I have been debating about this review for a month. I went to Smooth Skin for laser hair removal on my full legs years ago & Diane did a great job. It's only my knees that need a touch up. This new person did not at all listen to me. The technician spent half an hour on my right leg, 15 minutes on my left leg, barely touching my knees. At least seven times, I reminded her I was there because I wanted to have my knees touched up. On top of that, she spent my entire appointment talking about her father's death. I am VERY sorry that she lost her dad but I don't know her at all &, having just lost my Dad myself, I really don't want to listen to a stranger complain about the way her mother handled her father's illness & death. And, sure enough, my knees are still full of hair, as if I'd never gone there & spent my money & time. I won't be back. read more

Beware have been getting Botox and fillers for a few years and this by far was my worst experience. The first time with the Dr doing the injections I was happy. Second and third time was pawned off it felt like to his nurse. After being talked into more units then I have ever had the results were minimal and a bad reaction under my eye. I never asked for Botox under my eye. When I called to say how upset I was and wanted to talk to the Dr I was told the Dr does not speak to patients on the phone and would have to make an appointment to come back and see the nurse. The receptionist I had on speaker at another salon and they could not believe how rude she was. Went back to have it looked at with the nurse even though I asked for the dr she said it was fine and bag will go away and lines still all over my forehead after 600.00 mind you she said I didn't give it enough time. Gave it a more time and no results again I have had Botox before so know what it should look like after a few weeks. I Had brought my girlfriend with me as well and she had no results after 350.00. Thankfully I found an amazing highly trained Botox filler professional and WOW what a difference!! I have never written a bad review but being treated the way I was and no results I had to warn anyone thinking of spending there hard earned money. Should be a negotiate stars. read more

I've been going to Smoothskin for over ten years (as recently as yesterday) and have had many procedures including Botox injections, facial filler injections, and laser facials. Dr. Rainone is truly talented and achieves great results without making me look overdone or unnatural, which is important to me. I get compliments all the time on how young I look for my age, but no one would ever guess that I've had any procedures done. Please be carefully using this provider if you don't live in NH or close by. I made the mistake of using them while in NH on vacation. I live in CT 2.5 hours away. Unfortunately, I didn't get the results I usually get when I've had Botox and filler procedures done else where and have never had to go for a follow up visit to make adjustments. I've been having Botox and filler injections for over 8 years. I moved from Texas a few months ago so I took the recommendation from a friend. Although they did offer to see me and see what they could do to make me happy but I wasn't willing to driving 2.5 hours there and 2.5 hours home and spend more money. I already spend more than twice what I've ever paid in the past on my first visit . They are very nice and may be a good fit for you but they weren't for me. read more

I LOVED my experience at Smoothskin! I had an old tattoo removed and a Micro needling facial procedure done. Excellent experience from start to finish. These people are kind and caring. They take their time ask questions and listen to what you want. I had a filler (juverdem) and it's not even 24 hours later and I look and feel amazing. No bruising or swelling and that proves a gentle professional technique. I was given stress balls during the procedure and I thought it was a nice touch. I was sent home with 2 ice packs another nice touch. This place goes above and beyond any other.
