Update: I'm dropping to only 2 stars. I got a good look at the polish on my toes, this won't last more than a couple of days. Only one sloppy coat of color and a poorly applied top coat. Why do they have to resort to cheap products. I'm used to good quality salon polish. They have a very limited selection of no-name polish. AND my nail beds still hurt! I did some research and the burning sensation is because too much shellac was applied. It should be 2 thin coats, drying in between. That wasn't done. I feel like they just want to hurry up and get you finished so they can see what type of tip you'll leave. I'm desperately looking for a new salon that I can go back to for regular maintenance. Nina let me relax and enjoy both the massage chair and my book! The actual pedicure was amazing and Nina did a great job with the polish, I can't see this wearing off quickly. She applied 2 coats and a top coat and just for added pretty, a flower on each big toe. She remembered me from last time and asked me to talk to the manager. We talked about the experience my daughter and I had last time -see previous review. I was impressed that she wanted to make it right. She gave my daughter a gift certificate for a new manicure, apologized and said that's not how she want her business rum. if i could give 0 stars i would. i asked if they did dip manicures (they do NOT) but they told me they did. they proceeded to give me an acrylic manicure even after i protested that it was not what i wanted. they did not clean up my cuticles, they did not cut or file my nails, and WORSE YET they didn't even file down the acrylic! it was lumpy and looked absolutely HORRIBLE! immediately after my appointment i went to another nail place down the street with tears in my eyes begging them to fit me and help me. they did and i've stuck with that business ever since. as for this place, i would rather not get my nails done for the rest of my life than resort to going back. read more

worst nail place. I've been into my whole life. I've got my nails done every single month for the last four years and this was just horrible. I got my nails done Saturday and they already are catching hair and hurting my skin because they put the nail on my skin. My toes have been chipping off and I went back to fix it and they didn't want to fix my hands because they said I didn't pay for the treatment and they did my toes, and they made them even worse. If you'd want to save the troubles, I advise you to never go into this place. Salon is not the friendliest Salon I have been in. I wanted my acrylic nails removed and new ones applied, Tech did not understand what I meant, I repeated myself, she still didn't understand. I realize there is a language barrier, but she got snippy, another Tech came over I told her same, she also seemed confused. Finally they got it. First very rude nail tech I spoke with started taking off old applying new ones. I paid her gave a double tip, sorry I did that. She snapped off her light slammed her chair into her desk. Left me there did not walk me to the dryer, I finally asked someone to help me to the dryer. 3 nails fell off broken down to the quick, painful, band aids for over a week. NEVER GO HERE. My experience at this nail salon was incredibly disappointing. Despite making an appointment, I had to wait over 45 minutes past my scheduled time before being attended to. The salon itself was poorly maintained, with dirty floors and a weird smell that lingered the whole time I was there. The nail tech was rude and unprofessional and the instead of focusing on my nails the made a few rude or passive aggressive comments towards me all though my nails were left destroyed and disgusting. When it came to my mani the tech seemed rushed and careless. it was a sloppy job with uneven nails and smudged polish that started chipping off when I left. I had to go home and clean my nails off and they were left disgusting (*I attached a photo*). To make matters worse, the prices were outrageously high for the low-quality service provided. Went here yesterday based on other yelp reviews and I wish I didn't. I went in for a mani pedi and am not happy with either. They have a tiered pedicure menu like most salons but after getting the regular pedicure it seems like they give you the bare minimum on purpose so you will spend more to upgrade. The pedicure was maybe 15 minute. Barely scrubbed my feet and got hardly any dry skin off. She was done in less than 10 minutes. The lady who was doing it was more concerned with chatting with her co-worker than even looking at what she was doing. I'm not someone who minds this at all but she literally stopped what she was doing to have the conversation, multiple times. She also got up to help other people about 3 times. I'm pretty easy going and I understand if you have to finish someone off, but 3 times ! Come on. I should have known better than to move ahead with my gel mani but I did anyway. She did a decent job cutting and shaping my nails but he polish is wavy and has tons of air bubbles. You can see the skin and cuticles that were missed in my pic. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this salon. I'm pretty sure they do have some good techs here but if you don't know who's good and who isn't don't bother. My nails won't even last the week. Huge waste of money. Update. Nails started to chip in 4 days with a gel manicure that should last about 2 weeks. read more

