Private equity ihealthcare. They are owned by Ares Management and Leonard Green & Partners, a group notoriously known for only making choices to drive revenue while neglecting the patient experience. This location has constant turnover in staff, located in a crumbling building covered in dust from the highway. I go because I'm cheap and I know to decline everything they suggest to me.

His office is incredibly responsive to my needs whenever I call and has taken me on short-notice on multiple occasions. That's only one of the many reasons both my wife and I continue to remain loyal to him after so many years, and even at great distance. We moved from the area years ago up to the Lakes Region of NH but continue to travel the hour-plus to make appointments with Dr. H. Must a be a commanding reason for that --- I suspect you would conclude the same loyalty is fully justified. Both he and his staff are extremely professional, courteous, sensitive and most importantly competent at what they do. Were there a six-star option, I'd select it.

Dr. Connolly is the best dentist that I ever had in my life being 73 years old. I wish I would have found this dentist practice 20 years ago. I had severe gum disease which other dentist practices just said pull, and pulled my teeth out. So i winded up having all my teeth pulled in my lower mouth. I had 2 implants, implanted in my lower jaw and had a overdenture that was made by the same dental practice. They were good and I had no complaints. On vacation I lost that over denture. Went to another dentist practice close by who proclaims himself a dentist to a sports team. He made a overdenture for me but it was never made correctly, I couldn't eat or chew anything. I heard good things about Bedford Dental Care from another dental practice who told me to go there. I went to Bedford Dental Care and met Dr. Connolly who made a new overdenture for me. I am now able to eat & chew normally again. I can even eat a steak. I had to have a 0 Ring replaced today and I wasn't charged anything. Just want to say Thank you to Dr. Connolly and to all his wonderful staff that works there.

I had no pain coming from the tooth before the crown after the crown I had discomfort and pain after chewing. I went back 2 or 3 times with the problem they did an exray and some kind of adjustment that did nothing. I was told it did not have a lot of support in that area because a few missing teeth and this was the problem. This is bull because I had no pain or discomfort before his so called crown. If this is how they do business they should not be allowed to practice Dentistry in my opinion.

I am dismayed the ad for $79 new patient appointment does not clearly give the facts.
