Over the weekend it was so excruciating I called and they were able to get me pain meds immediately to get me through the weekend. Absolutely AMAZING! The staff is friendly and kind, sadly I've had to go to the office a few years in a row for a root canal. He talks you through the procedure, I had no pain, he gives you meds so that infection doesn't set in before or after. Ok, where to start... Dentists; it's something 1 in every 4 people fear greatly. For me, I dread, nay, I fight it with every core of my being. My fears now with my experience from yesterday have now changed. I had to write about my experience! I have a mouth full of cavities since I was a kid, naturally they get worse as we get older. After my most recent dental cleaning I found I needed a root canal. I had a 30 minute pain free root canal with owner/Dentist Christopher Mirucki. It was so easy that I asked him to fill in a few other troubled cavities while there!!! I have a renewed appreciation for my teeth and health of my teeth from this experience. Jennifer whom is Chris' right had assistant really wants to see Modern be a success, not only does she drive everyday from RI to NH she sincerely appreciates and respects every fear, opinion and reservation you may have. This business was referred to me by a friend of a friend and I'm ever so thankful for them (Jess) to introduce me to Modern. The Environment/office: Modern has invested in the latest technology and has very modern finishes throughout . They definitely have made the "build the best office, and they will come" feel. Overall amazing experience! So glad I selected Dr. Mirucki! I had a terrible experience with the one dental practice in my area in my insurance-network yesterday and was suddenly in A LOT of pain and in need of a root canal. I didn't want to wait the 3 weeks this practice was suggesting until their endo. was available so I expanded my search much further. I narrowed my selection from all the fantastic reviews about Modern Endodontics! I called immediately when they opened and Jennifer said they could fit me in SAME DAY ( I almost cried). I was happy to drive an hour and 15 mins to get there. I basically agree with everything previous reviewers said. Dr. Mirucki and Jennifer are spectacular. They were very genuine, completely in sync, efficient, careful, respectful, and had a spectacular chair-side manner. I immediately felt like I was in good hands and they were very conscious of my level of comfort. The office is incredibly clean with great technology. I specifically noticed how clean the equipment light was compared to the dusty one I saw elsewhere yesterday. It was beyond my expectation, but exactly how you want to see a medical facility. Tonight, my pain is already far better. It is worth driving the distance. Like others have said, I wish I could go here for all of my dental needs. I was anxious about getting a root canal after hearing other horror stories. I'm glad I was referred to Dr. Mirucki. My 1st referral was another endodontist whose office staff needs some adjistments.. Things happen for a reason and I was referred to Modern Endodontics. I had an infection on gum and he explained entire process. Even changed prescription when 1st one didn't work. I have TMJ, a small mouth and sinus issues so I had concerns that I wouldn't be able to breathe. And tooth is in front. This office answers the phone, is pleasant and as others have mentioned, complete the process with ease. I had my root canal this morning and seem fine this afternoon. I had tooth pain for days before learning about Modern Endodontics. I left a voice message on the office phone number and received a call back directly from Dr. Mirucki himself. He and his staff were able to see me the very next morning. I was so grateful because not many offices are open during this COVID-19 quarantine. I would never wish for tooth pain, but if I ever needed a root canal again, Dr. Christopher Mirucki is the only one I would consider. I wish he could be my regular dentist! He described the process before and during the procedure, had a great outgoing personality and checked in on how I was doing, and most importantly, he did the actual root canal therapy quickly (30-45 minutes) and it was PAIN-FREE. He and his assistant have it down to a science. They didn't need to communicate to each other at all during the procedure and they worked efficiently together. Even during this corona virus time, I felt like I was in good hands with the level of cleanliness of the office. It's only been a day since my treatment, but the tooth pain has already disappeared. I had been suffering from a toothache for two weeks. I saw my dentist twice; yesterday they referred me to Modern Endodontics. Not only were they able to fit me in that day, but they were able to perform a root canal and relieve my suffering. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. Dr. Mirucki has an outstanding "chair side" manner; a wonderful personality and sense of humor. He was very caring and concerned about my comfort throughout the procedure. Jennifer, his assistant, was wonderful as well. She went so far as to call me after to inquire as to how I was feeling. The office is very clean and modern. I cannot say enough great things about this practice and Endodontist! My dentist referred me to them for a root canal. I had not had one in years and was pretty nervous. Staff was fabulous and made a scary time for me so easy. Setting up appt and figuring out insurance was a breeze, Michelle is a pro! Doc and his assistant, what can I say, I came in practically crying and you guys put me at ease by cracking light jokes and letting my husband stay with me. There was no stuffty formal atmosphere, everyone being laid back and chill helped me so much! Docs smile, and happy "we got this" attitude while also checking in to make sure I was all good was so perfect and made my scary procedure go so much easier than I could have imagined. We came from Manchester but it was super easy to find, and I'd highly recommend making the easy trip vs just going with the only show in town in Manchester. I was scheduled at a Manchester office who booked way far out and wouldn't bill insurance and wasnt in network with my plan anyway. I was referred to Dr. Mirucki by my dentist in Londonderry for what could be needed as a possible root canal as I had pain in a couple of teeth. Dr. Mirucki did x rays, examined where my pain was and concluded that perhaps I had an infection. He gave me a short treatment of prednisone and said I should perhaps get a new, softer night guard. I was impressed with his honesty and if he ever says I need a root canal for pain, I won't hesitate as I feel he is very honest and didn't rush to do one when I was in some pain.
