Responding to your comment... you called me and I called back exactly 10 minutes after you called and in that time frame you decided to write this review. If you truly wanted to resolve and satisfy your customers you would have answered and resolved it right then and there. I've never gone to this extend to leave a review but what I experienced was not okay. I suggest you guys modify those prices because $67 for lumpy and crooked nails is a joke. Response from the owner 26 minutes ago Thank you for your review and feedback. However, I must clarify an important detail regarding our pricing and services. You had requested a soak off, which is priced at $22, in addition to the hard gel service which is $45, bringing your total to $67. It's important to note that the soak off process is time-consuming and can take up to an hour. I called you back to address and rectify any concerns you had with the service. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response from you. It's important to us that our reviews reflect the full extent of our efforts to satisfy our clients, including our attempts to resolve any issues. We strive to provide accurate information to ensure our clients understand the value and effort involved in each service. Thank you for your understanding read more

I left feeling so pleased with my nails looking so clean and fresh. I am very picky and prefer something low key and fortunately Paula perfected that. The owner was super sweet and they do have that laid back relaxing vibe not rushing you out. read more

Honestly I'm being generous giving two stars. I got my nails done simple with gel. I specifically went because my cuticles were a mess. They were still gross after leaving even after asking to be fixed. The gel was on top of my skin so I had to peel off because that's uncomfortable and some of the polish came off too so didn't even last me an hour. My pedicure was the worst one ive ever actually had. I literally had paint on my skin and spots that weren't even on my toe nail. I literally had to go home and clean off my toes because the shapes were all different and the paint completely missed my toe. Like a coloring book would be the best bet to practice in the lines. Needless to say both only lasted two days before chipping and it was not cheap. Needless to say I will never be going back. read more

Overall I am happy with my gel manicure. And would definitely go again! Pros: He did a VERY good job with the shaping. I went in with almond shaped nails I did myself and he filed them to make them better. (I've gone to places in the past where I went in w almond shape nails and they made them all wonky and not good) in my experience it is very hard to find a place that gets this shape right and I'm (rightfully) picky about it. If you don't have experience tell me and I won't get that shape but don't tell me you can do it and then mess it up. This was NOT the case for Diva Nails I am very happy with the shape. My cuticles look good and the man doing my nails was taking his time and pretty meticulous. I was worried at first because he was older an older man (in my experience men are not good at nails) but he did good! Cons: When I first went in they had me pick out the color by looking at the bottle shelf. I'm used to seeing colors on fake nails all swapped out. Turns out they did have swapped nails but for some reason I wasn't shown? Not sure but this was a pretty minor con. Nail polish application was not 100% in my opinion. Some spots around the cuticle there is "lifting" going on which suggests maybe there was too much polish pooling around the cuticle and didn't set right or something. This happened fairly bad on one nail and a very small spot on another nail (left pointer and thumb). It was NEARLY perfect but not quite there. I noticed this when I was already paying and didn't bother to ask them to fix it so they might have but I always feel uncomfortable doing this so I didn't. And for a 5 star experience I wouldn't have had to ask to fix anything. To sum it up, If you're looking for a place in the area I would definitely suggest checking this place out!!! read more

I never do a review but i just have to warn customers of the unprofessionalism in this salon. I went in for a removal and gel manicure. I arrive and the lady starts of by trying to take of my acrylic with a cuticle nipper like pull it off. And i had to stop her and tell her to soak it of cause it hurt really bad. So i soaked for a while and then after a while she proceeds to try to yank it of with a cuticle nipper and a nail tip. And she said "its supposed to hurt a little." which its not. Any kind of nail service is not supposed to hurt AT ALL. And this type of service she is offering to her client is UNSAFE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She was doing to much harm to the nail plate which can lead to many serious injuries if the salon keeps this method for the removal. I had to stop her midway of the removal because it hurt so much. And i dont like to be rude but i told her "how much is it qnd she said $20. Like unbelievable. read more

First timer at Diva Nails, and it won't be my last ! They have parking right out front, place is a great size and very clean ! They also have two large screen tvs ! Six nail stations & I believe six pedicure chairs as well. Big selection of nail polish, which is always a plus. Prices are great, nail techs are trained, hold great convo, but it is still relaxing. Diva Nails is great all around, stop in - you won't be disappointed ! read more

I just moved from CA and needed a place close to where we were staying in Haverhill where I could pop in late Sunday afternoon for a mani/pedi for a new job on Monday. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. It was quiet on Sunday and I had a great mani/pedi. I was honestly just so happy to find a place that was even open. This was the best gel manicure that I have ever received. Jenny was amazing! It last 3 full weeks! Of course my nails grew but I didn't have a single chip at all. I have never experienced this as my nails chip super easily. The woman who did my pedicure who I'm sad to forget her name was also amazing! She really took her time and it was so relaxing! My regular (non-gel) pedicure is going strong after a month. I will only be going here from here on out! PRICES ARE AMAZING too. I actually left and came back a few minutes later for a quick eyebrow wax which was also amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

My friend and I had picked a last minute spot to do our nails, and we choose to do it here. The vibe there was not as friendly nor welcoming. The owner seemed nice at first and when I had a hard time choosing a color she choose to not do my nails and made the other nail tech take me. The nail tech (Phalla) rushed to do our nails, whom skills can use some improvements. I asked her how many years of experience she had and she said 20 years smh. Definitely a big lie. The cuticle cutting was painful, she was not gentle. When she proceeded to paint my nails, the paint it went over my skin. She did not take her time to TRY and make the paint job nice. They Finished my gel manicure in 10-15 minutes??? Overall horrible experience would not recommend, unless you like horrible looking nails. I normally do not leave reviews but this had to be my worse experience ever with a nail salon. Service sucks and prices are $25 for a regular mani and $35 for gel mani talk about over priced for the work they provide. Super disappointed, especially when I was hoping for a relaxing spa day. Would honestly give 0 stars if could. read more

