So today I decided to get a deluxe pedicure close by and the tech that did my pedicure seamed to be in a RUSH. Granted she was busy running around on her phone had me waiting for about 10-15 min before starting and the salon was EMPTY ‍. Not the same from when I first came here when they moved here to the. Clean, friendly and fast service. Ana, her sisters, and her sister in law are wonderful! I was here 3 weeks ago and had the best mani-pedi. Today, I only wanted a polish change so they did not cut my cuticles. I was looking for a natural look and Ana knew exactly what I was talking about. The first time I went in, she also picked out my color and I received lots of compliments. I used to love Envy Nails, but it has gone down hill since moving to their new location. Not only have prices gone up, but service is awful now! Please look at recent reviews - not from two years ago. I went today desperate for a Sunday appointment, and the lady who did my pedicure spent the entire time talking to her co-worker instead of looking at my feet. My first visit I came in with no appointment for a mani pedi. I was pleasantly surprised that they took me without an appointment. Ann seated me immediately and brought nail color choices to me in the massage chair. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere and I did not feel rushed even though the service was immediate. Normally I am not the person to leave reviews but my experience here at envy was appalling. I came to get a manicure and despite making an appointment ahead of time many walk ins were taken before me which isn't a huge deal just something to mention. When i was seated to get my manicure the woman was super aggressive with the filing and scraped up my cuticles pretty bad and despite saying "ow" she continued to file over the cuts and even laughed. when my fingers were bleeding she poured this liquid in them that stung very badly. i left after paying AND left a tip to find my nails were already peeling. i went back in to get them fixed and she only fixed two nails and filed over the cuts yet again. will not come back here. read more

Honestly, this is probably the best pedicure I've ever had. The woman who did my nails is clearly a perfectionist and made sure everything was perfect. She spent a lot of time working on my cuticles, removing dead skin from my heels, and when applying the gel polish, she made sure it was impeccable before putting my toes under the led light. Both my sister and my mom have come here before, both of which get acrylics/dip and truly, their nails have never looked better, which is certainly saying something because my mom has been getting acrylics since 2007. They insisted I go, so I came today and will absolutely be coming back! read more

My friend and I made appointments at 4pm for pedis and manis. My friend was started at 4 and I was left to soak for 30 mins before someone started me. They seemed overwhelmed with appointments which was a little disappointing. My nail tech was very nice and did a great massage but unfortunately she cut me multiple times on my feet and my hands. That has not happened to me in so long and it was pretty painful. My gel mani was not the best I've had. It is little messy where the cuticle meets the nail. I was also left picking gel off my hands and around my nails for about an hour after my appointment. My friend was extremely disappointed with her nail shape. Overall, I think the ladies at Envy are very sweet but we did not have the best experience. Most likely we will not be returning. read more

Friendly on arrival but I can not recommend this place for one second. I used to go every two weeks to the old location but moved and this was my first time in the new location. They booked 2 clients per employee at 5 pm and therefore ran at least an hour behind. At one point 1 person was running between 3 clients which explains the lack of quality. My sister and I went to try out the place. I just moved from Chicago with my husband to be closer to Family again and it was awesome! Very clean and meticulous attention to detail. I went specifically because do the SNS or dip powder manicure and they are pros at it! I will definitely be back to keep up my nails as a regular. One of the best nail salons I have found in the area. Clean, beautiful, great big screen TVs, lollipops and bottles of water. What else do you need (wine, please?) The owner is SO sweet and genuinely thankful for your business. I never really know who I will get for a nail tech, so sometimes it's a little different than last time, but it's always good. I really loved this place when I first went so I decided to come back for a pedicure and a dip removal. That is all. Not a manicure, not a clean up, just a removal. I called and made an appointment and they said I could come in at 6. I was there right at 6 and ended up having to wait 45 minutes. I should have left at that point. The woman had me soaking in the water for another 20 while she did another persons nails and at this point my water was cold. She was super nice when she came back though and kept apologizing and I told her it really was okay. The problem started when she asked if I wanted the same color for my manicure. I said I wasn't going to get a manicure just a removal no color. She seemed confused but carried on. She then asked again a second time I said no I just am getting a pedicure and dip removal. When she was done the pedicure looked great but here's where the frustration happened. The woman doing my nails asked what color I wanted and I specifically said "oh no thank you I'm just getting the dip taken off no manicure no color." She said okay and proceeded to remove the dip and when the nails were all off she asked if I wanted to get them cleaned up and I said "it's not extra right? I am just looking to take the dip off no manicure." and she said it wasn't so I let her clean up my nails and thought that would be the end of it. She then asked what color I wanted and I said "oh no manicure just a clean up" and then she proceeded to say "yes it's included in clean up" now I got confused and so I asked what my total was. A pedicure and removal was only supposed to be 30 something she said it was 56 because I got a manicure!! At this point I was raging because 1 I asked for no manicure so many times and thought I made myself clear and 2 I was already here for over an hour and now I had to wait for the nails to dry. I realize language barriers can be difficult and they might have been confused but I said "no manicure" and I think they should have been able to understand that. And to top it off when I went to pay I only tipped the person who did my pedicure, and not much because this entire experience was terrible and said "thank you bye" and the woman just goes "bye" and doesn't even make eye contact. I could have chosen to be a lot more rude even though I would never and she was rude to me? Definitely will not be going back, super disappointed. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was the worst nail experience ever. We were visiting and needed to get our nails done. We came here because my mother in law gets her nails done here. Our appointment was for 11. We didn't get attended to until 11:30. They ran the water for the pedicures and no one came over until 11:50. My fiancé's water was cold and he kept telling them it was cold but they didn't change the water temp. They finally came over and did my daughters nails. They charged $30 for my 3 year olds nails! My fiancé couldn't even get his pedicure done because they took too long. I wasn't even asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. It was the most rushed pedicure and manicure ever. If I lived here, I would never go back to them EVER!! Do yourself a favor and pick another nail salon. read more

Amazing! These women do a great job with gel manicures and pedicures. I ended up trying another local place to compare and ended up coming back to envy. The gel lasts longer and the ladies are friendlier. They also offer multiple pedicures with various massages. I've never seen that before! The ONLY downside is that it is right on route 28 in Salem which is jam packed on the weekends. Getting in or out of the parkinglot is a challenge. But, I'm totally willing to put up with the location for a perfect set of nails!! read more
