The receptionist was very polite, and was able to schedule me in the same week. I had the pleasure of Audra cutting my hair. This was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had with a salon and stylist. She sat with me for a consultation before getting started. She was very knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my hair. I showed pictures of what I was looking to do. She washed, cut and dried my hair. I was very happy leaving the salon that day. Audra is a wonderful person and I look forward to more appointments with her. I am also going to schedule for my young daughters to have their hair done.

Having just got this app, I'm somewhat shocked to see this rating and feel the need to stand up for…read morethem. Who knew so many divas would dain to go into a Walmart nail salon in NH? I have to say that I don't have the most experiencce with nail salons. I'm not originally from the area, but up in the sticks and besides a few weddings I rarely went into a nail salon and when I did, I usually left thinking I got ripped off. When I moved down here for a post office job about 4 years ago I was getting pretty desperate for a solution to brittle nails constantly getting damaged into the nail bed and bleeding from sorting packages and general hand abuse that went with the job. I went onto google and found this place. I went to Walmart for my cheapo depot shopping anyways, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Like I said, inexperienced with all things nails, but having done some reading, I started with shellac on fingers and toes. At the time I basically didn't have a pinkie nail because I'm incompetent at doing these things myself, though I *really* tried for years. For toes, this was exellent. Lasts a whole month. This I've done ever since and could not go back. My feet and toes have not ever looked better and it's 100% to the credit of the staff here nursing them to a pretty state. Fingers, however... 2 days. I use my hands. I've tried store bought and other salons, so this is a me thing, not a them thing. So I did a little digging online and then I asked a nice lady that works there named Wendy about acrylics and my predicament. She introduced me to a man named Tom that works there and that does them and got my first french acrylic mani. Now, my fingers were in a pretty sorry state at this point as well. I wasn't expecting much, but they looked great and I was at least happy with that. I kid you not, next day I shut my nail in my car door. It didn't even scratch it. Basically indestructable and that was the end of my constantly bandaged and grisly fingernails. Now, a few years back I moved away for a few months and let me tell yoy, trying to replace regal nails was impossible. Nice salons, cheap salons, all shoddy work with a varrying price tag. When I moved back I was so happy to return to regal nails. This place is a diamond in the rough and they do excellent work. Besides those few months, I've never even thought about straying. This combo lasts me an entire month. An. Entire. Month. I've thown out every home nail tool I have and I haven't done anything to my nails myself in about 4 or 5 years now. It's $80 and I always tip them $20 or more because that's what other salons were robbing me of or more and these guys actually deserve it. I've never made an appointment since I'm regularly late to the ones I do make and walk in all days and hours of the week. Tom has never not been there to do my mani and I've never been disappointed by anyone's pedicure work. This is consistently what it looks like when they're done and I get a ton of compliments on them. Now, for the actual place, it's not going to shock you with it's atmospheric brilliance, but it's comfortable and clean despite what some of the people on here have said. There are massage chairs for pedicures and big plushy rolling chairs at desks for manicures. There's also wifi in building, though it's obviously not top of the line, it works. A lot of people seem to know this is a gem because it's sometimes absolutely packed and a lot of them are return customers because they know their technician's names. Mornings early week seem to be quieter, but it fluxuates. You might not have to wait, but usually not long and they'll make sure you're comfortable. Sometimes people make scenes about this and honestly... It's embarrassing and shameful. Don't. These guys work hard and you shouldn't come in expecting preference because you only have 20 min. Make an appointment if it's that big a deal. Some people are talkative and the staff are happy to chat back. I'm not that kind of person. I'm socially awkward and suck at small talk. The staff know me at this point and just let me listen to my audiobooks on my headphones while they do their work. Some people seem to mind and get offended or uncomfortable, but they don't. I appreciate that. I'll keep going back as long as they're open and still offer what I get. TLDR: They have grwat staff that do excellent work at a price you can't compete with at a convenient location, but maybe not for princess instagram.
