TERRIBLE rude don't go here !!!!! They'll be rude right in your face and tell you there's an appointment for both your kids then only see one because I have to hold my 2 year old since she's scared of the dentist. Then cause drama so you can't reschedule an appointment for over a year for the other child....Terrible service. Then tell you to get a new dentist when you ask why you couldn't be in the room with your child. Unprofessional and disrespectful. They also don't tell you you're seeing any of three different dentists and don't get the same dentist every time. And add that I was THREE minutes late and they mentioned it about FIVE TIMES after calling and they told me "oh it's fine it happens" clearly not since they had to keep mentioning it.... Edit to this review they will drop you as a patient if you they mess up your schedule. Or bring your complaints forward. I was told by bring up a concern about the schedule they messed up "if we don't give you the warm and fuzzies go elsewhere" as she THREW a transfer paper at me. For simply bringing up a question ! Never in my LIFE have I EVER experienced such insanity. I was told "being a dentist is hard enough I don't need to deal with this" because I asked a question.....It's be happy or be dropped as a patient. I wish I could insert the voicemail Virginia left me. Very mean. I have a long list of nasty things they said to me and put words in my mouth. Oh and they will talk over you if you try to speak and won't hear you out at all. Was told I would receive a phone call from the dentist himself after all this @4pm. I waited hours no call. He called me at 8 at night. Truly a waste of time and unprofessional establishment. You are better off going anywhere else if you have children! I've never left a bad review anywhere but I felt that this was the ONLY voice I was given in this situation. Such a shame. read more

After a bad wisdom tooth extraction with pieces of the tooth left in the socket. I experienced 2 weeks of my jaw in utter agony.... Thanksgiving '24 was a bust. To add insult to injury. I was blindsided by a sizeable bill, to which I was told they were not in network with my insurance. That was an unexpected surprise after years of patronage. I understand that things happen, but it never feels good to get the fuzzy end of the lollipop! To that end... I will be moving to another dentist post haste. read more

He would talk about his patience.. never naming them but it was still gossip. And he was constantly talking about "welfare" patience . I was new to the area and looking for a new dentist when I found Vachon Dental. I've been going there for almost three years now. Vachon Dental is always very professional, friendly and they take the time to go over x-ray results with me. They take the time to thoroughly explain procedures needed and explain all available options. Dr Jeff is patient and makes sure you feel comfortable and does everything he can to minimize pain and discomfort. My children also go to Vachon Dental for their cleanings and they feel very comfortable there. read more

Today was my first visit to this dental practice and it was outstanding. The people at the front desk were very helpful, especially with my insurance, and pleasant. My dental Hygienist, Virginia, was exceptional, explaining everything she was going to do, she never hurt me (which is a first) and the results of her exam. It was the 1st time I've had a panorama x-ray, which was interesting. Dr J. Vachon was very clear in explaining his evaluation and my results of the exam. Being new in town, I needed a new dentist. Did some Google/Yelp searches and came across Vachon. It's in my neighborhood, so I can't ask for a better location. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple of years; I have good teeth and I take care of them. Most of my dental trips are pleasant so I can't speak to the pain and grief associated with procedures like root canals. I went in for a cleaning and my hygienist was great (Jessica, I think?) Friendly and gentle. I had x-rays done so that meant a routine of insert; bite down; hold still; repeat for about twenty minutes. A little uncomfortable but she was as gentle as she could be. I was impressed by the amount of time Dr. Jeff spent when coming in to say 'hello'. At my previous dental office I think the dentist breezed through for approximately 10 seconds. Jeff took time to greet me, ask how I was doing, check my teeth, and answer my questions. I felt respected and taken care of. When I requested a follow-up appointment to have a new retainer made they squeezed me in early one morning so I could make it in and then get to work - I really appreciated their effort! The technician who did my impressions was awesome; great sense of humor and made the process as fun as it could be when you're having goop-filled molds pressed into your gums. They have a large parking lot and are right off Webster street so it's easy to get to. read more

We were on vacation when our son took a spill on his bike. His mouth was cut up and very swollen and it appeared that a couple of his front teeth were loose. We were able to schedule an emergency, last-minute appointment with ease and have his mouth / teeth examined. Staff and doctor were super friendly and made the initial appointment and the follow up appointment as smooth as possible. If we lived in the area this would be our primary dentist office. read more

I visited Vachon Dental today for the first time after five days of severe tooth ache. I called them in panic, and they were able to fit me in right away, the day before a major holiday (when everyone else was closed). I'm 34 weeks pregnant, so on top of the pain I was worried about the baby. Dr. Vachon, his assistant and the secretary Ann went above and beyond to calm and inform me. Ann worked extra hard to find an endodontist to fit me in same day. I'm finally feeling pain relief. I've never been to a better, more caring dental practice and won't go any where else from here on out :) I am so extremely thankful to them! read more

I've been coming to Vachon Dental for a few years now and it is by far the best dental office that I've been a patient of. The whole staff is so friendly and upon checking in I'm always greeted by name and never left waiting more than a few minutes. Aside from being treated so well during my visits, I also really appreciate the fact that they are always able to schedule me an appointment with short notice when I have limited times available due to my demanding work schedule. Dr. Jeff and his staff are so wonderful and you can tell that they really care about their patients. I can't recommend them enough! I currently live over an hour away and still commute for my appointments instead of choosing a new provider! read more

I've found my new dentist - Vachon Dental. The staff was helpful, sweet, and really took the time to make sure I was fully taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. The difference in service level between them and my previous dentist was like night and day. So glad I switched. My only regret is waiting years to do so! read more

This is probably the worst experience ever, I was call one day before appointment and confirmed at least two times for the appointment and been call a again said my insurance is been canceled ( which is been open) and we said we will still go for this appointment for sure. Next day, we bring kid there in the morning 9 am with crazy raining day, they said the appointment is canceled without any notice, and we call the insurance company to proof that the kids insurance is valid, they said nothing they can do and try to rescheduled the appointment for another three months. I love Vachon Dental! Jeff Vachon has been my dentist for almost 2 years. I feel Jeff is very detailed when explaining procedures, other options and most importantly gentle! After researching, I found this office to be the most affordable for Clear Braces. Even when paying for other out-of-pocket procedures, they are very reasonably priced. The receptionist Anne is always warm and friendly and there is practically no wait for a busy office. I highly recommend them! read more
