The first visit I was there for just a cleaning, and they recommended a cap, which I was surprised. I didn't need, so I declined. There was no pressure to purchase, but about 4-5 weeks later someone called to schedule the cap appointment. On my second visit I went in for tooth sensitivity, which they solved, but then wanted to upsell an expensive mouth guard, which I politely declined. I'll continue with my regular cleanings for now, and will gauge after each visit if it is worth having to sit through a sales presentation each time I go for a cleaning.
