Finally…read moreafter seeing my dentist and an endontist to eval me for a root canal, it was decided that I needed to have it extracted. Initially the Lowell office gave me a consult appointment a few weeks out and put me on the waiting list for a closer one in hopes I could get in earlier. After a couple more days, my husband called and asked if there was any, ANY way they could get me in for a consult earlier. The office manager called back shortly after and said she could fit me in the next day at this Nashua office. I went in, painlessly gave them my information, and went in for my consult with a wonderful dental assistant who was very reassuring and took the rest of my medical history. Dr Field was in within five minutes (probably less), took a look at my history and my tooth, and said that if I was willing to spend an extra ten minutes there, she would be happy to extract my tooth for me on the spot. She numbed me up with the lidocaine gel, went to tell my husband in the waiting room that it would be an extra ten minutes, and within twenty minutes my tooth was out and I was heading out with a quick and very unexpectedly small credit card payment. I was so thrilled to not only get seen so quickly (especially due to my pain!) but also that I was not pressured to wait until later to get all my wisdom teeth out under anesthesia at a later, which I know would have been a *much* more profitable visit for their practice. My pain was dealt with and appreciated, Dr Fields was direct, to the point, and explained everything as she went along with her very wonderful dental assistant who was very encouraging to this anxious patient. My husband had previously gotten his wisdom teeth out at this practice ten years ago and several of my siblings have had major oral surgery and reconstruction work done by Drs Stone and Trowbridge and were very well cared for. I knew just what practice I wanted to go to when I was told I needed an oral surgeon and my choice was validated when I went for this procedure by the wonderful and prompt care I received.

All of my concerns were put to rest after consulting with Dr. Rachel Madden, DMD, MD. After performing a full scan of my teeth, she identified one impacted wisdom tooth and another on the opposite side that was "crowding" my second molar. She recommended removing both bottom wisdom teeth. The procedure was handled professionally and completed within an hour of my arrival. Assisted by Meggan and Emily, Dr. Madden performed the in-office procedure with zero pain and the utmost care. I received thorough, detailed aftercare instructions, along with a "goody bag" of useful necessities, and three prescriptions that were already filled by the time I arrived at the pharmacy. I even received a follow-up call from APEX later that afternoon to check on my recovery. Recovery has been smooth and successful. Less than 36 hours later, I feel almost back to normal. APEX Oral Surgery has my highest recommendation. If they handled routine dentistry, they'd be my new primary dentist.

I started going…read moreto this establishment of dentistry about three years ago when it turned out that my college diet of awful cafeteria food and soda ruined my already weaker-than-paper teeth. Since that fateful day, I have gone back every time I needed a filling (okay, fillings. Lots of fillings) or any other dental problems I've had over the years. I also really need to mention why I returned time and time again: everyone here is a fabulous and friendly person! For me, someone who is quite a pain at the dentist and makes their job 10x harder, they try to make me as comfortable as they can and work with me to get the job done. I'm actually very sad that I no longer live in New Hampshire because it means that I have to find a new dentist. My heart is still broken because I miss the beautiful faces of Krothapalli Family Dental. But I thought I could heal by writing them an excellent review, which I told them I would do at my last appointment back in May. This is, in my super professional opinion, the best dentist's office in the entire world (at least for me).
