The staff is friendly but I brought my gift certificate from 2022( I don't get my nails done often clearly) that says it is good for seven years and they would not honor it; said it was only good for two years despite what the gift certificate said. I was informed that they had new ownership and could not take it. Absolutely ridiculous! The company name is the same, staff is the same- never saw a changing ownership sign(I had gone in since 2022 but kept forgetting my gift certificate). I won't be back. I can't begin to tell you how much I love going to LeBa's! Everyone there is always so friendly. I walk in and everyone knows my name. It'a such a welcoming place to walk into each and every time, even after all these years. I've had the pleasure of having my nails done by so many of the technicians there. They're all fabulous. I had THE MOST HORRIBLE experience here with the technician "Linda" who was too rough the first time I had her. THIS time she went to a new level: She used a pumice pad and SCRAPED THE SKIN OFF the back of my heel... I told her: SHOWED HWR: and this sadistic tech WENT OVER IT AGAIN AND MADE IT BLEED EVEN MORE! I yelled out it hurt so bad. Then she poured something on the bleeding wound that burned!! THEY STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE. DON"T GO HERE!! After almost 2 weeks it's still not healed and still hurts she took off so much skin! She even tried to blame it on that I already had a sore there: NO!! I'd been wearing flip flops for weeks! My technician did not properly perform a pedicure that I desperately needed. She took advantage of the fact I'm uncomfortable being firm with others as I don't want to be that person. She did a subpar pedicure, that doesn't fulfill anything I've had before regarding a pedicure. I always need calluses remove my feet I work hard my feet hurt I took a shower tonight afterward and I could feel the bottoms of my feet when I was standing in the shower still in pain. I do not have a lot of money and this is something that I absolutely need I need this service of having a pedicure because I am on my feet for 10 to 11 hours per day 6 days a week and I have calluses and she did not perform the callus remover and get my feet feeling smoother unless uncomfortable. I've paid $90 plus tip of $30 for a service that does not provide relief. I do not know the name of the nail tech because nobody wears name tags and nobody tells me their name Leba nails, Georgetown Mass I tried to call tonight when I realized how much my feet hurt while I was showering it was before closing hours about 45 minutes before and nobody answers nobody takes a message nothing I'm all set I'm all done with you read more

This is a follow up from my last review. Wow! When i tell you that this place is beautiful in the inside I mean it! Their renovations looks awesome! I got a gel manicure and a spa pedicure and they both turned about amazing. The person who worked on me didn't rush at all and made sure that the quality was the best. I highly recommend getting the spa pedicure. The regular pedicure is half an hour and the spa pedicure is about 55 minutes. The price difference is $14! The receptionist was very nice. read more

I went to Lebas today for a manicure/pedicure. Both were awful. The nail tech who did my pedicure didn't touch my cuticles and ran a pumice stone over my foot twice. I have pretty decent calluses- this didn't begin to touch them. She also didn't use a base coat??? and was incredibly sloppy with the polish. The manicurist was not much better. Never touched my cuticles, never soaked my hands or even allowed me to wash them before painting. I don't need a massage but some cuticle oil and lotion is necessary at the end- I received neither. $70 plus tip. I will never go back. This is the first time I've ever left a bad yelp review. read more

This salon will nickel and dime everything. I went in and got a french and it ended up costing me over $75 just to get a fill with french. They told me it was because it was a "design." I went to a place in salisbury, in which i have been getting marble nails with GOLD foil- it only costs me $50. I also had a hard time with them refusing to do acrylic- Id come in (a paying costumer) asking for what I WANT, and they would simply refuse me service. they backed me into a corner into doing dip and i think it's because it was more expensive to be honest. The photo attached is what my nails looked like after just asking for a french tip. They looked awful. I'm extremely disappointed and although i haven't been back in a while I want people to see this before they decide to spend that much money on something that isn't desirable- There are plenty of other places in the area that will offer better services. I was accused of calling the wrong salon and that they didn't even have my number in their system. That is a lie because I literally have proof in my call history that I called LeBas (twice). They were not accommodating and barely apologetic. They told us to find somewhere else. It was very upsetting, we even asked for them just to make time for the bride and they would not. read more

