This practice was just purchased by Dr. Faud Tamweh. I followed him from MA to NH, he is the best…read moredentist I ever had! He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, patient, puts all patients first to make it a very comfortable experience. He explains what he is doing at every step. Plus - he works quickly, efficiently and gently, which is great for someone like me with underlying conditions that can make dentistry uncomfortable and anxiety producing. I also took my mother to see him (she has dementia) and both he and his entire office staff were very caring and patient with her, understanding her difficulties and needs. The staff are friendly and kind as well! A+++

Horrible experience! Front desk person Paula antagonized me…read moreand was malevolent. When I complained about her behavior, Dr Newman, instead of ensuring respectful and fair treatment of patients, threw our family out! They submitted wrong info to insurance company (Signa), neglecting to mention that procedures were done on 2different teeth. That led to denial by Signa. I had to make multiple calls and appeal Signa decision. After my appeal was approved and dental office was paid as participating provider, I continued to be billed by the dental office: I received 6 bills!-3 bills on one day and another 3 bills on next day. All 6 bills dated on day of my birthday-? coincidence. After Signa intervened on my behalf, it turned out that not only I don't owe them anything, I overpaid them, and Signa made them to return money to me. I have to give credit to Signa for their professionalism and help. I did not expect such a brutal treatment in dental office.

Went to Village Dental of New England: Leonard DiPaolo, DDS…read more Walked in at my appointment time and was greeted by a very nice receptionist. Then they called me in and insisted that I take a "tour" of his entire facility. It's a rather small office that is in the shape of a "U". I thought that was a little bizarre (when's the last time you went to the dentist and had to take a tour of the entire place?). Then after I was brought into another exam room.I had a cap that broke off and needed a replacement tooth. The dentist starting talking about how my teeth didn't seem to be "aligned" very well and that he would have do work to "align" my teeth before he could even think of fixing the broken tooth. I asked what kind of money he was talking about and it ended up being over "ten thousand"......Are you kidding? I have never been told my teeth were misaligned by any dentist! Then he asked me to go to another room where he asked me a "million questions" and then he wanted to take my picture.....I refused because honestly this whole thing was getting really weird. I ended up being nice and saying I would let them know even though I was thinking something entirely different. I've been to a lot of dentists, but never experienced anything like this. I ended up going to the dentist I go to now, who said no problem, and got the tooth repaired with no hassle whatsoever. My dentist put a new cap on and it looks perfect. I have no idea what that whole thing was about at Village Dental of New England: Leonard DiPaolo, DDS, but buyer beware...I think they are into making money...lots of money! Never went back needles to say.

Excellent, caring & kind front desk and staff. They were well-above thoughtful and kind helpful…read moreand accommodating. About 6 years after suffering a stroke that left me with very limited, if any, use of my left side, I was/am a current patient at Plaistow Oral Surgery to have a tooth extracted. I was not able , at the time to have a tooth replaced. I returned to have a consultation about putting in bone replacement and a three teeth back in three seperate areas in my mouth. I found Dr. Stiefle to be a very knowledgeable and professional Oral Surgeon. He went , out-of-his-way to explain every single step of the procedure to me & my husband to make sure I understood that my previous extractions healed very well allowing him to be able to perform the bone replacement in the 2 spaces , along with the replacement tooth and that the third space that has already had bone replacement will be able to place another tooth as well. I wasn't sure that I'd be a bike to afford it with all the pending/ overdue Stroke medical expenses, along with my recent diagnosis of Breast Cancer, while still not healed from my stroke, and underwent a full Double Mastectomy. Dr Stiefle and his energetic staff were able to put together a cost projection using my Dental Insurance and out-of-pocket $ that will work for me. They were able to make some adjustments on their end to save me some money and make this affordable- do-able for me based on my circumstances. Ultimately, I whole-heartedly rate Dr Stiefle and Plaistow Oral Surgery true 5- STARS! For once, in my life, I can honestly say that my Dr Stifle and Plaistow Oral Surgery consultation and treatment have been a true pleasure and I am very grateful for them and their integrity and professionalism. Thank you !

Dr. Koleini is an AMAZING dentist! He has been providing outstanding dental care to me for the past…read more5 years at Comfort Care in Weymouth. He has a wonderful chairside manner and always makes me feel so at ease when he is treating me. I was a bit of a challenge to treat before meeting Dr. Koleini. I was always apprehensive about going to the dentist because my treatments were always long and extensive. He always goes above and beyond to explain everything he is doing to ensure that I am totally comfortable before he starts any treatment. In fact, I'm SO relaxed now that he has to constantly nudge me to keep me awake in the chair (no exaggeration)! Now that he has opened his own practice, I would gladly drive through Boston traffic from the South Shore to his new location in Haverhill. He is simply the best! Thank you Dr. Koleini!

I have my husband seeing her now as well. They truly feel like they care about your teeth, what you to say, and will work with you if there is financial concerns with the work that needs to be done on your teeth (this has happened to me). I had a lapse in my supplemental dental and they have your best interest in mind, not just trying to make money off every visit. The front desk staff is just as helpful and accommodating. If you need a cleaning, and a dentist you can trust, please give them a try!

I'd be one of them. ;) Everyone is smiling from when you walk in, to when you walk out. Deb, at the checkout desk, has a wicked dry wit. Good laugh. She will talk your ear off if you let her. :) Many of the staff are long term employees. They obviously enjoy their jobs, and really make you feel comfortable. It's nice to have the continuity and get to know the people who are looking after you. Kids seem to feel secure there too. First started going about 11 years when we moved to the area. At the time the practice was just Dr. Haroian, sharing space in a commercial building. A few years ago he built the lovely new free standing practice almost next door, at 2 Ricker Road. (I've let the Yelp elves know the address has changed), and two other dentists joined him. Husband and wife team, Dr. Courtney, and Dr. Keith. I think Dr. Haroian is working his way towards retirement, so I generally see Dr. Courtney or Dr. Keith now, both of whom I like very much. I'm a bit more high maintenance (can't believe I just admitted to that!) when it comes to my teeth. Heavy duty clencher when sleeping/stressed. Have cracked multiple teeth over the years as a result. Even cracked a mouth guard. They regularly have to adjust my bite (how the teeth meet together when closed) since my teeth move around more than for most people. Pattie is my regular hygienist. Very thorough and gentle with the cleanings. And she does a mouth cancer screening at each visit. We both have a love of dogs, and I take full credit for introducing her to fostering dogs waiting to be adopted. ;) Her family was at a bit of a loss when their last dog passed away, but they weren't ready to commit to another dog yet. I suggested fostering and she ran with the idea. It's worked out very well for her family, and especially all the dogs they've helped find new furever families. Today she said she's fostered 25 dogs so far. She's lasted longer than I did! I talk about dogs with Kathy too, who assists both Drs. Dressler during procedures. The time flies when you're having a good chat with a drill in your mouth. :)
