His calm demeanor is wonderful, absolutely, then couple that with his skill, knowledge, and inventive nature makes him a "miracle worker". I had an emergency on a Friday night (as my front tooth decided to leave), and of course, during after hours. I left a message on the Doctor Vitali's emergency number, but told him not to hurry in, as the emergency was mine, without pain or blood, and wanted him home with his family. Sure enough his Office Manager, Leanne, phoned me first thing Monday morning and scheduled me in that afternoon for a consult. After the consult it was decided that a bridge was needed as both front teeth were in turmoil. This was shocking to hear, but I have faith in this man, from past experiences; yes, was a bit frightened, Both teeth were removed on Holy Thursday and the Monday after Easter, I had a bridge with beautiful teeth. PAINLESS and secure. It had been a long time to eat something with such comfort and normalcy. I forgot what that was like and so very thrilled beyond understanding how he made this happen, but it is truthful. I am so happy., Dr. Bondar's staff has to be commended also, just has to be. Leanne works her magic with running the office and accommodating their patients with regular appointments and those with emergence. I feel really comfortable with her at the helm, always wanting to help and please in a sincere kind and caring way. Federica and Shannon are the doctor's Assistants and where does he get these personal, capable staff members is beyond me. Their gracious persona, and for real caring attitude is very comforting. They made me forget what I was there for. I am scheduled for a cleaning with their Hygienist and have not yet met her, but I've seen her usher her patients out with warmth, and genuine feelings of care, so I am sure, she will be added to my happiness with Smile Design. Long Time Patient, Big Time Smile…read more I have been a patient of Dr. Sirakian for more than 20 years, and can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else for any care related to my teeth. I drive more than an hour to get to his office, and consider the time well spent for the perfect care and attention I receive. I first met Dr. Sirakian when he was a graduate student at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine in Boston around 1991. I was one of the lucky ones to be treated by Dr. Sirakian, he just happened to be available to take on my major dental project. My dental care had been nonexistent for many years, and I made poor decisions when I was in college that required extensive repair and treatment. Dr. Sirakian was studying prosthodontics as a graduate student, and he was determined to give me a brilliant smile by the time I got married the following year. It seems like I had more than 20 appointments, and during those times I had ample opportunity to observe Dr. Sirakian firsthand, both with me and his colleagues. I also observed the regard and professional respect they showed him. I know him to be meticulous about his work; he clearly had a vision of what he wanted as a result, and did not hesitate to re-do molds, impressions, color matching and things like that until he was thoroughly satisfied. I knew if he was satisfied, I would be ecstatic! Dr. Sirakian is always kind and patient, but he epitomizes the ideal professional in other ways too. He explains what he is doing, and why it might be necessary; he provides options and advice, and always has time for me as a patient. I never feel rushed or uninformed, and feel that he is accessible to me. The work he did back then has lasted more than 25 years. During this time wherever his practice went, my family and I followed. I am now having additional prosthodontic work done in light of today's dental advances, and am impressed all over again. Dr. Sirakian's staff are equally pleasant to work with, and it is easy to see that they enjoy their work together, and work well as a team. I highly recommend this practice!

At an age where my husband, who considered Dr. Don a friend for years, has passed, my children have grown and have families of their own, and my medical practitioners have all retired, it was clear that Dr. Don chose the Ultimate Best in Dr. Samantha King to replace him. The staff is kind, friendly, and efficient, so it remains a pleasant atmosphere and experience for everyone. I look forward to my dental appointments, and even through the pandemic, there was a certain relaxation knowing that a secure ventilation system was installed for the safety of staff and patients. I do miss Dr. Don patting me on the shoulder as I sat in the chair, inquiring about my granddaughter (also his patient) at college in Colorado when he often inquired about her, but he still yells "Hi" to me when he cycles past my home in Kittery Point. Recently I was told that I needed extensive work on my bridge after all these years, no way would I trust anyone other than Dr. King to repair or make a new bridge. Dr…read more Reisch didn't want to do it until my high blood pressure was under control, and he wanted medical clearance from my doctors. After being put on 3 HBP meds, I made an appointment in March. He cancelled my appointment 45 minutes before I was to see him because he didn't receive medical clearance. I was furious. If my nephrology team and primary care physician weren't worried, why should he be? He said epinephrine can spike blood pressure, and I asked how much he intended to use--a gallon? I followed up on the medical clearance issue--apparently there was confusion about where to send it--and got that sent in. In the meantime, I called another oral surgeon on Monday, got a Tuesday appointment, and had it done. When on Wed. I got a call from NHOMS to set up a 3rd appointment, I was happy to tell them I had had the surgery done elsewhere. This was a very frustrating situation that I believe was unnecessary. As a result, I do not recommend NHOMS.

I found from the moment you get off the elevator you are greeted warmly and you know immediately you are more than a number like you might find in some larger practices. The staff, hygienists and certainly the doctors work hard to provide their patients with superior care. I have never had a bad outcome and every procedure starts with a thorough explanation of the problem and how it will be fixed. I like knowing what to expect. Both doctors are also very involved in supporting their community and give hundreds of hours of free care to the less fortunate amongst us during the Doctors of the Heart program. Over the years I have seen other dentists but I remain at this practice because they are great people and they give the very best of care.