I had a horrible experience from the minute I walked through the door. She never asked me to pick a nail color. She added polish remover to the bottle of old polish twice. The place was not clean. She charged $5. more than what she quoted on the phone because she had to "shorten" my nails. I went in for a fill and typically it is included to shorten them the amount they grew out. She never asked if I wanted to make an appointment to return. Either she did not want to hear that I did not or did not care. I am thinking the latter. Then I sat under the nail dryer for 15 minutes and they had a Vietnamese station on the TV. Not a good way to take care of your English speaking customers. One and Done for me. I will never, ever return and make sure I tell everyone I know of my experience there. My nails were a mess. My husband hated them and I went out that night. My niece and cousin said they were horrible! Bye bye Diva Nails! read more

I'm new to the area but still go to my nail technician in Winthrop for my powder dip manicure. I was looking for a local place for just pedicures and Diva Nails did not disappoint. Very clean and bright. Technicians are friendly . My pedicure was so relaxing. The prices were not outrageous and the color selection was amazing. I was very happy with the whole experience. I will definitely be going back for my pedicures. read more

They took me right in on a Friday at 5 however it did get busy as I was leaving. Prices are fair. The gentleman did a great job on my pedicure.. They don't use the cheese grater on your feet so if your feet are bad, don't bother lol. I enjoyed my experience. read more

Wonderful nail salon. They fixed a previous nail technician's work (from a different location) within 30 minutes and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Even though I'll be moving into the city, they'll see me again! read more

I asked for a full set of acrylics here, and ended up paying about $30 for some uneven, bumpy, poorly done nails. The nails were much shorter than what I originally asked for, and almost none of the nails have the same shape. The lady who did my nails was very nice, however I don't think I would come back here again. read more

The place appeared to be friendly but after leaving that evening my big toe started to throb became very red and swollen. I called on today to let them know how sore my toe is and she didn't want to hear it. It states they have great customer service but she was now even interested in my complaint. I will be going to urgent care after my meeting. I wish there was a way to post a picture of my toe. read more

This place was recommended by a friend while my family and I were touring the state. She was right, the place was was warm and inviting, and so were the people there. I also loved how they decorated the place and clean it was. But most importantly. my pedicure and manicure were a delight. Their gel manicure lasts forever. :)) They took their time and paid close attention to details. Oh and they give the best massage. That's definitely the cherry on top. :) read more

$40 for a crappy gel pedicure; i probably should have done it myself. I won't be going there again.

I was a faithful client of another nail salon for years. I was in desperate need of a fill and couldn't get to my usual salon in time. Diva Nails is located within the building that I work in so I decided to give it a shot because it was convenient. It was one of the best decisions that I've made! I always sit with Jenny, one of the owners. She is one of the most immaculate and professional nail techs that I have ever met. My nails always look beautiful and I have never been dissatisfied! I will continue to get my nails done at Diva Nails! read more

Quoc (pronounced "Win") is one of the owners and the first person EVER to not hurt or cut me during a pedicure. The salon is meticulously clean and the pedicure chairs are super comfy. It was the most thorough, gentle pedicure I've ever had. His wife, Jenny, did my nail art...exactly what I wanted. The prices are reasonable and the salon is bright and friendly, complete with 2 flat screens and a drying station. I'll definitely be back. read more

I went 3 weeks ago on a Friday around 3 and it wasn't busy like other places were. They got me in quick and got a pedicure and full set. Loved how quick they were. I had the man that didn't talk but I'm happy because I don't like to talk. I just like to relax and get everything done. They only got 4 stars because I wanted my nails shorter and he said it would look better longer and I kept saying I wanted them shorter and he still went with them being longer than I wanted. Other than that, they were great. read more

I recently discovered Diva Nails after following my longtime pedicurist, Kathleen, who moved to Diva. Kathleen gives THE BEST LEG MASSAGE in the Merrimack Valley! The Owners, Jenny and Quoc, are lovely, genuine, warm people. They are so warm and welcoming and instantly make you feel like family. It is obvious that they truly care about their customers and their employees. I would highly recommend Diva to anyone and everyone who is looking for a relaxing, calming atmosphere run by genuinely good people. read more

Expensive for the service. Pedicure was not done perfectly I needed to redo after 3 days. Will not go back again

I absolutely adore this place. I had gotten acrylics done elsewhere, and they came out AWFUL. The next day I came to see Jenny and she fixed my nails PERFECTLY! You'd never know I had such a bad set before. My acrylic set came out absolutely gorgeous, and my pedicure was nothing less than flawless. She then asked me if I wanted to do my eyebrows, and I reluctantly said yes because I am very picky with my eyebrows. When I tell you she did them perfectly, she did them perfectly. Never has a nail salon done an amazing job on my brows in all the years I've been trying it. This place is just awesome, top to bottom. Great prices, even better service, and lovely and friendly people. read more

This place was not great. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and both were below average. The lady who painted my nails, painted them the wrong color. Also, she didn't paint the nails entirely. There were some nails that were not painted thoroughly. Overall, I do not recommend this place. read more

Extremely happy with my entire experience at this nail salon. I called and got an appointment quickly (they do walk-ins, as well), and arrived to a salon that was very clean.
