She's intense and thorough. She does need to eat more candy bars. 3-Kate her assistant was intelligent and completely focused on my care and comfort. Her post surgery instructions were professorial in terms of content. She was very explicit in the details of post care. She used big words....I would "exacerbate" my implant if I smoked or drank hot liquids. 4-Great communication from the front office staff. The facility was neat, professional, and featured tons of parking. 5-Every doctor, assistant, and office staff member is impeccably groomed and , from a 64 year old widower, extremely attractive. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they were a very well oiled machine for what I saw in the whole 45 seconds I was awake before they swiftly put me to sleep. Dr Braasch explained everything from the consult up until I was asleep, and was very reassuring. This is probably glaze but I generally hate the dentist and anything to do with my mouth, however dr Braasch was extremely professional and reassuring. When I showed up at 8a 6/23, they said they didn't have my records & would call them that morning to get them, I said I would reschedule. I came back to the office the next afternoon & asked at the desk for the office manager & the person I asked said she was the manager. I told her the ordeal that I have been going thru with trying to get my records to them despite the other dental office sending them multiple times. She said they could do the exam & xrays to determine what would be needed. I said that the dentist should have my history. She said she would call them & that the other office didn't send them otherwise they would be there & I told her my husband's dentist had the same problem but that I was told they got his records. She looked & said they didn't have his records either. I got even more upset & frustrated at that since the person IN HER OFFICE had told me his records were there. At that point- not saying she was sorry for all the problems with getting the records....not saying anything about the issue that her person didn't know what they were talking about regarding my husbands records, not acknowledging the hours spent trying to get this done.NO! The clinic does not even have a weighing scale and the nurse kept on guessing my son's, their patient's weight. I was uncomfortable with this considering they were using the patient's weight to compute the dosage of the Propofol to be given to my son during the procedure. I would recommend researching and google every provider and clinic you are planning to go to. It will be crucial in your decision in choosing a provider/clinic. I learned my lesson the hard way. Take it from my experience. If I did my homework, I wouldn't have stepped into this clinic.

That's only one of the many reasons both my wife and I continue to remain loyal to him after so many years, and even at great distance. We moved from the area years ago up to the Lakes Region of NH but continue to travel the hour-plus to make appointments with Dr. H. Must a be a commanding reason for that --- I suspect you would conclude the same loyalty is fully justified.
