I had my appointment and was billed 1,000 dollars. I was then told they do not take my insurance at all. They refused to listen to me when I explained my son was having pain in his teeth. They drilled a chip in his front tooth and tried filling it. That came out within a week. They did it again and the same issue. I was told not to worry about it, it's fine. His tooth is now breaking down and causing a ton of pain and they refused to help. They even canceled my children's future cleanings. Awful to work with and care solely on the bill they can send you. Terrible experiences.

They just started pushing him out the room with no regard if he had fear or an anxiety towards it I mean, you're literally watching your child be put to sleep for the first time after that Doctor has himself came and apologized I assumed everything was good. I called to reschedule an appointment for my son. months later I'm being told oh the anesthesiologist no longer wants to work with your family so now they're telling me I have to drive an hour to Concord to get work done. Mind you I had already been back to that office so why now am I all of a sudden not allowed back in the office? I called. I'm met with rude receptionist, rude people just telling me essentially just go figure it out and go find a new office it's crazy because I really in the beginning. Thought Haas was a good office but sometimes when you have the wrong people working in a good place, you don't get good service so beware of this dental office do not book with the Nashua location.

Such a great first experience for my daughter. A friendly…read moreand attentive staff is key for me when it comes to a pediatrics office. April was absolutely amazing and explained everything in a way that made my girl feel so comfortable. The lobby and waiting areas were very clean and kid friendly. Convenient location, (we come from Lawrence) Quick and easy appointment making as well. My daughter is already asking when she gets to go back and my husband joked he wishes his dental office was just as pleasant!! Thanks Kangaroo smiles team!

I give absolutely a negative rating for this practice. They took my 5 year old for anesthesia, told…read moreus he needed a few fillings and a crown, possibly an extraction for his back tooth. During this procedure they decided to pull out all 4 of his front teeth without even a SLIGHT warning or consult with myself or his dad. I called 3 times post surgery to speak with someone and they will not return my call and actually hung up on me when I just wanted to explain how upset I am, and how much this is affecting my child that already has a speech delay. This was a huge cosmetic surgery for teeth that did NOT need to be pulled. I pray that nobody else has to go through this with their children, so stay as far away from this place as possible. I am disgusted, heartbroken and completely disrespected with this office. They should be ashamed of themselves. I highly advise you to take your children to ANYWHERE else. I will never return. And my son is completely traumatized from their lack of patient care and missing teeth that he does not understand why it happened or what is going on. A child with severe sensory issues and processing issues NO PRIOR PREPARATION THAT HE WAS HAVING 4 front teeth taken! I am outraged, do not go there. Update: the surgeon called me back AFTER 3 attempts of calling over 24 hours. He called my son "mental" then when I expressed concern for his patient care and the disrespect I feel he responded by stating "you have terrible parenting! Call a lawyer!" Absolutely disgusted, sad, confused and concerned that this is a person who has a degree and works with children.

Be aware when you are dealing with these people…read more I had been going here for years with no real issue. Recently I ended up in a back and forth over whether or not my child was allowed to have an afternoon appointment. This had never been an issue before but he used to be scared and need me to sit with him. Early on I had to restrain himbut the last couple of times he was fine with me just sitting with him. At his last appointment they had him sit in the chair alone for a while and he did great. So imagine my surprise when I got a call saying they could no longer do an afternoon because he had difficulties. I am unable to do mornings so this was a big issue. I finally told them I would just go elsewhere. They worked it out with me in the end but only after some back and forth. Today I got notified of a $200 charge on my card that they had self authorized. From my appointment in June. When I called they said they had sent me email notifications for their portal which I did not receive. So, instead of calling me they just charged my card. And then they had the nerve to argue it with me. By allowing them to keep the card on file I had somehow authorized them to charge it as needed? Absurd. (When pressed they gave me a quick breakdown of what was not covered by insurance but I had to call the insurance comapny to find out details.) And the whole time I got the "polite" but you are the one in the wrong attitude. Needless to say that I am done. In a general sense the people/dentists here are nice. I really just can't deal with how they run the business though. I just spent my whole lunch break today figuring this issue out.

The appointments involved cleaning and x-rays, and a second appointment involved fillings. Dr. Lindi's skills and technique were superb. Everything from the comfortable chairs for the children to the cleaning and drill equipment were state of the art. Her use of calming aids and mastery of the equipment made fillings a painless experience. In addition to her technical skills, her bedside (chairside?) manner was soothing, calming, and reassuring. During the entire appointment, she spoke softly to the children, encouraging them, and telling them how good and special they were. At our first visit, there was time for only one of the children to be seen, and the second child was almost in tears because he didn't get his exam that day! The wide selection of videos during treatment provides entertainment. Now they both like to go to the dentist! Her combination of technical expertise and empathetic manner should be a model for all medical personnel. The long-term benefit is that, as children, they are made to feel special and are encouraged to care for their teeth. Being Dr. Lindi's patient as a child increases the likelihood that, as an adult, that person will appreciate the importance of lifetime dental care, because they are worth it. I should also mention that every person in the office, from the receptionist, to office personnel, to hygienists, to dental assistants, were professional and followed the same high standards as Dr. Lindi. Thank you, Dr. Lindi and staff.
