Their quality of care is good, but their billing is horrendous. I was told my copay was $60.00 on the way out the door so I paid that. I quite literally asked, "Are you sure? Amazing. When it comes to the dentist, I'm best described as terrified. I mean really, honestly like a piece of petrified wood. Stiff and unlikely to make an appointment. Generations actually made me look forward to my next visit. Everyone there is fantastic. They're kind, super comforting and make the whole dental thing a relaxing experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in years (thanks to a lack of health insurance that my recent-husband remedied since, unlike me, he isn't self-employed and does get benefits.) As soon as Gay had me in the chair, she allayed my fears by explaining what would happen step by step. She made it fun -- even showed me my x-rays and explained the condition of my mouth. (Let's just say it went to well that I'm calling myself Supertooth! now. Well, I was until my friends asked me to stop.) There's a fireplace in the waiting room, an excellent selection of magazine and some great beverages to enjoy. They aren't in-network for my dental, but I'm not having a cost problem with that since most stuff is still covered. Highly, highly recommended. read more

The work they did on my mouth would merit 4 or 5 stars, but one incident caused this rating to drop to a 1. They told me that I needed a mouth guard for sleeping at night. They took numerous molds of my teeth (they only needed one mold), but the nurse kept screwing up. When the first mold came in, it didn't fit, so I to get more gelatinous crud sprayed into my mouth. When the second mold came in, we told them (multiple times) that we had problems with our insurance and we couldn't pay at that time, but we promised to come back and pay when we were able to. 2 weeks past and we receive a letter notifying us of our BANISHMENT from their business! Absolutely ridiculous! After spending tons of money, we get kicked out for being unable to pay for one mouth guard, which was overpriced (it cost over $300), even though we promised to pick it up when we had the insurance money. read more

I really can't say enough how much I love this dental office. Literally generations of my family have been coming here for years. From Tessa at the front desk, to Lisa in the finance office and all the hygienists and assistants like Emma and Steph (I've seen them all) I've always had a great experience at Generations. It was a really sad day when I had to leave them and move to Texas, but in May I was coming back to NH for a wedding and was able to get a last minute appointment with Dr. Stetsyuk for some cosmetic work on my top two front teeth. Terry was the assistant who worked on me. I wish I could post a pic here!!! My teeth look AMAZING. It wasn't an easy job because there were so many different shades and white spots on my teeth, but Dr. S made me look like a movie star and Terry was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable when I was getting the Novocaine. One last note - I needed new retainers for my new teeth and Telly was able to remake them the same day and they fit better than perfect. She even p-touched a label on my new case that said "Made with NH Love". I literally cried. I miss these guys so much. The folks at Generations Dental, from the front desk ladies to the hygienists and the dentists, are absolutely wonderful. After having a positive experience last year, I switched to this place as my primary dental care provider and I couldn't be happier. Dr Binder and staff are the best I've ever been to. Not liking the dentist I was hesitant. I had an emergency and they got me in the next morning. That was 2 years ago and I will not go anywhere else Marissa Trinity Amanda and the rest of the staff are friendly caring professionals. No need to look anywhere else. read more

Was a patient for years. Saw Binder Sr. Never any cavities. Saw Binder Jr., 8 cavities, total lack of compassion. Got second opinion. One cavity, one repair. Avoid this practice. New dentist commented that my former dentist must be looking for a boat payment. read more

Great facility, professional and always showing a concern for your comfort. Yet over priced.

These folks did some work last year on a replacement for a tooth I lost years and years ago playing hockey as a kid - about $700 worth of work. I recently was scheduled for a quadruple bypass operation and needed a quick oral exam to ensure I had no infections. I called Generations and was told that they couldn't do the exam without a cleaning and full examination first. In other words, they wouldn't do the examination unless I spent money on other, currently unneeded service. This from the receptionist who answered the phone. I asked to speak with the Dentist. I was told that it was the office manager's decision, not the Dentists. I was also promised a call today - one that I have not received. To me, it seems that a hundred bucks or so to them is more important to them than my life-saving surgery. I've never been blown off by a so-called medical professional like I was with Generations. By the way, I called Aspen Dental after my chat with Generations, got an appointment for early this morning and will have the letter for my surgeon tomorrow. read more
