Responding to your comment... you called me and I called back exactly 10 minutes after you called…read moreand in that time frame you decided to write this review. If you truly wanted to resolve and satisfy your customers you would have answered and resolved it right then and there. I've never gone to this extend to leave a review but what I experienced was not okay. I suggest you guys modify those prices because $67 for lumpy and crooked nails is a joke. Response from the owner 26 minutes ago Thank you for your review and feedback. However, I must clarify an important detail regarding our pricing and services. You had requested a soak off, which is priced at $22, in addition to the hard gel service which is $45, bringing your total to $67. It's important to note that the soak off process is time-consuming and can take up to an hour. I called you back to address and rectify any concerns you had with the service. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a response from you. It's important to us that our reviews reflect the full extent of our efforts to satisfy our clients, including our attempts to resolve any issues. We strive to provide accurate information to ensure our clients understand the value and effort involved in each service. Thank you for your understanding

This place is the best! I have been going to this new salon for several months now and have…read morenothing but the highest praise. They do a wonderful job. My nails always look perfect when I leave and stay that way for 2 - 3 weeks. I don't touch them inbetween visits because there is no need to when they are done right. Henry (the owner) and his wife are experts at doing nails and trully understand what customer service is all about. I usually go as a walk-in without a pre-arranged appointment and they are always accomodating, friendly and make me feel welcome. And unlike other salons where the technicians are often pre-occupied talking to each other or on the cell phone, they actually pay attention to me while they are doing my nails. I appreciate feeling as if I am a customer instead of an interruption to their day. Also the salon is always neat, bright and comfortable. I did not know anyone who worked here before I went for the first time, so believe this review is honest, objective and unsolicited. Just try Salem Color Nails and see for yourself. You will be as pleased as I am.

And let me tell you, by far these guys are the best nail techs I've had and the prices are amazingly competitive. My girls agreed as they said both Jenna and Jimmy were gentle with them and they loved the designs drawn. I'm extremely picky when it comes to a classic French and they did not disappoint. Not only was the look achieved with a thin coat so your nails look natural, they were able to get the white polish paper thin which is how I prefer mine. I also enjoy the shoulder massage and wax finish on your hands after getting a manicure. I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

I was pleasantly surprised by a couple of extra services that go along with a nail treatment and pedicure. They have this awesome melted wax pot where you dip your hands- they wrap Saran Wrap around your hands after dipping. Hands are very soft afterwards. They also do a mini massage of your neck and shoulders before applying your polish- so relaxing! The pedicure includes a warm stone massage which I had never had! The salon is very clean and the staff very welcoming. You should make an appointment because they have become quite busy within the past year.

When I went in I was greeted by the friendly staff, and immediately accommodated. They saw my design request and clearly it had them in a pickle. Little to my knowledge I would have two lovely ladies actively watching videos, constantly repeating things if they weren't up to par, and spending countless hours making this design perfect. They were so kind, and clearly making such an effort to make sure my nails were gorgeous. I think they did a fantastic job and I left so happily. Thank you TD Nails you earned a loyal customer!
