I was told by bring up a concern about the schedule they messed up "if we don't give you the warm and fuzzies go elsewhere" as she THREW a transfer paper at me. For simply bringing up a question ! Never in my LIFE have I EVER experienced such insanity. I was told "being a dentist is hard enough I don't need to deal with this" because I asked a question.....It's be happy or be dropped as a patient. Wow, wow and wow. What an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Christian and her incredible staff…read morethis morning. This was my wife's first visit as we have recently retired to Hooksett. She has advanced Alzheimer's. This initial visit was for a routine examination and x-rays. The examination showed she had broken a tooth. Rather than schedule another appointment to repair the tooth, Dr. Christian and staff felt it best for my wife because of her Alzheimer's to fix the tooth while she was in the chair. So much more convenient and accommodating for my wife and myself. I was close to tears with their being so intent on making her comfortable and their understanding and concern for her. This is a practice that cares about its patients and its staff. Everyone is genuinely kind, caring, skilled and professional. The office feels like one, happy family. Brava ladies, Brava!
