When my primary care doctor, Dr. Abele, asked about my dental status before my surgery, she was impressed that he even raised the topic. She reviewed my chart, provided the documentation I needed for my medical file, and made sure the information was accurate. Most practices never bother connecting the dots like that, and the follow through mattered. The office runs well. There is some turnover with hygienists, and it seems like there is a new person every other visit, but everyone I have met has been professional and easy to work with. It has never affected the quality of the care. Overall, I trust her. She is responsive, respectful, and practical. If you want a dentist who gives straight answers and takes the details seriously, she is a excellent choice.

Their responses; 'the earliest we can see you is Monday 8am'. I was lixky to find another dentist whom took me at 930pm and 1 1/2 hrs away. Front office could use some compassion training and better guidance from owners, possible network with other providers for better coverage after hr rotations.
