Despite an appointment time mix up on my end, the office was super accommodating. I had a cleaning with Kathy would couldn't have been nicer and ridiculously efficient. Anthony Sciuto, DMD was very kind and extremely gentle. He did a quick check up and I was on my way. He gave me the anti biotic i needed and his assistant called the specialist with me to help make an appointment for the tooth i needed fixed. He is thorough with details, exams, and in discussing options and procedures. The office staff is welcoming, caring and organized. They are pleasant, put you at ease, but it is the overall climate that is reassuring. The cleanliness, everyone has a job to do and they do it well, the respect, trust and rapport between Dr. Diamantis and his long term staff/assistants, his expertise coupled with the painless and efficient manner in which the procedure flows is wonderful. They explain the healing process and follow up care. I have been pleased and highly recommend Dr. Diamantis and the well appointed Chelmsford office! I have been to all three locations and had Dr. Stone and Dr.Trowbridge as well. Dr. Stone and his staff were extremely professional, and made me feel very comfortable about what was going to happen before and during the procedure. As a result, this extraction was much less stressful and nearly painless. Dr. Stone's caring manner was evident throughout the procedure, and I was given appropriate medication and anesthetics to get through it easily.
