I moved to NH recently and was so overwhelmed with the amount of choices and clinics available for dental services. And add that I was THREE minutes late and they mentioned it about FIVE TIMES after calling and they told me "oh it's fine it happens" clearly not since they had to keep mentioning it.... Edit to this review they will drop you as a patient if you they mess up your schedule. Or bring your complaints forward. I was told by bring up a concern about the schedule they messed up "if we don't give you the warm and fuzzies go elsewhere" as she THREW a transfer paper at me. For simply bringing up a question ! Never in my LIFE have I EVER experienced such insanity. I was told "being a dentist is hard enough I don't need to deal with this" because I asked a question.....It's be happy or be dropped as a patient. I was blindsided by a sizeable bill, to which I was told they were not in network with my insurance. That was an unexpected surprise after years of patronage. Their process is a more personal approach rather than those impersonal chains that make you feel like cattle. That's only one of the many reasons both my wife and I continue to remain loyal to him after so many years, and even at great distance. We moved from the area years ago up to the Lakes Region of NH but continue to travel the hour-plus to make appointments with Dr. H. Must a be a commanding reason for that --- I suspect you would conclude the same loyalty is fully justified. I had a crown put in where I had a chipped tooth that I'm not certain needed a crown to begin with the tooth had a chip but not that big of a chip missing. I had no pain coming from the tooth before the crown after the crown I had discomfort and pain after chewing. I went back 2 or 3 times with the problem they did an exray and some kind of adjustment that did nothing. I was told it did not have a lot of support in that area because a few missing teeth and this was the problem. This is bull because I had no pain or discomfort before his so called crown. If this is how they do business they should not be allowed to practice Dentistry in my opinion.
