Love love love this place. Yesterday my boyfriend and I decided on the spur of the moment to get pedis (yes, my boyfriend gets pedis) and we saw this place. We popped in without an appointment - and although we waited for 30-45 minutes it was our own fault for not calling ahead. They let us sit in the massage chair and ran our water while we waited. The girls were so, so friendly and actually really funny too ("pink for you today?" to my boyfriend). It was one of the best pedis I've had in a really long time, and the price was cheaper than a lot of other places in the area! I will absolutely be back! Thanks ladies! read more

Yesterday was my first time going there and I'd like to share my honest experience. I've never seen a nail salon in Brockton so nicely designed, built , an organize. Seriously , the place is so beautiful ! Though my actual experience didn't amount to my expectations. With the salon's high star rating I would think that my first nail trip here was going to be great . Unfortunately, it wasn't . My nail tech , Kim , was more rough than gentle with my hands. Don't get me wrong , she's a lovely person and the atmosphere in the salon IS great but her performance wasn't. I ended up bleeding on my index finger after her harshness on my nails and she would continuously use the nail machines (not sure what they're called) on my nails to the point where it seemed like she was overdoing it. When I thought she was done she would pull it back out and it was definitely tiring. I thought my nails were gonna turn out great with the way she was using the machine and constantly shaping up my nails but a few look a little crookedand the color she gave me is nothing close like the one I showed her from the picture. She said if I put it under the sun it would be brighter like the picture. Also , when she put on the fake nails they would fall off and she would have to put more glue to keep them on. I'll give them 3 stars for how beautiful the salon was and nice they are but I'm unsatisfied with their performance. Update: one of my nails broke read more

I went to Sisters Nail and Spa on a whim to get tips and a gel. I had Lonni and she was spot on. I'm particular with what I want and she was most gracious in doing the nails exactly as I like them. I made an appointment to return to her because she's is a talented manicurist. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Awful customer service and awful job. The lady who painted my nails did an awful job, they dried like a 5 year old just painted them with her eyes shut. After asking politely for them to be fixed, she tried to blame it on the "shape of my toes." She claimed she has worked there for 20 years and it wasn't her fault my toes nails were shaped like that. She also tried to tell me that it was a "new color" but it was infact probably there as long as she's been. 0/10 I do not recommend sisters nails at all. read more

Amy is my girl! She always does a fabulous job and is available on my days off (I'm a hairstylist so I barely have Sunday's & Monday's off). She's super friendly, as is the other staff (Jenny & Ann has done my nails a few other times), and gives the BEST hand massages. Plus I can call 30 minutes before I want to come in & they always fit me in. I highly recommend them! read more

Do not even try to go on weekends! They used to be a solid 5 stars, but the last 3 times I've been they do not honor appointment times, and made me wait over 30 minutes. The service and quality was compromised as well because they were rushing. They also have only 3 working massage chairs, but they still use the broken ones which are very uncomfortable. I've been a loyal customer here for 2 years but they don't care about that. Just want to get as many people in and out as they can no matter how the service gets compromised. Too bad! Gave this place another try not on a weekend, because they do a good job. They do not honor appointments and do nothing to compensate you for the wait time. So if you have an unlimited time to wait you're probably fine here but if like most people you're on a schedule, go somewhere else. There are lots of places that will hold appointments. read more

I got my first set of acrylic nails put on the other day and my tech was very very nice, and accommodating! I have my acrylics very short and she took the time until we found a length that worked. She also painted them very well and didn't rush on me. I will only be coming here in the future! The girls here put a lot of pride into their work! Newbies to acrylics or to nail salons would love it here, and they don't try to trick you or overprice you like other salons might. read more

Worst quality mani pedi ever. 3 of us came in from out of town. We all get regular shellac mani pedis. Staff was friendly but unbelievably inefficient and unskilled. Mine was over in an hour (short but fine). Other 2 took 2 hours because they kept getting left in chairs for 10-15 minutes at a time or staff was traded out and didn't know what they were doing. 1 friend finally said no to polishing her toes because it had been ONE HOUR and they hadn't got to that part yet. They then dremeled off her shellac nail polish (no acetone soak) and hurt her cuticles. The other friend's polish was coming off within the hour and we all had shellac. 2 days later I just gorilla glued one of my nails because the shellac is completely lifting off. And we spent about $225 for the three of us before too. Never again read more

This is the third time I have tried this place. Each time I make an appointment and end up having to wait 30 min-1hr past my app time before they even start. This time someone came in after me and they took her right away for a pedicure. Then they put you in the chair in the water so you can't get up and leave. I understand they take walk in but it is very frustrating when you make an appointment to wait this long. Thirds times the charm - I won't try again. Awful way to run a business. read more

I LOVE Sister Nails. I pulled into their parking lot by accident one day after going to 2 other nail salons in the area that month. I get acrylic gel tips and its hard to find a place that does them just right. Ever since my first time going, and after trying out about 15 nail salons in the Stoneham Wakefield Reading area, I have definitely become a loyal customer to Sisters.
