I was able to get in same day for a full set. The place was really clean and they were friendly. I appreciated that she listened to what I wanted and didn't push to upsell me. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Short. Natural looking. I can't have them long, and so many places always try to keep them long and don't listen to what I ask for. It's like they think I'm joking so I really loved that she gave me exactly what I wanted no questions asked. The price was also much more reasonable than surrounding places. (Coming from Boston I'm shocked with some of the pricing at other places) I'll definitely be back. read more

I called Lily Nails this morning to see if they could fit me in this evening after work. They were awesome and fit me in at the time that worked best for me! When I got there they sat me down right away and got to work on my nails. The nail technician was very gentle and thorough, especially when trimming my cuticles- there was no pain at all! I had an extremely disappointing experience and the photos speak for themselves. My first time at this salon was great so I came back, but I received a really poor quality dip manicure. I had made an appointment a week in advance but they overbooked and kept going between customers. The manicure was extremely rushed but I spent so much time waiting around between each step. They didn't do my cuticles or the lotion at the end. I requested a simple design and was told it would be no problem, but it doesn't look anything like the example i showed. There's dip powder stuck to my skin, really poor design and there's bumps on the polish. I'm going to be getting my nails fixed and redone elsewhere. read more

I recently left a different salon to follow my "nail guru," and now friend, Jen. I was beyond elated and grateful to track down this sweet, loving person, who does absolutely the best job of anyone I have ever had do my nails, that I ignored the worn condition of the salon. Today, when I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised and delighted to walk into a completely different environment! The salon has been completely renovated and now has a fresh, modern, sophisticated yet comfortable look and feel. In addition to being clean with fresh paint and new flooring and lighting, there is all new equipment including nail stations separated with plexiglass, pedicure stations with new massage chairs, polishes, dips, etc. The tanning options are next on the list of updates. The only hesitation I have in giving Jen and Lily Nail a 5 star review is I am concerned it will be hard to get an appointment with her!
