salon, told me it would be about a 15 min wait, but it took 30 minutes (I didn't mind the wait). The issue was the lack of care by the technician. She went too deep on 3 cuticles on my toes (obvious bleeding) and on 2 fingernails. The other issue is she stayed too long on my skin with the drill, trying to clean up the dip. My skin is still sensitive. I will not go back under any circumstance. read more
