Edit to this review they will drop you as a patient if you they mess up your schedule. Or bring your complaints forward. I was told by bring up a concern about the schedule they messed up "if we don't give you the warm and fuzzies go elsewhere" as she THREW a transfer paper at me. For simply bringing up a question ! Never in my LIFE have I EVER experienced such insanity. I was told "being a dentist is hard enough I don't need to deal with this" because I asked a question.....It's be happy or be dropped as a patient. The procedure…read moreended up taking 3+ hours due to the complexity that was only apparent once inside, but Dr. Park made sure that I was as comfortable (and sedated) as I could be. It's been a bit over a week and even only at day 2, I was not feeling any pain, so she did a great job. And now, at day 8, I still have no pain and aside from food getting into the hole, I have no complaints. It still won't be 5 stars due to the initial snafu, but the procedure itself and the care from Dr. Park makes this place worth going for the actual dental care part.