This review is for the male owner of the nail salon, and not at all directed towards any of the employees. I have had very nice manicures and pedicures from the ladies, especially Lisa who is very sweet and does a great job with nail color and foot massage. The owner on the other hand is unprofessional, rude, mean, aggressive, demeaning, and belligerent. I will never come to this salon again nor recommend it to anyone based upon my negative experience with him. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure that I ended up being a few minutes late for. When I knew I was going to be late, I called to let them know I was still coming but would be about 5 minutes late. I spoke to the owner both when I initially made my appointment and when I called to say I was running late and he said okay. When I arrived (about 7 minutes late), the owner was hostile, started yelling at me for being late, and accused me of making my technician wait for an hour. I apologized and told him my appointment was only a few minutes prior to my arrival, and reminded him that I had called in advance to say I was running late and he had not told me that was going to be a problem. He walked away from me and my technician came up to me to help me pick out my color. I apologized to her as well for being late and if there had been a miscommunication about my arrival time, and she said no problem and she understood and that it wasn't an issue for her at all. I would have left after that first ridiculous, harsh exchange with owner, and I only stayed because I liked the technician so much and she had been waiting for me so I felt it would have been rude to her for me to just leave. Unfortunately, a few minutes later as I was sitting down having my old polish removed the owner walked up to me again and shoved a clipboard in my face. He started yelling at me again telling me that the technician had been waiting for me and missed the opportunity to see other clients because of me, he pointed out a list of names and services on the clipboard and kept repeating the same thing over and over again, he was relentless and very worked up. I asked him if he wanted me to leave since I had obviously committed such an egregious offense, and he said no but continued to yell that next time I make an appointment there I needed to be on time and then stormed off. Again, had I not had such a sweet tech who was already in the middle of doing my nails I would have left. One of the big reasons I get my nails done is for the relaxation factor, and the owner's terrible attitude and verbal attack of me completely ruined that part of the experience for me. My technician gave me an exceptionally great pedicure and manicure, and I could tell she felt sad about how the owner had spoken to me. She asked me to please keep coming back to see her, and as much as I like her and appreciate her services I cannot go back to this salon again. I am trying not to use immature words to describe the owner, but in summary he was major jerk. I know I was late, but it was not by many minutes, and if that was such a big problem he could have told me on the phone that they were too busy to accommodate me when I notified him of my late arrival time in the first place. I do not appreciate how he spoke to me, and I feel bad for his employees because I can only imagine how disrespectful and unkind he must be to them. The most TERRIBLE pedicure ever! The guy did not use any cuticle cream, he cut my nails unevenly, he did not file my nails at all, and then he only used 1 layer of polish, which didn't even cover most nails completely. My 6 year-old niece did a better job last time she visited! I told the woman at check-out that it was not a good job, and she just gave me a dirty look, she did not even look at my feet to see the pedicure. I went here to get a full set and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The woman doing my nails kept telling me "too long" and " weird shape" All I asked for was medium to long almond shaped nails. They were all very uneven and lumpy. She also put way to many coats of nail polish on them, it made them look thick and weird. I told her some of them were uneven and not shaped well and she just basically swiped the nail file across them and didn't seem to care. Fast forward a few days later, all of the nails started snapping at the smile line, where the tip was adhered onto my real nail. most of them broke my real nail underneath and left me with bleeding torn off nails. The facility is very clean and they give you your own files to bring in so that you are never getting an unclean nail file used on you. Awful. Just awful. I made an appointment for a mani and pedi. The pedicure was maybe 20 minutes - for the deluxe pedi that costs $45. They didn't trim my cuticles, the paint looks like my 6 year old did it and the massage was non existent. I pointed out the polish didn't look great. She spent a minute fixing and then said - ok, you done! And then walked away. I tried to explain again she just ignored me. The manicure was even worse. I had gel on my nails so she soaked that off but there was definitely some of the glue or whatever on my nails still. I pointed it out twice she ok ok ok. She ignored me and then painted the nails and said - you dry, I do top coat in few minutes. And then - disappeared. I sat for at least 15 minutes and finally had to ask someone else what was going on - explain that 1. my nails looked horrible and 2. she disappeared. They called her back - I had to basically beg her to not just put a top coat on but to fix my nails and then repaint them. She sighed heavily, used the drill to get the rest of the shellac off and then repainted them.... once again telling me to wait - she will be back for the top coat. Well, she never came back and someone else did the top coat. All of this took an hour. An hour for a deluxe pedi and mani - that should take at least 2 hours at anywhere else. Great place! Traveled to NH from MA for work. Wanted to get my nails done before my event, only had a half hour to spare! Found this business on Yelp and had to check it out. I explained that I only had