This location has constant turnover in staff, located in a crumbling building covered in dust from the highway. I go because I'm cheap and I know to decline everything they suggest to me.

The clinic does not even have a weighing scale and the nurse kept on guessing my son's, their patient's weight. I was uncomfortable with this considering they were using the patient's weight to compute the dosage of the Propofol to be given to my son during the procedure. I would recommend researching and google every provider and clinic you are planning to go to. It will be crucial in your decision in choosing a provider/clinic. I learned my lesson the hard way. The gal…read morein the office that handles the finances Angela quoted me three different prices all in a week and a half after I gave her my insurance information she contacted my insurance company and then she proceeded to call me three different times with different prices for the same procedure code. Which in the end ended up costing me out of pocket over $200 more than what she initially quoted me when she first quoted after contacting my current insurance company. So please please be very careful when choosing your dental office. I would recommend that you go elsewhere. When Angela gives you cost information her voice goes extremely low to the point I had to ask her to speak in a normal tone. Now the writing is on the wall - she did not want other patients in the waiting room to hear because they charge every one different prices for the same procedure code. What forced me to write this review is to top it all off. She billed my insurance company $216 more than what she told me she was billing for the entire procedure on our last call and when I called her out on it, her voice went dead silent.. Very unethical behavior!

Their process is a more personal approach rather than those impersonal chains that make you feel like cattle. His office is incredibly responsive to my needs whenever I call and has taken me on short-notice on multiple occasions. That's only one of the many reasons both my wife and I continue to remain loyal to him after so many years, and even at great distance. We moved from the area years ago up to the Lakes Region of NH but continue to travel the hour-plus to make appointments with Dr. H. Must a be a commanding reason for that --- I suspect you would conclude the same loyalty is fully justified. Both he and his staff are extremely professional, courteous, sensitive and most importantly competent at what they do. Were there a six-star option, I'd select it.