staff is nice however the dip application was just not good at all, felt rushed the entire appointment and the dip was way too thick and was not done properly. I was asked to move out of my chair once the next client arrived because the nail tech wanted to go home as soon as possible. for a $55 service I really dont appreciate being rushed the entire time. Today I was driving home a bit after four, and called and asked if they could take me at 445 and they said yes. (They close at 5). I showed up to find a busy, clean and adorable nail salon where it was clearly filled with many regulars. I was promptly and pleasantly greeted and had a wonderful experience. I had been here a couple times before and had mediocre experiences, but after my last visit I will never EVER be back. 1) They screwed up the date of my appointment. They called asking where I was and I had to tell them my appointment was for the following day. Luckily they could still take me the following day... 2) Appointment started late even though there weren't very many people in there. 3) I had my pedicure first, which was fine (or so I thought) but by the time it came to my manicure, I was the last person in there and they started shutting everything down. I felt so rushed out of there. Don't offer appointments that late if you can't accommodate. 4) I had picked my gel color and midway through application and sealing, the guy doing my nails called someone else over to take a look and I was told the color wasn't coming out right and I needed to pick a different one. WHAT?? First my time was wasted with the original color, and then they can't even paint my nails a color that they have and offer?? 5) The icing on the cake: removed my toe nail polish a few weeks later and... TADA! Toe nail fungi! I have never in my life experienced this before. I will be driving the extra 20 minutes to go to my old nail salon from now on. read more

It takes a lot for me to wish I could give a place no stars, but since that isn't an option here, I guess Leba's should consider themselves lucky they even get one star. My mom, aunt and I went in for manicures and pedicures recently and our experience and the quality of our nails were absolutely horrible. Bare with me, I have a long list of complaints. 1. They got mad at me because they didn't know I wanted a gel manicure. Maybe they should think about asking customers what they specifically want when the appointment is being made. I was in a rush and didn't think to say I need gel when calling the week before. MAJOR EYE ROLL. 2. No one speaks English to each other and you can clearly tell they snicker and laugh at their customers. The only reason why I know that for a fact is because the person doing my pedicure said something to the person sitting next to her, they both looked at me and started laughing. How rude could you possibly be? It totally made me feel judged and upset. My aunt and mom witnessed it too and it made them just as upset to see them treat me that way. 3. They had me contorted trying to get my hands ready while I was getting my pedicure. I asked if they were in some kind of rush and they rudely said there's other customers they need to get to. REALLY!? It honestly wasn't even that busy in there. Treating myself to a Mani Pedi every once in a while should be a relaxing treat, and this place made me feel like it was a race to shove me out like cattle. 4. THEY CUT ME. When I got home after, my sock was soaked with blood. My big toe now has an infection I'm trying to nurse because of how bad they sliced my cuticle. They also made two of my fingers bleed as well. 5. I'm honestly not surprised I have an infection considering I couldn't tell whether or not the tools she was using was sanitized. Any other nail salon I have been to has always had clear view of their sanitation process, or you see the tools in packages where they rip them open for each customer. 6. My nail polish looks horrible on my toes and fingers. They painted so far away from my cuticles it looks like my nails have grown out two weeks worth already. I hate writing these, but I'm so passionately infuriated about Leba's that the world deserves to know how much they suck. I honestly don't understand how they are still in business. $56+tip later, I feel so robbed. DON'T GO HERE! I know I most certainly won't ever again. read more

A new and very clean and beautiful salon. This was my first time there and I will for sure go back. The other patrons there all seemed to be regulars and very happy with their nails. I had a french pedi that was $33.00. I am pretty sensitive so a few times it hurt a bit more than other pedicures I have had. I think just a different technique. The nail tech was a very nice woman and pleasant to talk to. The chair was great and the massage portion heavenly. The tech didn't offer a drink and I think that should always be the first thing. Made an appt for a dip 2 weeks in advance, showed up on time and was left sitting with my nails soaking for 40 min. The man at the front finally took me, rushed, didn't touch my cuticles and then at the end told me he didn't charge me to take the dip off.. didn't think that was an extra charge anyway. I got an acrylic set here. The woman doing it kept cutting me with the drill file to the point where I was bleeding in multiple places, very overpriced, impossible to get off, ruined my nails. I do not recommend considering I have gotten way better acrylics elsewhere. read more
