I later was told I can only be a patient if I do not cancel again. mind you we have been a patient for years w 0 issue. we paid the fee to be reinstate being a patients. we were all seen numerous times since w no issue. this past week I had to cancel again due to a medic issue. I spoke w receptionist explained and asked if this was ok due to what happened over the winter I was reassured no issue at all and she kindly resched. the following weekend received a certified fired from the practice again letter. I called this am to explain what had happened, the male receptionist could care less. hardly listened. I cancelled my entire families future appts. he said he'd get to it. medical emergencies are out of patients hands sometimes. as I was a patient there there were a few occasions they canceled appts due to weather or other circumstances which I understood and never once complained. this entire situation clarified my family and I were just a number in this place not patients they care for. we already found a new place who were kind and understanding. I explained what happened at this place and they said not to worry they would understand if medical issues came up. drumhill dental dentist would talk to me and my daughter about heir lives and their children while at appts, it's shocking this is how their staff treats patients.

Between the cracked tooth he created charged me with after his filling or my tooth infection not to mention he's the most aggressive cleaner made me bleed for weeks read his reviews. I only stuck by because I had paid insurance and the new hygienist was gental and great. But then he looked at my TWO healthy teeth after her exam for 5 seconds told me to remove them. Mind you I worked at dental office I know this destroys the tooth and kills it and can lead to tooth canals and other major reprocussions during surgery. I asked him point blank so they're healthy no infection both teeth he said yes and I said how long do you think these healthy teeth have before infect he said probably over 20 years. So I said I'm good I already knew I wasn't before asking wanted to call him out on his unethical procedures and he knows I pay out of pocket myself so he gets full refund. Well I told him and staff multiple times no. Well they harassed me every month since to add this procedure I was already looking at other dentist after talking to me dentist friends out of state who said that's completely unethical and they would never. They went to Harvard and MIT so legit knew this was unethical. But last straw was they sent me a bill for services I already paid for. Be careful read other reviews I read countless people getting fake tooth from filled online the procedure goes wrong they see another dentist and they tell them nothing's wrong.

I am absolutely appalled at the treatment I just received. When I realized I missed an appointment, I called right away. I explained my extenuating circumstance to an AI receptionist. I also thought the fee was $50, but I was being billed for $100. The AI receptionist apologized for my situation, told me she hopes it gets better, and said someone would contact me regarding the fee. When a human returned my call, she had less empathy than the AI 'person' did. She told me that she received my message (which explained why I missed the appointment), and that I owed $100, not $50 (regardless of the form I signed stating otherwise). I told her that I would pay the $100 and find a new dentist. And I hung up. It's a shame. I liked working with Dr Sam and Kirstie. But I cannot in good faith continue to work with a front office who won't even consider my extraordinary situation, let alone one who further takes advantage by charging me double what they should have. The document I signed on 4/22/24 clearly states, 'I understand that if I do not show up for my visit, if I am more than 15 minutes late, or if I cancel without at least 48 hours notice, a $50 missed appointment fee will be assessed to my account and deducted from my reservation deposit.' I also acknowledged that I was entitled to 'considerate, courteous, and respectful treatment.' Thanks for kicking me while I was down. Enjoy your $100.

I called before I came to for the procedure to confirm my procedure was still covered by my insurance provider and was told that my quote was still good... After the procedure, I am out of pocket by more than $600.00... I expected this place to be processional... They are hacks... I would stay away from this place!!