a limited amount of time before my event and I was taken in immediately. This is one of the few salons I've been to that have bright yellow gel polish (my favorite). I had been going to this place over the past years but some where it has changed. In the beginning it was wonderful. They took their time, made sure you were relaxing and the you got what you wanted. I always get the deluxe pedicure. But the other day I went on, requested the deluxe, the color of polish, scented that they put in the warm water. First the water bath was so HOT that I pulled my feet out fast!!! The girl doing my pedicure gave me a disgusting look and then turned on the water to cool down the water. Once it was cooled I put my feet in, she only let me feet set in the water 2 minutes then pulled them out the begin the pedicure. She was done in less than 30 minutes!!!! Now this pedicure also includes the legs to be massaged with the hot stones and then warm lotion. This was done very fast and finished up with her taking her fists and ponding on my legs very hard and my feet! This woman should not be working there. BUT THEN I PLAN NOT TO GO THERE!! read more

I made a 10:30 appointment a few days ago. I really wanted to love this place as it was a gorgeous looking space and my boyfriend got me a gift certificate to surprise me. I was ignored when I walked in. They finally took me over to a pedicure chair at 10:45. They left me to sit with my feet in lukewarm water without even turning the jets in the pedicure tub on, until 11:30, after I watched people who came in after me get serviced. I sat patiently because I know people aren't robots, and sometimes they run behind. Finally my nail tech came over and I chose the deluxe pedicure. It was supposed to be a 45 minute pedicure. She was done, start to finish, in 20 minutes. No foot rub. A brief leg massage. It was probably the most rushed pedicure I've ever had. She couldn't bring me up front to pay fast enough. Took my money and left. Didn't show me where to sit to dry my toes, nothing. So I left because I felt so uncomfortable. Now, I'm left with chipped and smudged toe nails, feet that don't feel soft at all, and an overall awful experience. Didn't have an appointment for New Year's Eve day so I was happy they were able to take me as a walk in and they were bust. However, the technician flew through my gel manicure in about 20 minutes. My nails were definitely not left in the UV light to cure long enough. As a result, all of the polish lifted and peeled off with 3 days. While I understand they were very busy and I did not have an appointment, I would have rather been told they did not have an availability than spend $30 on a manicure that lasted less than a week. I really don't like having to give such a bad review but I am hoping that the owners will see it and turn things around. I have been going to this location for several years for nails and waxing. I have always been satisfied HOWEVER I will not be returning. I am not sure if there is new owners but I went to just have eyebrows waxed. I tried once before and waited too long and had to get to work. In the past I never had to make an appointment for the waxing because it is quick and typically done between services. I arrived and told the man (owner?) at the desk what I would like he said ok sit down. I did no problem. I was in town for a wedding and found this incredible salon via Yelp. Once again, the app did not disappoint. Everything was awesome!! From the friendly and attentive staff to the great wedding nails I got. I came in not exactly sure what color I would choose bc of my dress and my nail tech was so helpful in helping me decide. On top of that, the salon was soo clean! They had the sterilizer bags for all their tools and liners for all the pedi chairs. I had never seen that before! I will never get my nails done here again! I went in to get my nails re done. I have had dips for almost three years now and I never use tips. When I went in the lady asked if they were my real nails. After telling her yes 3 different times she then busted one of my nails as if she was taking off acrylics. My REAL nail was not completely busted to the point where they had to put a tip on. It was bleeding and extremely painful. I am so disappointed in this location. Disappointed :( I only get nail enhancements once in a while because of the hassle. I decided to do it this year for the first time right after 4th July, and a different place did a terrible job. Time to get them redone so I decided to try this place because of the reviews, and was looking forward to finally having a "real" salon near my house. First, I waited for over 30 mins for someone to become available ( I typically don't have that luxury and figured I should schedule next time). Then asked to have a refill & shared my bad experience from previous place. They seemed very nice and said they could make my nails look better with pink/white without taking them all off &a starting over. The second person who started working on my nails even said "we don't wanna go for what makes us the most money, we want you happy". About a whole hour later I walked out with nails that were pretty from a distance but horribly rough surface, like a sandy nail file :/. Best part? Got charged $43 for the refill and asked if I wanted to "add ten??" for tip!!!! I think the refill is priced at $25 on their board but they took the liberty to do whatever they wanted without any warning and charged me top dollar. Luckily I can afford it but the "add 10" on top of how bad my nails look, not worth it & bad business practice overall. The place looks nice but there is nothing "upscale" about it, it's just brand new. Very disappointed and had to put 3 coats of clear polish at home to try and make them look decent ...
