All of my concerns were put to rest after consulting with Dr. Rachel Madden, DMD, MD. After performing a full scan of my teeth, she identified one impacted wisdom tooth and another on the opposite side that was "crowding" my second molar. She recommended removing both bottom wisdom teeth. The procedure was handled professionally and completed within an hour of my arrival. Assisted by Meggan and Emily, Dr. Madden performed the in-office procedure with zero pain and the utmost care. I received thorough, detailed aftercare instructions, along with a "goody bag" of useful necessities, and three prescriptions that were already filled by the time I arrived at the pharmacy. I even received a follow-up call from APEX later that afternoon to check on my recovery. Recovery has been smooth and successful. Less than 36 hours later, I feel almost back to normal. APEX Oral Surgery has my highest recommendation. If they handled routine dentistry, they'd be my new primary dentist.

After spending $60,000 and traveling over 2,000 miles for multiple, multiple visits, almost starving to death because I couldn't eat due to horrid pain, here's an update: the upper and lower implants and hybrids appear to be breaking apart and I expect them to collapse any day. Discomfort and pain is escalating and I suspect some areas are infected. Do not go to these people. Their primary interest lies in covering up their mistakes, NOT patient care and welfare. They walked my son through what to expect and definitely calmed his nerves. My only complaint is with the paperwork end of it. They said they don't accept our insurance even though NHOMS was listed by our insurance. They said that this particular office doesn't accept it and we would have to file the claims ourself. No big deal. Then 2 weeks later I start getting letters from my insurance company that NHOMS submitted a claim, and they were sending them a check after I paid for everything out of my own pocket. Again, the procedural part was fantastic however the headache caused by them telling me to submit a claim and them doing it anyway has left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

I also have a best friends husband whose a dentist in AZ I lived in 5 different states being military spouse and man this is by far the WORST dental office I've ever encountered not the staff I outside the doctors. They're great. But trash when it becomes to legal ethical guidelines of dentistry. They are supposed to hold to these standards. Between the cracked tooth he created charged me with after his filling or my tooth infection not to mention he's the most aggressive cleaner made me bleed for weeks read his reviews. I only stuck by because I had paid insurance and the new hygienist was gental and great. But then he looked at my TWO healthy teeth after her exam for 5 seconds told me to remove them. Mind you I worked at dental office I know this destroys the tooth and kills it and can lead to tooth canals and other major reprocussions during surgery. I asked him point blank so they're healthy no infection both teeth he said yes and I said how long do you think these healthy teeth have before infect he said probably over 20 years. So I said I'm good I already knew I wasn't before asking wanted to call him out on his unethical procedures and he knows I pay out of pocket myself so he gets full refund. Well I told him and staff multiple times no. Well they harassed me every month since to add this procedure I was already looking at other dentist after talking to me dentist friends out of state who said that's completely unethical and they would never. They went to Harvard and MIT so legit knew this was unethical. But last straw was they sent me a bill for services I already paid for. Be careful read other reviews I read countless people getting fake tooth from filled online the procedure goes wrong they see another dentist and they tell them nothing's wrong.

Since that fateful day, I have gone back every time I needed a filling (okay, fillings. Lots of fillings) or any other dental problems I've had over the years. I also really need to mention why I returned time and time again: everyone here is a fabulous and friendly person! For me, someone who is quite a pain at the dentist and makes their job 10x harder, they try to make me as comfortable as they can and work with me to get the job done. I'm actually very sad that I no longer live in New Hampshire because it means that I have to find a new dentist. My heart is still broken because I miss the beautiful faces of Krothapalli Family Dental. But I thought I could heal by writing them an excellent review, which I told them I would do at my last appointment back in May. This is, in my super professional opinion, the best dentist's office in the entire world (at least for me).
