I've had to tell many stylists to keep going shorter, millimeter by millimeter, until I'm tired of sitting in the chair and just say it's fine. I've also had many stylists who either haven't listened or haven't been able to capture the style I want (a shaggy pageboy/bixie, NOT a blunt bob!). Cassandra was the first stylist I've had in YEARS who got it. We spent the first 15 or so minutes of my appointment on a consultation - not just me showing her photos of styles, but her asking specifically what my hair care routine is/how much time I want to spend styling, how I want it to grow out, etc. Then she took the time to bring the style to life - consulting me as she went to make sure it's where I wanted to go, and going back over places she felt needed more work. She was super focused, but also chill, funny, and easy to chat with for the hour appointment. It's been years since I felt like I haven't had to "settle" for a haircut. I will definitely be going back to Cassandra. Bonus points to the salon for just having a nice atmosphere overall.

Well I work at a laundromat and met a women named Michelle Bessett who does hair for a living, for 35 years she's done this. Her hair always looks amazing, A few of my friends go there and they always come out looking like movie stars. I prepaid so that I can't back out like I always do.
