Went and got it then went in for a crown today where the dentist drilled way too far pass the temporary filling and weakened my tooth even more. Kept saying I could feel pain and was ignored the first few times. Then was told I had to go back to the endodonist to have them look at it and a new temp filling was placed. It was not done correctly so it the tooth was cutting my tongue and cheek while pushing my gums too far back. They sent me on my way. When asked to fix it, rather than fixing the filling he wanted to drill the tooth down more to make it less sharp (already had little tooth to work with for the crown). Now in massive pain (wasn't before I saw him today) was being told its all my fault and I'm lazy, that if I actually took care of my teeth that I wouldn't be in this situation. Granted I understand that but you shouldn't talk down at a client who is coming to you for help in a difficult time in their life. So now after getting the root canal and having a bunch of work done my tooth now is no longer viable because of how he drilled my tooth and it needs to be pulled. I have never met a more rude dentist in my life. Mind you the temporary filling was still falling out of my tooth becuase it wasnt done correctly meaning I was swallowing materials you shouldn't. Never go here! Side note font desk staff is very nice and informative! They just have rude dentists that think they are better than everyone.

They denied that ANYone was on hold...yet my phone was chirping to us ALL to "please hold." They acknowledged that I'd dialed the correct phone number. Now that we were late (without notice, mind you...because I'd been on hold), they suggested that the office had stopped seeing patients after 1:30...it was now 1:40 (P.S. the dental technician kindly agreed to see him even though we were late)...the ONLY good experience Then I asked to speak with the Office Manager, but (of course) she didn't work on Saturdays. I was told that I could call to speak with her on Monday. What a shock. NOT. I wonder if, when I call, I will be put on endless hold again?? The staff is very friendly, Dr Isayev was prompt to review my Xrays, asked questions to understand my needs and has a wonderful disposition. The highlight is Stephanie, the hygienist. She is excellent with a pleasant manner. She cleans by using the tools rather than the hydro irrigation, and I left feeling like my teeth were squeaky clean and smooth. It's been a couple of years since I have had such a thorough cleaning. The cleaning was approximately 30 minutes. The office is located in the same plaza as the 99 restaurant, with plenty of parking. It is clean inside, with a welcoming atmosphere. It was easy to make an appointment via phone, with very little lead time. I'm not sure their contact us link in the website is monitored, so recommend calling instead. The downsides, which I am confident will be addresse -The 2 hour first visit. I was not told it would be this long so would have helped with my planning to know ahead of time. -The most uncomfortable part was the over 30 minutes it took to have the Xrays taken. The tech had a really hard time positioning the film in my mouth and several views need 3 and sometimes 4 tries before she got a good shot. I'm not thrilled with the extra X-ray exposure, but don't plan to have more taken for a few years, unless needed for a specific issue. -A couple of weeks before my appointment I requested information on the various pricing packages, as I am self-pay. The link they gave me was to an EZ Smile package, which indicated $480 for one year, which included Xrays, 2 cleanings, 2 exams and a couple other services. When I got to the office, I learned it was actually $550 for these services. The office staff said they don't offer the EZ Smile. It was quite a difference in price I was not expecting. I was shown a document that said next year, assuming no price increases, the same annual plan would be $440, so they do recognize repeat customer business. Their website has forms for first time patients, so if you want to save a bit of time in checkin, you can print and complete them (and print them) to bring to your visit. I will continue to use Crosspoint Family. I really liked the doctor and hygienist, and should the next visit go smoothly, likely I'll bump up the stars to 5.
