I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel strongly enough about this experience that I think…read moreother patients should be aware. The staff was friendly, but what I expected to be a consultation felt more like a push toward having a root canal than a discussion of all available options. After the appointment, I decided to get a second opinion before proceeding with treatment. Two different dental offices requested my 3D CT scan from this office so they could properly evaluate my situation. Both offices told me they never received it. I paid for that scan, and I was trying to make an informed decision about a significant dental procedure. Instead, I found myself unable to get other specialists the information they needed to fully evaluate my case. Whether intentional or not, the result was the same: it made getting a second opinion far more difficult than it should have been. My advice to anyone considering treatment here: if they take imaging, ask for a copy before you leave the office. Do not assume it will be sent later if you decide to seek another opinion. Patients deserve access to their own diagnostic information and the ability to explore treatment options without obstacles. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I found Dr. Sigua through my in network insurance provider and called the schedule an appointment with him, I also verified that he was within network. I received text and email confirmations specifically stating my appointment confirmation with Dr. Sigua by name. When I got there I was under the impression that is the doctor I was seeing. Apparently they switched my appointment to their new doctor (Kyle Lapage) because they want to get him patients. I was told at the visit it was all covered by insurance and would result in zero cost as I was expecting because general cleanings are covered and I was already told they were in network. Later I get a bill because Dr. Lapage was not within network with my insurance even though Dr. sigua was. I was told they needed to resubmit it under Dr. sigua and it would be zero dollars. So I called the office to say there was a mistake as I know my appointment was with Dr. Sigua but they said no I did in fact see Dr. Lapage without my knowledge or consent and because he was not within network I now owed hundreds of dollars for the appointment and they would not back down from this even though I was clearly scammed into seeing a doctor I did not schedule with in the first place. This was their mistake and they expect me to pay the bill. I will be taking them to small claims court as I still have all the proof of a scheduled appointment with Dr. sigua who is in fact in network. Please be careful as there is a lot of deception that goes on here in order to gain new patients for their new doctor and screw the patient in the process. Very sad when you can't even trust your dentists office.

I was walked through every step clearly and was checked on throughout the procedure and hardly felt any discomfort throughout. I was asked repeatedly if I had any questions at the end. Fast forward to now and both of those dentists are gone. Now there's this Dr. Harvey. I got a bad feeling from her right away. I had a tooth that broke more than halfway through. I decided to call White Park Dental since I was a patient there before. The tooth broke the beginning of February and she couldn't see me until February 24. In the past dentists would recommend you to someone else who can get you in Sooner. She didn't care that I was in pain and blew me off. Ok, now it's the 24th and I was so full of anxiety I just couldn't go. The pain in the tooth got much better but I was so scared. I just had that uncaring feeling. Before they had me fill tons of paperwork, which seemed more important than my pain. So because it was my first visit, even though I was a previous patient, they said I could not reschedule with them. Yes, I know it was my fault for not going. But if you're looking for a caring dentist and office staff i high recommend going somewhere else. They don't care about your fears, past bad experiences or anxieties. only filling out a bunch of paperwork.
