A couple of years later I tried again, but this 2nd doctor told me that its root has fractured, so nothing can be done but to extract (which wasn't true as Dr. Johnston told me it's not at first glance...). If you go here make sure you "Request an Estimate"(From Christine, Manager). Apparently, the amount they tell you is a guess unless you request is to be official! Never heard of this before in the years of going to dentists. Watch out for the "Balance Past Due" bill for the amount that was not covered. I received this Bill with a colorful past due sticker not even 30 days after the procedure! very disturbing after the amount of Money that is already paid, to receive a bill! So far I've gone for two cleanings and some additional work and I'm so impressed by Dr. Goslee and his team. They listen, are compassionate and I don't feel like I'm being advised to do anything that isn't needed. I'll always be a little ball of rapid heart beats and sweat when going to the dentist but at least I know the team at Great Bay will support me and try to make me as comfortable as possible!

When I called, I was able to get a next day appointment. I went in today for my first ever root canal, and I can't say enough about how smooth the whole process was. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants Jocelyn, Lisa, and Elaine to Dr. Nobel were all so helpful and friendly. Dr. Nobel and Jocelyn explained what they were doing throughout the whole procedure, which put my mind at ease. If I ever need another procedure that requires an endodontist, I'll definitely choose NSB Endo again!
