I would highly advise to stay away from this dentist office…read more I had 20k worth of work done at this practice almost 3 years ago. I've dealt with nothing but suffering since then. At first, I was happy with the work, since my smile was much better. Unfortunately, I was in for a rude awakening. This office doesn't stand behind their work. Their 5 year 'warranty' means nothing to them.  I've spent the last 3 years not being able to eat with my front teeth, being worried every single day that my tooth would fall out, because it's done just that for 3 years. The tooth has fallen off every 3-6 months for almost 3 years now. Every time it happens, the doctor denies that anything is wrong with it and just re-cements it back on knowing it'll fall off in another 3-6 months. Each time I've asked for it to be actually fixed but was told that "nothing was wrong with it". Knowing full well that something was indeed wrong with it because a crown shouldn't fall off continuously.  When I pushed to have something be done with it, they tried dropping me as a patient and tried getting me to sign an NDA waiver stating I wouldn't speak of this to anyone. When I said I wouldn't sign anything, they then told me it was "miscommunication" and wanted to see me again. Then when I told them I do not want to be seen in their office because of how they've treated me, they've ignored me for 3 months.   I've seen two doctors since and both confidently told me they could fix it and that something is indeed wrong with it. Now I'm left to have to pay for this tooth fully a second time. Actually, the Dental assistant at the new practice could even see it right away and had two ideas prior to even seeing the dentist!  I am writing this review today, in hopes that someone will see this and it will spare them the time and effort and suffering that this place has put me through.

The entrance is relaxing- spa-like, which helps if you have anxiety about dentist work. What really impressed me was how Dr. Shetty observed and checked my mouth for cancer on my first time visit- I've never experienced that before and right then and there I knew I was in good hands. Thank you to all of you at Dental Design of NE for making me feel at ease and safe!

Dr Brinda is so kind, knowledgeable and patient. My daughters love her. Great family ran practice…read morewhere they value their patients.

Starts out as a very nice office seems super Nice and accommodating. However, once we get to…read morebilling things, take a completely different turn. Every single visit I paid hundreds of dollars upfront no problem because it is an estimate of what the patient responsibility is. As soon as I started getting in the EOB's from my insurance company, I could see that I was overpaying by a lot at every visit. Once this was brought up to them they told me that they had a contract dispute with CIGNA.. I tried to have several conversations with them, letting them know that their contract dispute with CIGNA should not be passed along to their patients, and I was thrown out of the office, literally in the middle of my pediatric son having treatment. I have spoken to CIGNA about this supposed disputed contract and CIGNA tells me that they are paying exactly the rates they are required to. So be very careful when you're paying upfront hundreds of dollars and make sure to check with your insurance company and make sure you're closely monitoring those EOB's when they come in. Super nice dentist turned into a complete jerk when she threw me out of the office and my pediatric son. Again, keep in mind that I have no problem paying for my fair share and every time I went into the office I paid the hundreds of dollars upfront with absolutely no questions asked! As she was berating me in the office she also stated that we were customers so that tells you everything you need to know customers equal $$ patients are only patients when they agree to blindly pay whatever they say you should. Balance billing for a dispute you have with your contacted insurance is not a patient problem.

Bad business practices!! Do not trust them!! They will tell…read moreyou that they will bill your insurance that they used to accept but bill you for more than the insurance allows!!!

One and done. Was patient for 1 visit. New to the area, I…read moremade an appt due to office location, not referral - my mistake. Dr. Golas was okay with me. Definitely thinks very highly of himself. The reason I will not return is due to what I overheard in the next room. While waiting for doctor as he did exam next door, I heard him berate patient who asked why he needed to have xrays taken at EVERY appt. Dr. explained a full mouth series was broken up into several appts to "minimize the patient's radiation exposure and capitalize the patient's insurance" for the benefit of the patient. BS! I worked 30+ years in dentistry. He is trying to milk every penny of the patient's insurance for himself and thus limiting what is available for patient should anything arise beyond routine maintenance care. (Insurance will pay more for individual xrays taken on an "as needed" basis vs. diagnostic full mouth taken at one time.) Patient asked if he could skip xrays this visit. Dr. Golas response was to angrily scold him - "I believe that I'm the one who went to dental school and know what's best." He should invest some of that borderline slimy insurance money he has collected into some "miracles of modern dentistry using the latest techniques and equipment." I mean, who doesn't have digital xrays these days? If he is truly concerned with the patient's radiation exposure, how about moving into the 21st century?
