I tried to make eye contact with the manager and, after he left, other techs to subtly ask for someone else and I was blatantly ignored. They should not be allowing this poor girl to work on customers unless they provide her more training. This kind girl made me bleed, took 55 minutes, didn't scrub feet hard enough despite me asking twice, the bath bag leaked, her glove broke, I struggled with the chair, had to ask for the toe separators, and asked her to refile numerous toes, to no effect. No lotion, no massage, no callus treatment; in fact I wasn't even asked what level of pedicure I wanted. The service I received was a gel toe polish change with a rough file and injured toe and then they had the absolute nerve to try and charge me $58+. The manager, over the phone, insisted I pay for a basic pedicure ($38), and frankly, the only reason I did was to stop making everyone feel so uncomfortable. Another employee offered to re-do everything, albeit two days later, but didn't bother taking my phone number to schedule it. I will never come here again. Again, all blame goes to management. There were flying bugs, dirty water in plant vases, and slimy nail cards. I tried to warn a walk-in after me; I Hope she ended up with a better service than I did.

I received the standard pedicure and added in the callus remover. Everything was great as she cut, shaped, and removed my cuticles as well as gave me a scented salt scrub. The state limits the time that you are in the salon to an hour, and she finished my pedicure and just about 30 min. I then switched to Angel for my nails, she asked me what I wanted, accommodated it exactly, and did a very nice job on my nails. I will be back and I would highly recommend this nail salon... They were very clean and I was watching all of the employees take all of the precautions required by the state.

I was invited on mothers day to get a pedi and mani by my daughters. Sat down and had to wait because all pedi chairs were full. Finally get seated and the water nearly took me and my daughters skin off it was so hot. We were never asked what kind of pedi we wanted so my daughter asked what kinds they offered and they brought over a menu. I told the girl doing mine what I wanted and my daughter told the guy what she wanted and he said he was tired and not up for that one. In horror I should of gotten up and left but didn't want my girls to feel bad. Well I should have gotten up and left because it got so much worse. The girl doing my pedi was uneducated and weak to put it bluntly. Just horrible, she had not even enough strength to use the little sponge thing and callus remover. I asked her to redo my left foot as there was still so much dry skin. She didn't clean my cuticles, and with the 5 0 dollar pedi was suppose to get a decent massage I got nothing. No cream and no real cleaning that was described and paid for to speak of. I was shocked when the pedi was done and asked her a couple different times about the quality of service and why she wasn't providing good service and she said she was new. The manicure was worse , dry extraction of my cuticles and cold water in a small bowl, no softener, soap nothing. As i'm sitting in horror my daughter asked if she could have her color changed on her feet because there was still red polish from the previous nail color still near the cuticles. While we were sitting there my other daughter had sent her husband a pic of her toe color and my son noticed and circled and sent back a cockroach yes a cockroach by her leg on the underside of the manicure table~! Horrified I jumped and showed the lady doing my nails and we all looked for the roach and it was gone. My son took the picture and we have it if I can upload it I will. I told the woman as she was taking my 65 dollars that this by far has been the worst experience of my life. I cited all the indescrepencies and the roach and she had no problem with any it. As we all went to our get together we were talking about the horrible treatment and looking down at our feet and couldn't believe how much dry skin was there. It looked dryer then when we went in! I called and spoke with the guy who did my daughters feet and told him I would appreciate a refund and how bad our feet were and we needed to go somewhere else and get the done right. He said to come in monday for it which would be the next day. I called to let them know I was coming on monday and the woman on the phone didn't seem to understand me. I asked for the owner and she said no owner here she come and go. I said I am suppose to come in for my refund and she asked for what. I told her the story and she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. I got my daughters card numbers and headed up with my husband. He went in and came out and said that there is a no refund policy! I went in and he lied through his teeth. He would not provide any owner information or a no refund policy . There is no mention of a no refund and this guy and their staff are out for themselves. They can keep the money as they must be desperate people to rip off the american consumers. Hopefully they get an extermination company out there too as cockroaches are spread by laying eggs in shoes and pocketbooks that are left out for them to enter. read more

I LOVE coming to Pearl and seeing Mary and the rest of the staff! The mood is always happy and positive! Mary has saved my natural nails and does a magnificent job every single time. When I accidently nick my polish she happily fixes it with a smile. I've coming here since they opened and have been extremely happy with how my nails or toes come out. I have recommended Pearl to many of my friends and they've all become regular customers. Mary always goes out of her way to ensure all of the clients are happy and satisfied. I am still a huge fan of Pearl and of Mary. She does a phenomenal job every single time. She, and the rest of the staff are always happy and positive. Mary had saved my nails from the years of abuse I've put them through. She is always happy to fix a nick if I hit them and always has a smile. I've been to just about every nail salon in nashua and this is by far the best. I have recommended Pearl to many of my friends and they've all become regulars. BEST nail salon in Nashua!!! I moved to Nashua 5 1/2 years ago from Dracut and had tried 5 different salons to no avail. I found myself going back to my go-to salon in Dracut time and again. I first tried Pearl Nails on March 1, 2018 for a gel manicure. The woman next to me was getting the powder dip and raved how it lasted 3-4 weeks and was much healthier for the nails. I decided to give it a shot... and haven't turned back since! I had Sonny that first time and only go to him since. He makes sure to go all the way to my cuticles so I get the longest time out of my dips. My last dip was the longest I went - 4 weeks - which was really stretching it with how quickly my nails grow out. I'd say 90% of their hand nail business is powder dip now. They all do a fabulous job... everyone raves about them. As such, they're always SWAMPED, so calling ahead for an appointment is a MUST! Go see this family - you won't be disappointed!! read more

I have known these people at their previous location and they were always kind and thorough. Now with the new business Pearl Nails & Spas, it feels like I am in Boston or NYC, but only with people who I know and trust. Their work ethic is impressive. The cleanliness is outstanding, and their commitment to their clients is like no other salon compared. I highly recommend their dip manicure as it is so healthy for your nails. Since moving to NH, I have been looking for a nail salon to replace my beloved salon in MA. I searched and searched, but couldn't find anything I liked. I actually drove back to MA, just for a manicure. Then a friend recommended Pearl. It is the best. The salon is very nice and clean. The manis and pedis are great. The people are so nice and friendly. They treat you like family and want to make sure you are happy. Definitely go here, but make an appointment. I made an appt for my step-daughter and I for mani/pedis it was fantastic! 2 weeks later and my gels are perfect-and my 9 year olds toe art is still perfect (she peels her nail polish off constantly)! They were great about keeping us together and were really efficient-but that didn't stop them from doing a fabulous pedicure with massage. And with all of that, I left spending only $85! A bargain!
