I had been going to another salon for years so I am sure you can understand that I was a little nervous about finding a new one. But after reading the great reviews here on Yelp, I decided to give this new salon a try. My hair designer is Shanna and she is AMAZING! I needed a color update after wearing the same color for about 8 years and she made me feel very assured that the new color she would give me would be perfect, and it was! Shanna has over 24 years experience as a hair designer and the results I received when I visited her demonstrated her experience. She's fun to talk to and friendly too! You can't go wrong here and if you need a hair update or facial, Shanna's your girl!

I had issues with them on 3 separate occasions. My first visit I arrived early and they made me wait over an hour, my second visit they had me booked the wrong day - I showed them my confirmation text for the day and they told me they could take me the next day- I went the next day and still had to wait over 30 mins for my appointment. On my third and FINAL visit out of my 12 sessions I was told I was double booked and that it was an issue on their end. When I told the girl at the desk that she was the one that booked it she laughed and said I know I'm sorry. Very rude and inconsiderate. I traveled over an hour+ with traffic and they were not accommodating AT ALL. The laser tech was rude, and just wanted to get you in and out. The procedure takes less than 5 minutes so I am unsure why I always had to wait so long - not to mention the laser tech was barely ever in so if anything you were accommodating to HER schedule. Absolute nightmare.
