Lol. - I've been to…read morethe best dental practices of cities like Beverly Hills, Honolulu, Boston and even places over-seas like Munich, and this one is my favorite by far. I can confidently say that this is the most advanced practice in the area with the best tools, technology, and knowledge. First let me review the actual dental office: When I walked in, I immediately felt safe and at home. It's a professional office that looks like an adorable big house on a safe, well manicured street in an easy to find area. (With plenty of parking) and inside it looks like a home really rooted in family values. The reception desk is big and relaxed next to a homey waiting room lined with windows. The dental chairs are private, and they have instant x-rays, water picks to get your teeth extra clean, and the kindest warmest staff helping their patients feel comfortable. Anything you might need, they have thought of it already. I have sensitive teeth so I was offered numbing cream for my gums before I started my cleaning. - there were even kids having a fun time at their appointments, and they had toys to pick from at the end. Dr. Elizabeth Spindel is kind, warm and positive too. Like I have known her forever. She made me feel confident about my teeth and was just so positive and fun to work with. She is so attentive to detail that she can even work preventatively. Meaning, she can catch things that other dentists or doctors may not notice... even before it's a problem or a health concern. I'm just so impressed. Dr. Victoria Spindel, Elizabeth's daughter, feels like a friend I immediately clicked with. She is laid back and incredibly intelligent. Her explanations have such care and professional detail, and yet she's easy to understand without needing her to repeat. I love that they're a mother-daughter team too! It feels wholesome and trustworthy in there. And as lame as I'm making myself look, it's cute that it seems like love is their secret ingredient. I really enjoyed my appointment and I actively had fun! 10/10 recommendation

I talked through a very specific financial plan with them that accounted for when I was getting paid and how much I could do. I THOUGHT I was being taken care of. Didn't last one month before the strangeness started with billing -- telling me I didn't have to pay anything when I came in, then calling me on the phone the very next day, I pay it, they say I haven't. Then I go in for my next appointment to fix a temporary crown. I was late by LITERALLY 2 minutes due to their long line and they decided to take someone else instead of checking to see if I was waiting. They told me I could wait there for many hours OR come the next day. So I come back the next day and they refuse my service due to....you guessed it, the bill I was told I already covered with my first payment, then told I didn't pay, then I paid again, only to still somehow owe them money. Stay far away.

Finally I found Dr H. through a google search and I am happy I did. When I first walked into the office I felt like I was at a spa, waiting for a massage appointment. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Mandy is very friendly, always smiling and laughing and makes me feel very comfortable whenever I'm in her chair! Dr. H is extremely friendly and genuine. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I hadn't been to a dentist in a couple of years; I have good teeth and I take care of them. Most of my dental trips are pleasant so I can't speak to the pain and grief associated with procedures like root canals. I went in for a cleaning and my hygienist was great (Jessica, I think?) Friendly and gentle. I had x-rays done so that meant a routine of insert; bite down; hold still; repeat for about twenty minutes. A little uncomfortable but she was as gentle as she could be. I was impressed by the amount of time Dr. Jeff spent when coming in to say 'hello'. At my previous dental office I think the dentist breezed through for approximately 10 seconds. Jeff took time to greet me, ask how I was doing, check my teeth, and answer my questions. I felt respected and taken care of. When I requested a follow-up appointment to have a new retainer made they squeezed me in early one morning so I could make it in and then get to work - I really appreciated their effort! The technician who did my impressions was awesome; great sense of humor and made the process as fun as it could be when you're having goop-filled molds pressed into your gums. They have a large parking lot and are right off Webster street so it's easy to get to.

I wish I could insert the voicemail Virginia left me. Very mean. I have a long list of nasty things they said to me and put words in my mouth. Oh and they will talk over you if you try to speak and won't hear you out at all. Was told I would receive a phone call from the dentist himself after all this @4pm. I waited hours no call. He called me at 8 at night. Truly a waste of time and unprofessional establishment. You are better off going anywhere else if you have children! I've never left a bad review anywhere but I felt that this was the ONLY voice I was given in this situation. Such a shame.
