I received this Bill with a colorful past due sticker not even 30 days after the procedure! very disturbing after the amount of Money that is already paid, to receive a bill! When I called, I was able to get a next day appointment. I went in today for my first ever root canal, and I can't say enough about how smooth the whole process was. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants Jocelyn, Lisa, and Elaine to Dr. Nobel were all so helpful and friendly. Dr. Nobel and Jocelyn explained what they were doing throughout the whole procedure, which put my mind at ease. If I ever need another procedure that requires an endodontist, I'll definitely choose NSB Endo again!

The first doctor messed up badly that caused this whole issue. A couple of years later I tried again, but this 2nd doctor told me that its root has fractured, so nothing can be done but to extract (which wasn't true as Dr. Johnston told me it's not at first glance...). Although it gave me a constant anxiety for about a year I'm so glad that I kept it and decided to see Dr. Johnston one last time. 3rd time's a charm and it's saved! Hooray!!!! Also, everyone in the office is very nice and helpful. I highly highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a root canal.
