If you want a 20 min rushed pedicure and all your nails to be cut uneven and only partially painted and you want to spend 150.00 for nails to look like this then surely come here. She paints your toenails prior to pedicure which defeats the purpose. Both of us walked out with uneven nails and missing polish as only 3/4 painted. Horrible. Requested they be fixed was told unless we could get in the salon immediately she was too busy for rest of the week. Extremely disappointing as we had them done for a special occasion. read more

I had the best pedicure here! It was so relaxing and thorough. Attention to detail on my quirky little feet was so appreciated.

Went for a pedicure at 915 and they were not opened. Returned at 945 and two employees were there. Asked if I had an appointment, which I did not. My nails were painted before the pedicure, defeating half of the pedicure process. Will not return for sure. read more

Been going here for a year. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! Started off pretty good but the boss lady is very bossy to the customers and clients. I went once and she did my nails and when trimming my cuticles she was watching something on a phone and accidentally clipped some skin and drew blood. Not impressed. Went again yesterday and my nails look terrible. One of the layers didn't dry properly so now everything is sticking to the sides. The polish crinkled up under the dryer and they didn't do much to fix it. Prices are good but you're paying for something not that great. It's also in a sketchy area. read more

I can excuse some things but my major gripe is the fact that their pricing hanging on the wall is INCORRECT. This is my mom and my favorite place to grab pedis! The girls are friendly and quick and do a great job. The pedi chairs are always clean and we love the massage option on them! The prices are reasonable and much better than another popular place down the road. Can't wait to come back! read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! The night before my 14 year old daughter's 1st semi-formal dance I took her to have a manicure and pedicure with gel polish applied to toes and fingers. (with an appointment scheduled). When she arrived there was only 2 girls working. They took her in at her scheduled time but as the girl was working on my daughters manicure she was also working on someone else in between. She left my daughters finger nails under the UV light so long it melted most of the polish off. The girl redid the polish and by the time we got home (a 45min drive) the polish on two finger nails had started to lift and peel off. Unfortunately the salon was already closed and the dance was the next night so we could not go back and have it redone. My daughter was very upset and in tears as this was supposed to be a special treat for her. read more

This has to be one of the most bizarre salon experience I've ever experienced. I went with a woman I know as a gift for her birthday. This is her preferred salon because it is an inexpensive option and it was where she wanted to go. It was my first time getting my nails professionally done and so I went with it. The owner was a truly delightful mix of pompous and belligerent, talking to her employee, a woman who seemed to not speak English as a first language, like a useless appendage she wished to be rid of but was forced to endure. It had a real "shout you into submission or send you withering glances" vibe. Now all I wanted done was a manicure, some gel polish, and a little nail art while my friend wanted a full set of acrylics. Got the immediate sense that my wanting something simple put me in the realm of lacking importance and she proceeded to get quite perturbed with me when I asked about getting a design from the many images of nail art placed in the salon. I was soundly told that they weren't things that the salon could actually do. They were just there for ambience I guess. For a further relaxing atmosphere there was also the deafening television playing daytime tv in the background and the calming serenade of the owner verbally dressing another potential client down for leaving the salon. The woman had been patiently waiting to have her nails done too and when she decided she couldn't wait any longer and left or charming hostess stopped what she was doing and yelled at her to come back. When she did not she abruptly left the salon to chase her out into the parking lot while still shouting at her and upon the owners return we listened to a the engaging tale of what a bitch the woman was for leaving. Delightful! As for the actual painting and styling of our nails the owner took on my friend and left me to the other nail stylist. When the young woman struggled a bit with mine nails I was treated to the owner snapping at her, my hand being yanked away, and my manicure being "fixed". By "fixed" of course I mean made it worse, leaving a smear of yellow on the design. It was a truly a one of a kind experience, so much so I haven't got my nails done since. So if you're into daytime soaps turned up to 11, the dulcet tones of of parking lot harassment, and daffodil colored smudges on your ring finger than this is just the place for you. You'll save a buck or two and have a one of a kind experience for sure! read more

I wish I could give them less than one star. I paid $25 for a pedicure one afternoon and by that evening the polish was wearing off three of my toes. I was there when they opened the very next morning and they re-did the three toes. Within FOUR hours the polish was wearing off four of my toes! I went back in again and the girl states that they must have used bad polish!!! She offered to do it AGAIN, but unfortunately I was leaving town.....the very reason I got this pedi to begin with is because I had a function to attend. I explained this and told her at the very least she should refund 1/2 my money...I paid $25 plus $3 tip ...and she says "no,no,no...no refunds!" No refunds after she says the polish was bad! She didn't even take the polish off the shelf; just returned to a customer who was listening to all this. Do not waste your money here....there are far too many good places to get a pedi. I paid for a sevice here, did not recieve the service correctly, and they didn't care. read more
