Dr. Dasti is fantastic. He is funny, honest and kind. He has been taking care of my teeth for years. A+ service.

I have been going to Dr. Keo's office for 8 years now. I also take my children to his office and so far we have had no complaints.

I had a terrible consultation with Dr. Neil Hornung regarding my wisdom teeth. From the start, the…read moreexperience felt dismissive and unprofessional. He began by asking me how I got there -- "by automobile or train" -- then followed with a sarcastic remark about horse and carriage. Obviously, I was there for my wisdom teeth, and his tone immediately felt condescending. Instead of explaining things clearly, he relied on medical jargon and made me watch a generic video that was supposed to "answer all my questions." At the end, he actually quizzed me on what the video said, rather than taking the time to talk through the procedure with me directly. When I expressed that I was scared, he completely ignored me. He just repeated over and over how my risks have gone up because of my age, but gave no real information about anesthesia options, what to expect during surgery, or how recovery would work. At one point, he sat with his back turned to me for over 10 minutes while dictating notes into a device. I don't think I've ever been in an appointment where the doctor completes all of their documentation with me still sitting in the room. At one point, he stuck a probe in my mouth, let go of it so it was hanging there stepped back, and joked about how "see that shouldnt happen, that's the pocket where your tooth is." It felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, there was zero compassion or empathy. I left the appointment feeling shaken, uncared for, and even more anxious than when I arrived. This was not the kind of care or professionalism I would expect from a dental specialist. I would not recommend Dr. Hornung to anyone seeking wisdom teeth removal.

Plus asked the dentist to send the pai medication to Walgreens on Plain St. but they for whatever reason it was send to CVS on Bridge St. Which i live nowhere near. I called to the office early in the morning and let them know they eventually re-send it to Walgreens, late in the afternoon, after the pain went away. Plus office didn't look all that clean. Won't be going back.

When we finally arrived, I was still on hold...yet the two women at the desk were sitting there ...not on phones AT ALL. They denied that ANYone was on hold...yet my phone was chirping to us ALL to "please hold." They acknowledged that I'd dialed the correct phone number. Now that we were late (without notice, mind you...because I'd been on hold), they suggested that the office had stopped seeing patients after 1:30...it was now 1:40 (P.S. the dental technician kindly agreed to see him even though we were late)...the ONLY good experience Then I asked to speak with the Office Manager, but (of course) she didn't work on Saturdays. I was told that I could call to speak with her on Monday. What a shock. NOT. I wonder if, when I call, I will be put on endless hold again?? This office needs to straighten out its front desks staff and its phone attentiveness. They SUCK!!
